Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal
    Titanium Bolt and Trophy Guide

Researched and Compiled by Tim Heydelaar and Austin Johnson
    _____________________________________________________________________________

This FAQ will cover all the locations of the Titanium Bolts and Character
Trophy's throughout the game, plus how to acquire the 6 Floor Trophy's. I
will be detailing the locations of the Titanium Bolts and Character Trophys
thoroughly to make them easier to find. Hopefully they make sense!

Some of the items require a lot of work (such as the Omega Arsenal) and I've
been getting a lot of emails requesting how to level up a certain weapon. I
won't be detailing how to upgrade every weapon explicitly, or the choicest way
to level up Ratchet. I'll leave that to the Walkthrough and Weapon FAQ. Please
read the FAQ carefully before emailing me with any questions. Enjoy!

    Titanium Bolt and Trophy Overview
    --Titanium Bolts
Titanium Bolts are hidden throughout the planets you'll visit. You'll also
receive titanium bolts for completing various objectives. A tally of bolts
found is available in your ship on the planet select screen.

    --Trophy's
Trophy's collected appear in your Trophy room on the Phoenix. There are two
types of Trophys. Floor Trophys and Character Trophys. You obtain Floor
Trophys for completing Battle and Arena missions. Character Trophys are found
hidden in the levels just like titanium bolts. They are not on every planet!

    Titanium Bolt and Trophy Locations:

    .Florana

    --Titanium Bolt #1
The first titanium bolt you'll find is in the first large building you face
when starting the level. The building in question is where you first
encounter a ladder. When you make your way to the top of the building, there
will be a platform outside that you will use to glide down to the platform
in the water below leading to the second large building. Note: While your
standing on this platform, look at the other large building - see something
gold and sparkly? Take note - that's the trophy location. Back to the titanium
bolt - below this platform is where the titanium bolt is hidden. You can jump
off the edge and glide back "under" or you can jump to the platform you see
below, turn around, and climb up the ladders into the room containing the
    bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
The second Titanium Bolt is located inside the fiery Path of Death. Around
the third bend, just after the rolling rocks, you will come to another series
of platforms. Your first jump (from the bend) will be to a normal rock
platform. Jump to that rock platform and look to your -right-. You should
be looking over the lava river. You should see a dome room with the titanium
bolt shining brightly inside. Double jump to the ledge and get your bolt.

    --Trophy ( Ratchet )
The Trophy is located at the top of the second large building. You should of
been able to see it from the top of the first large building just before you
jumped down to the platform in the water leading to the second building.
Once in the second building, you will encounter your first wall jump. Wall
jump up to the top and go -left-. The ladders take you right, but you can use
them to jump to the left. Once up in the room, walk to the left outside
edge - you will need to traverse the exterior side of the building to make
it around and in to the room containing the Trophy.

    .Starship Phoenix------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
Go to the VR room and complete all of the initial challenges. The last one
should be called "Nerves of Titanium". Complete this challenge and you'll
    receive a titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
Once you get Quark Vid-Comic #1, go to the VG9000 and play the Vid-Comic.
While playing, find all 100 Quark icons, and when you collect the 100th one,
the titanium bolt will be yours!

    --Titanium Bolt #3
Once you get Quark Vid-Comic #2, go to the VG9000 and play the Vid-Comic.
While playing, find all 100 Quark icons, and when you collect the 100th one,
the titanium bolt will be yours! This level is a bit trickier however - two
things to keep an eye out for are dark surfaces you can wall jump off of and
breakable dark gray brick walls. A few of the icons are hidden pretty well.

    --Titanium Bolt #4
Once you get Quark Vid-Comic #3, go to the VG9000 and play the Vid-Comic.
While playing, find all 100 Quark icons, and when you collect the 100th one,
the titanium bolt will be yours! There are a few tricky icons. One is above
the door that opens after the bomb-dropping enemies, another will need a wall
jump to be reached, yet another is down a yellow ladder by small fire pits and
a few are obscured behind a large pipe. They're in a hallway before the
platforms with fire circling them. Jump around that area to find a few icons.

