            The world of Oblivion holds many creatures, all of which you should be
    aware of.  You never know what you might encounter, and this guide will help
    you know your enemy a little better.
    
            All of this information should be 100% accurate, barring any typos.  I
    have taken the information directly from the TES Construction Set loaded with
    the master Oblivion file (fully updated) and all of the downloaded content.
    
            Unlike in Morrowind, the creatures in Oblivion are leveled to the 
    character.  As you progress with your game, the creatures get harder and harder
    to beat.  Certain creatures don't show up until your character reaches a
    certain level, but then keep the same stats.  Other creatures level with the 
    character to always provide a challenging fight.  The data values will be
    displayed a little differently for these leveled creatures.

            I sort this Bestiary by creature type and then alphabetically.  The
    data is grouped into a table, the values of which I will now explain.  Most are
    self-explanitory.  For example, let's take an unleveled creature, a Dog:

    - Str, Int, Wil, Agi, Spd, End, Luc: the attributes (Strength, Intelligence, 
      etc.)
    - Turning Speed: I assume this is how fast the creature can turn.  0.00 must be
      the default value.
    - Foot Weight: I think this is like how different boots affect how well you can
      sneak;  higher value here must mean the creature has more difficulty being
      stealthy.
    - Level: This is the level your character must be to ensure that this creature
      appears in your travels.

    - Health: The value here is multiplied by the Level Offset value, in this case 
      by 13, yielding a minimum Health of 143.  It increases as you level.
    - Magicka: Again multiplied by the Level Offset, yielding 195 at the lowest
      level for the Shaman.
    - Combat Skills: Base value, I believe it grows as you level.
    - Magic Skills: This is the base value, I assume it grows as you level.
    - Stealth Skills: Again the base value, though I think it grows as you level.
    - Attack damage: Still multiplied, giving the Shaman an attack of 39 at the
      least.
    - Level: In the case of an Offset, the creature levels with the character.  The
      value in parentheses is the level your character has to be at before the
      creature begins appearing.

            All of the non-intelligent creatures of Cyrodiil we call beasts.  An
    easy way to tell a beast is if it talks to you when it attacks.  If not, it's
    a beast.

            Creatures are the basic beasts of Cyrodiil, the ones that you will
    encounter about 80% of the time in your travels.  They are generally what you
