Is there a way to uninstall PS3 games to make more room on your HDD?
I installed a game and I don't have much more memory on my hdd can I delete installed data to make more room.. I dont know how.

Yes, you can remove installation data. All installation data will appear in the Game Data section of the XMB. Please note that for many games, DLC content is also stored here, so you may need to download some content again if you remove the data for games that you have downloaded things for. Also note that it is probably best not to delete data for LittleBigPlanet unless you really are very stuck for space.