    --Titanium Bolt #5
Once you get Quark Vid-Comic #4, go to the VG9000 and play the Vid-Comic.
While playing, find all 100 Quark icons, and when you collect the 100th one,
the titanium bolt will be yours! Finding all 100 icons is once again, tricky.
A few of the icons worth 10 icons are hidden well. Remember to jump off
random walls just to see higher as there are a few ledges just out of sight.
Also, when you get to the taxi, before you ride it, go below it and to the
right. Fall over the edge to an area you can't see - you'll find one there.

    --Titanium Bolt #6
Once you get Quark Vid-Comic #5, go to the VG9000 and play the Vid-Comic.
While playing, find all 100 Quark icons, and when you collect the 100th one,
the titanium bolt will be yours! This level is actually pretty easy in terms
of finding the icons. Just keep an eye out, particularly near the vertical
platforming sections (as there is a split hidden path on one) and you should
    easily find all 100 icons.

    --Titanium Bolt #7
To get this titanium bolt, you must complete Tyhrranosis first. Once back on
the Phoenix, you'll find out there is a new VR course Helga put together. The
course is called VR Gadget Training. Simply complete the course and you'll
receive another titanium bolt. You'll also receive the Hypershot and Hacker
gadgets which you'll need to get a few titanium bolts you couldn't previously
    reach.

    .Marcadia--------------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
Near the beginning of the level, you will come across a pool of water with
stairs on each side of the pool going up. These stairs lead to a large open
area. Once there, turn right and follow the walls until you see an alleyway
with a wall jump surface. Wall jump up, go down the hallway, and the titanium
bolt is yours! Note: The alleyway in question is easily visible on the bottom
    right corner of your map.

    --Titanium bolt #2
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Gravity Boots. Once back on
Marcadia, return to the Laser Defense Facility. Towards the end, just before
the teleport pad to return to your ship, there is a Gravity Boot surface.
The titanium bolt is floating near the ceiling. Walk up and grab it.

    --Titanium bolt #3
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Gravity Boots. Once back on
Marcadia, return to the Laser Defense Facility. Proceed to the laser
activated bridge that chimes and sways when you walk on it. Go into the room
after the bridge. On your right is a Red Door - that's what we're going to
open. Also note the Gravity Boot surface next to it. Now, proceed to the
next room (where the laser is split), and then into the room after that.
When you walk into that room, look to your left - you should see a Gravity
Boot surface. You should also see a laser above you. Walk up the Gravity Boot
surface and redirect that laser into the hole. Now return to the room with
the Red Door, walk up the Gravity Boot surface, and redirect the laser into
the small opening across the room near where the laser comes in. The Red Door
is now open giving you access to another titanium bolt.

    .Annihilation Nation---------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
On the course "Heat Street", proceed to the first room. There you'll step on
the switch and the arrow will send you to the left. Go left and you'll come
across a zig-zag platform section. If you look past the platforms and up on
the rock outcrop behind it, you should see the titanium bolt. Cross the
platforms (be careful of the green lasers) then high jump up to the rock
outcrop ledge and grab your titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
First you'll need to open the "Maze of Blaze" course. It's available after you
complete the "talk to Courtney Gears" gauntlet (you receive Vid-Comic #3 from
her) which itself won't open until you complete Daxx. Start the course and
make your way to the second switch room - it will send you Right. Just past
the door that opens is a bridge - on each side of the bridge are bots who will
fire at you. Kill them both and then hop onto the platform on the Left (north
on the map). You should see the titanium bolt on a floating platform. Glide
jump to the platform to get the titanium bolt.

