There is no invisibility enchantment for armor or weapons in Skyrim, only potions or fortify sneak.

You need to use an Enchanting table and you must have 100 enchanting so you get the maximum effect of the invisibility. you also need an item that has the same effect (any percentage is fine) to use that enchantment

When enchanting equipment, an effect such as invisibility can only be applied to certain types of equipment (you won't be able to apply it to all equipment). To offset this, make sure that your enchanting skill and perks are maxed out and that you're using the highest quality soul gem available; this will increase the invisibility % applied to the equipment you are enchanting. For instance, say you are enchanting your armor with invisibility (IF that's even possible, I don't know offhand). If your enchanting skill is low (say 25 to 30%), and you infuse it with a low-grade soul gem (petty or lesser soul gem), the invisibility modifier added to your armor may be low (less than 10%). If you have a high enchantment skill (90 - 100%) and a high quality soul gem (grand or black soul gem), the invisibility modifier added to your armor would be significantly higher (25% or more).

Not sure how high you can get an enchantment modifier, but I have found some equipment with 50% modifiers, so I'd guess that's the max you can apply through enchantment. Therefore, if that's true, you'd just need to fully enchant two sets of equipment to add up to 100%.

On another note, I am aware that there is a perk under the Enchanting tree that enables you to place two enchantments on a single piece of equipment. I don't know if you can use the same enchantment twice or not, and will not be finding out for myself as I am not planning on going that direction with my character build. Maybe there's a chance you can enchant an item twice with invisibility and stack the effects?

And to clarify Cassidy's response - before any of this, you need to find yourself any normally enchanted item in your travels that has an invisibility enchantment on it; take this to the enchantment table (there's one in the court mage's quarters in most every city), and "Disenchant" the item. This enables you to learn the invisibility enchantment, and thereafter enchant new items with invisibility. The key thing is that you first have to find equipment with the enchantment you want to learn, then disenchant it.

Eichenstrumpf answered:

This is silly.
1.) Invisibility has always got 100%, and can therefore never be put as enchantment onto items.
2.) Chameleon doesn't even exist in Skyrim.
So the only correct answer is, sadly, no.
But anyway, doesn't 100% cham ruin the game?
