Cepheus Compatibility Pack 1-7 ?

I downloaded the cepheus compatibility pack 1-7. and i already installed it. how come the items are not showing at the creation.
please help.

The compatability packs just allow you to see the items that are contained in each one when you fight someone online without having to pay for the items yourself. If you want to use the items then you have to buy the packs.

You have to buy the items to use them, the compatability packs just allow you to see them being used in multiplayer matches.