    .Aquatos---------------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
After the 'first' underwater swimming section, you'll get out of the water
and hit the switch that lets Skidd in to continue helping you. He'll hack the
bridge in the next room so you can cross it. Instead of crossing the bridge,
jump down below it and walk to the end of the room. There you'll find a
    titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
Eventually you'll come across the 'second' underwater swimming section. Jump
into the water and dive _straight_ down a bit. Now, look around. Turn a full
360 and you should see the titanium bolt in a small underwater alcove near
you. If you swim into the tunnel filled with mines, you've gone too far.

    --Titanium Bolt #3
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Hacker. Once you have the Hacker,
return to Aquatos. From the start, take the tram that leads down (west on
the map). Pass the goo area with the gadgetron, go into the next room and jump
up to the ledge that leads to the yellow room with the bridge. The next room
will have a Hacker station. Hack it and take the tram to the room containing
    the titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #4
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Gravity Boots. Return to Aquatos
with the boots and warp back to the Sewers. Once in the sewers, you need to
make your way to the UPPER sewer section and then to the main canal that runs
down the center of the sewers. There are three levels of bridges. Low, mid,
and high. You need to work your way to the highest set. Once up there, look
around. Do you see Hypershot targets? If not, either warp (if a pad is there)
or walk to another bridge. Once you find the Hypershot targets, swing across
and in the middle of the sequence, a titanium bolt will be floating. Grab it!

    --Titanium Bolt #5
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Gravity Boots. Return to Aquatos
with the boots and warp back to the Sewers. Go to the UPPER sewer section. In
particular, we want to go to the northern sewer sections (northern set on your
map). Now, look on your map again; on the top of your map, you should see a
long tunnel that connects the left and right side of the upper sewers. In the
middle of that tunnel, you will find the titanium bolt.

    .Tyhrranosis-----------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
When you get to the buggy mission, hop in the buggy and jump the bridge. Take
the road that leads right (on your map, its the road that goes to the right)
and you'll get to a bridge that leads to a building. Behind that building is
    a titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Hypershot. To get the Hypershot,
you will need to complete Tyhrranosis and then the new VR Gadget course on the
Phoenix first. Ok, once you have the Hypershot, return to Tyhrranosis, get in
the buggy and jump the bridge. This time, take the road that goes left (on
your map, it's the road that goes to the left) - it will lead to a green cave.
Go into the cave on foot, climb the first set of platforms and keep your eyes
peeled for a Hypershot grapple target. Swing across the gap to the alcove you
see, round the corner and the titanium bolt is yours.

    --Trophy ( Al )
Again, get in the buggy, jump the bridge and head to the upper-right corner of
the buggy driving area. It's also in the upper right corner of your map too.
Get off your buggy and jump to the rocky area that will lead to the large
turret (a red ? on your map). The first area has a few enemies you'll need to
dispatch - two of which are on top of tall rocks. The trophy is on top of the
rock closest to the water where the enemy was perched. You can high jump up
to it while standing on one of the short rocks at the base, or glide down to
it from the roof of the building behind it.

    .Daxx------------------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
After you get to the Harbor Station and watch the Courtney Gears music video,
a door will open that leads to a Taxi that takes you back to your ship. On the
platform leading to the Taxi, look to the right, over the water and you
should see a Hypershot target. Make your way to the end of this Hypershot
sequence where you'll find the titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Charge Boots. The boots are on
Daxx in a small section behind your ship (look on your map). Complete it and
the Charge Boots are yours. Now, open your map. On the lower left corner, in
the main fortress, you will see a circular room. That's where we're headed.
Once there, note that on one side of the room is a door you can't open. Go
into the next room and in an alcove at the end of the room, there is a switch.
You'll need to jump up to the alcove, activate the switch and use your Charge
Boots to make it through the door in the circular room before it closes. Once
through, make your way to the end of the section and you'll find the titanium
    bolt.

    --Trophy ( The Plumber )
Remember the room where you got your Charge Boots? They were in the room up
in the building right by your ship. Go back to the room where the Charge Boots
were. Once there, look out the opening towards your ship. There is a small
balcony to the right of the opening. Hop onto the balcony and grab the trophy.

