Is there any reward for killing all the templars?

Or it is just for fun?

Short answer: no. unless you're playing for achievements on the 360

It's just for fun, you do unlock the "extra memory: Kill all templars" But all you get to see is the picture un-glitched.

Nope its just extra like in GTA IV kill all the pigeons(flying rats)
