Why does my keep telling me error 80010023 when I try to activate?

I have no idea what to do. Support is utterly useless, and I am unable to download DLC. I can REDEEM codes, but not actually download it... I'm kinda angry, this has been happening for OVER A MONTH

Answer

This error means that you do not have enough space on your hard-drive. Just delete some stuff.