    .Obani Gemini Moons----------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
To get this titanium bolt, you should have the Charge Boots. This titanium
bolt is on the first moon where you redirect the laser beams. Go down to the
lowest floor of the moon (where the lava is). Search the moon until you find
a green Hypershot switch. Before you activate it, search the area right around
it for a tunnel. Through that tunnel, and straight across the lava pool after
it is the titanium bolt behind a force field. Trigger the switch, run through
the tunnel, across the lava and into the alcove containing the titanium bolt.
Using the Charge Boots makes getting to the alcove in time much easier.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
This titanium bolt is on the second moon "Pollux". Warp to Pollux from the
pad by your ship on the previous moon. From the direction you face when you
warp in, go left - you will cross a small bridge. Continue straight across the
bridge and over the landscape and you will see a launchpad. Use the launchpad
and you should see the titanium bolt on a rocky platform. Land on the
platform and the titanium bolt is yours.

    .Holostar Studios------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
The first titanium bolt is easy... simply continue along the normal level path
until you come to a theater type room with green chairs. Look up one of the
balconys filled with green chairs and you will see the titanium bolt at the
top. Jump up the balconies and grab the first titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Gravity Boots. You will get the
Gravity Boots once you complete Blackwater City. Once you have the boots,
return to Holostar Studios. In the small area where your ship and the
Gadgetron is, look around at the walls - you will see a Gravity Boot surface.
Walk up the wall and into the large room. Once in there, make your way down
to the large hole and walk down into it. At the bottom you will see two
spiraling walkways. Walk across the one on the bottom and when you reach the
room on the other side, look up. You will see a Gravity Boot surface that
goes straight up, turns right, then goes up again into a small opening. Walk
up the surface, jumping over the braces. Once in the room, walk up the center
pillar while avoiding the falling enemies. On top of the pillar is a
    titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #3
To get this titanium bolt, you will need the Gravity Boots. You will get the
Gravity Boots once you complete Blackwater City. In the area where your ship
is, once again walk up the Gravity Boot surface and go back into the large
room. Make your way down into the hole again and you'll come across the 2
spiraling walkways. We'll call the lower, easy to cross path "walkway 1" and
the path that starts on the ceiling, "walkway 2". You need to jump from
walkway 1 to walkway 2. To do this, walk down walkway 1 until you are at a
high point and walkway 2 is below you. Jump or walk off the edge, then glide
down onto walkway 2. It's tricky. Once on walkway 2, walk the path and it will
curve up and into a small alcove in the room where the Gravity Boot path to
    titanium bolt #2 was.

Here's another method submitted by Glomerate which people may find easier.
Upon entering the Titanium Bolt room from the funnel, you can jump and
stand on the base of the wall in the hall where the spirals are. Once you
jump on the first one you can continually jump from one base to the next
(They're divided by wall pillars) until you reach a nice easy area in the
middle where you can jump from the base of the wall onto the 2nd walkway.
You can then continue walking over to the Titanium bolt.

    --Trophy ( Clank )
To get this trophy, you will need to have Clank. Finish Holostar Studios once,
then come back. While playing the level, you will come across a Hacker station
that will lower a small, round elevator pad. This is the first Hacker station
you come across in the level. Ride the elevator to the top but do not go into
the room. The trophy is on a ledge on the outside of the building you are on.
High jump while on the elevator pad (or just off to the side) and grab the
edge of the orange platform. Pull yourself up and grab the Trophy.

    .Zeldrin Starport------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
Near the beginning of the level, you will go into a large room with 2 red
spaceships on the sides. You'll need to jump up a few ledges to reach the top
of the room. Once at the top, destroy everything but do not use the Hypershot
swing target yet!! In an alcove on the right side of the room (north side on
your map), you will find the titanium bolt. This one is easy to find... so
    easy, you might pass it.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
This one can be found just after the first one. Complete the short Hypershot
swing sequence and you will end up in a large room with spinning gears on the
sides. On the sides of the room, about halfway up, are platforms. Use the
large indestructable crates to climb up to the ledge on one side. You will
need to long jump to the platform on the other side of the room. The titanium
bolt is in the small alcove.

