How to get Anomalous Achievement/Trophy?

After completing the game you will be given the Paradox Scope. Go to the Fragment Skills list by pressing triangle and go down the list to turn it on. From there you will need to replay certain timelines in order to see 8 different endings, as well as collect all 160 Fragments, then you need to replay the final boss fight again to see the secret scene after the closing credits.
