Is there a second nike shoe deal ?
Is there a second nike shoe deal, and if so is there another advertisement with it?

Answer
Yes there are official Nikes, Jordans, Adidas, Under Armour shoes. No ads or anything, just the shoes. You can outfit diff players with diff shoes. They update it with new kicks that come out too, like Christmas edition Lebron/Kobe/Kevin Durants, All Star Game editions, etc. It's an awesome feature.