    .Metropolis------------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
From your ship, go into the first building and immediately turn LEFT. Break
the large window, hop up and you'll notice a new building you can jump to.
Jump across, swing across the Hypershot target, and grab the titanium bolt.
**Of note, just before you swing across, up on one of the window sills (break
the glass) you'll find the teleporter pad that leads to the Insomniac Museum.
The teleport pad only activates between 3-4am. Set your PS2 clock, or wait
    until 3-4am to get in.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
Continue through the level until you come to the glass dome hallway. It's the
part where enemies (1 or 2) dropped through the ceiling. Just after that
hallway, you'll walk outside. On your left is a small gap you need to jump
(which leads to the Gravity Boot surface) - however, instead of going left,
turn right and look at the side of the building you are on. You should see a
small rectangular platform, then another that wraps the building corner. Jump
across and go around the corner. Jump up again and grab the titanium bolt.

    --Titanium Bolt #3
This titanium bolt is hidden in the Battle Missions. Choose the mission
Tower Attack (if you've already completed the missions, it makes getting the
bolt easier). Now, there are 4 towers, which are large buildings. Two are
blue, and two are brown. The titanium bolt is behind one of the brown
buildings. Look for a bridge that connects to the building. Where it connects,
you will see a blue Gravity Boot looking surface. Half way up that surface is
the titanium bolt. Fly your ship into it, and it's yours.

    --Trophy ( Skrunch )
From your ship, go through the first building and cross over the bridge that
curves to the right. Go inside the next building and turn RIGHT. Break the
large window, hop up and you'll find the trophy right there.

    .Crash Site------------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
This is probably the easiest titanium bolt to find! On the platform your ship
is on, look around for a Gravity Boot surface leading over the edge. Hop on
and the bolt is along the path, in plain view! Alternatively, if you return
to your ship via the Gravity Boot surface from the ground below, you'll have
to run across it near the end of the path.

    --Trophy ( Dr. Nefarious )
From your ship, start the main path. Just a little ways in, after a few
battles, the path with take a hard left turn. You can see this hard left
easily on the map. If you cross the bridge, you've gone too far. In the outer
corner (the elbow) of that turn is a small rock ledge where some enemies
were perched. Once dispatched, high-jump up to the ledge and grab the trophy.

    .Aridia----------------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
You can get this titanium bolt at any time during Battle Missions 3, 4 and 5.
It's easiest to get on mission 5 as there are no enemies in the open area
(they retreat into the tunnel). Ok, start one of the missions above. In the
large open area, where the Hovercraft, Assasination and Turret missions took
place, you'll need to make your way to the main large bridge connecting the
lower two areas. This is the large bridge near the bottom of your map. The
titanium bolt is -under- the bridge. Walk to any side of the bridge and you'll
notice Gravity Boot surfaces. Hop on and walk to the titanium bolt! **Of note,
you cannot grab the titanium bolt in your Hovercraft; it's just out of reach.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
You can only get this titanium bolt during the "X12 Engame" battle mission.
Play the mission normally and when you make it to the turrets, as you exit
the tunnels towards them, turn RIGHT and go around the corner. You will find
a Gravity Boot surface. Walk up, then jump across the rocky platforms that
lead you behind the turret base. There you will find another titanium bolt.

    .Qwark's Hideout-------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
From your ship, go into the caverns on the right. Do not proceed over the
moving platform on the left - that's the main path. Go into the caverns, walk
down into the Gravity Boot funnel and when you come out of it, you will be
faced with 2 laser sets you need to jump. Jump the first, then the second
(which is shaped like an X). Just after you jump the second, the path will
turn left. Before turning left, look over the edge into the icy water. You
should see the titanium bolt on a small platform. From a ledge above or from
the Gravity Boot surface above (walk off the edge), glide down onto the small
platform and grab the titanium bolt.

