Do I have to buy the Robin add-on before buying this?

So, I've been steering away from DLCs until this came out, so I'm considering getting this one. Question is, since Robin is playable here, do I need to have downloaded his DLC as a requirement before getting this?

No, you do not have to buy the Robin DLC to play this.
