Where can I find the Hummer?

does anyone know EXACTLY where to find the Hummer? I looked on the Jackspots map but the hummer (#17) isn't on the jackspots list map!

The Hummer H1 Alpha is currently only available on the PC version of the game. According to a Direct Message on Facebook with the Official Need for Speed page, the car should be coming as DLC.

It was taken out of the game, so you can't get it at the moment.