    --Trophy ( Qwark )
While playing the level, you will eventually make it to Quark's room. Just
before entering Quark's room, on the left and right sides of the path are two
small yellow pod rooms. The one on the left side (if facing Quark's room) has
    the trophy.

    .Koros-----------------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
Play through the level and you will come to a point where you will need to
jump up a number of stacked, black metallic crates. Before you do so, note
the two cylindrical buildings on each side of the crates. We want to get up
and onto the one on the left (if facing the crates) so we can jump over
the large metal fence. Jump up the crates, turn around and glide to the
platform on the building. If you haven't got the trophy yet, the trophy is
inside the building you're on. Grab it! Ok, now from the platform, jump and
glide -over- the large metal fence. The titanium bolt is on the ground. Grab
it and use the metallic crates to get back over the fence.

    --Titanium Bolt #2
Play through the level and you will come to a point where you will need to
jump up a number of stacked, black metallic crates. Jump up the crates and
enter the next section where you'll see a few buildings and a large Blue gate
at the far end. The titanium bolt is located at the top of one of the
buildings on the left side. Go behind the buildings and look for a ladder.
Climb up to the top and grab the titanium bolt!

    --Trophy ( Courtney Gears )
Play through the level and you will come to a point where you will need to
jump up a number of stacked, black metallic crates. Familiar yet? :) Before
you do so, note the two cylindrical buildings on each side of the crates. We
want to get up and into the one on the left (if facing the crates). Climb up
the crates, glide to the platform on the building and enter the small room
right there. The trophy is yours.

    .Command Center--------------------------------------------------------------

    --Titanium Bolt #1
Play through the level until you need to use your Tyhrraguise for the first
time. Talk to the Tyhrranoid and he will let you use the elevator. At the top
of the elevator, IMMEDIATELY turn left and look down over the edge. You will
see the titanium bolt. Drop down and grab it.

    --Trophy ( Lawrence )
As you are playing, you will come across a door requiring the Hacker. Before
you go through the door, you'll be in a section with a number of raised
platforms surrounding large cannisters. Each platform has a ladder leading to
the top. Climb one and look at the other raised platforms. On top of one of
them, towards the path you took to get here, you will see a trophy glittering.
Make your way to that platform, climb the ladder and swipe the trophy.

    Floor Trophys

    --Titanium Collector Trophy
You'll receive this trophy for collecting all 40 Titanium Bolts.

    --Annihilation Nation Trophy
Beat every challenge, including the gauntlets and the Qwarktastic battle and
    you'll receive this trophy.

    --Friend of the Rangers Trophy
Complete -every- Battle Mission. If you completed them all in order, you will
receive this trophy when you finish the X12 Endgame mission on Aridia.

    --Skill Master Trophy
Complete all 30 Skill Point challenges. Most are self explanatory, however,
"Zap Back at Ya" is rough to figure out. You need to use the Refractor while
standing in the oncoming fire of the Red Mechs. The Refractor absorbs them.

    --Nano Finder Trophy
Once you beat the game, you can enter Challenge Mode. In Challenge Mode, you
can upgrade your health to a max of 200. Once you do, you'll get the trophy.
See the Frequently Asked Question section below for tips on leveling Ratchet.

    --Omega Arsenal Trophy
Once you beat the game, you can enter Challenge Mode. In Challenge mode, you
can buy upgraded versions of every weapon (called Mega weapons). You need to
buy EVERY weapon and upgrade them ALL to Omega level, which is Level 8. This
includes the RY3NO, which will max out at Level 5 and become the "Rynocerator"
(not Omega). It's going to take millions of bolts and quite a bit of time,
so be prepared. See the Frequently Asked Question section below for tips on
making money and leveling up your weapons.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the Titanium Bolts good for?
A: You can 'buy' new Ratchet skins. Additionally, finding all 40 titanium
bolts nets you the Titanium Collector floor trophy.

