How do I ride a Mutant in Multiplayer?

The tutorial, nor the booklet explains how to do it. When the Mutant is near death, I am given the option to kill it and nothing more. How do I get the option to ride a Mutant?

Answer

You can only ride Super Mutants (Big, red, a lot tougher to kill), nothing else. Once you weaken them, the prompt to hijack will be there.
