Vergil's Downfall DLC?

Do you think we will be able to use him in Bloody Palace and maybe later down the line use him in the whole story like they did for the DMC3 Special Edition?

They've confirmed that he won't be in Bloody Palace and that he'll only be playable in his DLC missions. He sounds like a waste of time, to be honest.
