Heads and Skins?

Hi, I turned on my PS3 today and went into my Zero save, and all of the heads and skins that i had collected had disappeared and wouldn't work when i got new ones, does anyone know how i can solve this?

I had this problem when I was doing split screen with my bro once. i just saved and started over and that fixed it for me
