What does this code mean and how do i fix it? 8001000A

This happens to me when i try to set up my wifi i have my wifi set up but i just doesnt work its like the wifi crashed

The same thing is happening to my PS3 and I have yet to find a solution, but I am working on it, hopefully I can figure it out within the day.