Q: What are the Trophy's good for?
A: Once you find all of the Character Trophys and earn all of the Floor
Trophys, the door in the trophy room will open leading you to the Insomniac
Museum. There is an alternate method of entering the Insomniac Museum
however. Check the location for Titanium Bolt #1 in Metropolis above for
       info on entering.

These next few questions deal with the hardest and most tedious 2 trophy's to
acquire - The Omega Arsenal (every weapon upgraded to Omega, and the RY3NO to
Rynocerator) and the Nano Finder (Ratchet's health maxed out at 200).

Q: What's a good way to earn money for the Mega weapons?
A: Well, it all depends on how soon you want to be able to use the Mega
weapons in Challenge Mode. If you want them early, it will take longer.
Here are some tips for earning bolts quickly and leveling you and the
       weapons while you're at it.
--Once you start Challenge Mode, play the game until Annihilation Nation
is opened. Each challenge is worth A LOT now. Complete every challenge
available. Some may be worth doing twice for the bolts and experience.
Now, resume the game and complete Daxx. Return to Annihilation Nation
and the next set of Challenges opens. These are worth even more than
the last set! The Qwarktastic Battle is worth 2million, and 660000 the
           second time you play it.
--Finding all 100 icons in Qwarks Vid-Comics will net you 90000-150000+
bolts the first time through each one in Challenge Mode. Each Vid-Comic
awards different amounts and the value goes down for every replay.
--The VR missions on the Phoenix have decent Bolt rewards the first time
through in Challenge Mode. Working your multiplier up to x20 and
waxing those dummy bots to earn bolts isn't worth it however - play
once for the initial Bolt reward and move on.
--As you are playing levels, work up your multiplier and SMASH
everything! The V2 Bolt Grabber does wonders for your bolt count!
Early levels such as Marcadia, Tyhrranosis, and Daxx have a ton of
breakables. Experiment to find which things reap the most bolts.

Q: I have every Mega weapon. How can I level them up to Omega quickly?
A: I managed to level a good number of my weapons fast simply by playing
Challenge Mode normally. There are some things to remember that will help:
--Try not to use fully upgraded weapons - always use a weapon that needs
upgrading, no matter how unfun (Infector) or slow (Infector) it seems
           to upgrade.
--A great place to upgrade your weapons early on is Annihilation Nation.
A good tip when fighting Bosses or any STRONG enemy that can withstand
a few hits, is to whittle down their energy with weapons you want to
upgrade. It seems that just dealing damage with a weapon will slowly
increase it's experience. The weapon that kills the enemy however,
will receive a larger experience reward for that kill.
--Watch the weapon meter as you destroy certain enemies (such as bosses)
or complete certain challenges/areas. If the weapon jumped a decent
           amount, repeat that task.
--Remember, the RY3NO is fully upgraded at Level 5 (Rynocerator). All
other weapons are fully upgraded at Level 8 (Omega).

Q: How can I level up Ratchet to 200 health quickly in Challenge Mode?
A: It's actually pretty easy - just play the game as you normally would. If
working on the other trophy's, mind their requirements too. You'll notice
you level up rather quickly for a while. In fact, I hit 186 health in
about 6 hours of play time through Challenge Mode on lower tier enemies.
If you want to level up early on, here are some tips.
--Destroy every enemy rather than bypass ones you think aren't worth it.
Kill enough little guys and it will add up.
--Keep an eye on your experience meter. Repeat anything you see that
makes it jump a good amount.
--I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Annihilation Nation is your
friend. Not only can you level at a decent pace, but you'll earn money
and level up your weapons at the same time. The constant barrage and
shear number of enemies makes up for any difference in experience you'd
get from enemies with more experience in later levels.
--Near the end of the game in Challenge Mode, you'll start to level up
fairly quickly just by going through the levels. I went from 186 to 200
while playing from Holostar Studios to Quarks Hideout at a brisk pace.
