Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War

Asked: 2 years agoI've gotten 3/4 pages but can't seem to get the last page from doing any battles so far. Is there a requirement to get the last page? All of my units are 100% growth rate except explosives due to the fact I don't have the last page but it's at 88%. However, I have a ! special mission I currently haven't played yet, does that mission give you the last book & the engineering class?
