Level and Perk Cap since Patch 1.02?

I've read the threads regarding level and perk caps, which everyone seems to agree was maxed at level 81 with 50 perks; I installed the patch 1.02 when it came out and have been leveling normally since then. I reached level 47, having attained the usual number of perks for being that level; I ran the quest to get the Oghma Infinium book at that time. Did my research, made sure I was still able to use the book for unlimited skill leveling POST-patch (I stored the book in a treasure chest in my house in Whiterun; just store it back in the chest each time after you use it, then pull it back out, wash, rinse, repeat). I was able to level all my skills to 100, which raised my level from 47 to 81, and I received 34 additional skill perks after all was said and done, bringing me to a total of either 80 or 81 perks total, same as my character level.

I used up all my perks to make a seriously awesome character build. Has anyone else been able to receive this many perks yet? I was wondering if it was the method I used that made it possible, or if it's something they fixed in the patch? On another note, I haven't done any of the quests yet that grant you additional perks, so that is not a factor. I'm hoping I'll gain additional perk points when I do.

i already wrote i somewhere but level 50 is just a soft level cap, after level 50 you level much slower. an yes if you reaise all you skills to 100 you level would be level 81. Since you get your firs perk at level 2 you will have ab level 81 atotal of 80 perks but you can get another 2 perks throu quests one of them involves drinking a potion made from some dragon parts (heart or scales don't really know) haven't found out about the other one yet. So you can totaly get 82 perks.

I dont think the perks cap at 50 but i believe you get one per level so starting at level one if the level cap is 81 you should got 80 perks.
