are you sure you have 100% on all the maps, which includes bresha ruins 003AF 100AF and 300AF, Vile Peaks 010AF 100AF Sunleth waterscape 300AF or 400AF, New Bodihum 003AF, New Bodihum 700AF they are two different maps that u need to complete to get that one, A Dying world 700AF, Augusta Tower 200AF and 300AF, Oerba 200AF and 400AF, Yaschas Massif 01xAF 100AF and 110AF, Archyite Steppe and Academia 500AF and 4XXAF again these are two different maps, unlocking the map doesn't mean 100% either you have to make sure you get every last corner and piece of the map. when you are in the area open up the map to were it covers the screen so its easier to see and look for it also tells you what % you have explored

You can also check the percentage completion from your inventory, no need to go to each location.
