Where do I get the ninja costume?

I have a sticker of a ninja costume and I wondere if I could get it and where and how?

In the Ffrst level of The Islands, There is a little booth with the ninja costume and a costume of a guy with a wooden hat. It's impossible NOT to get, unless you are skilled at jumping over a pile of prize bubbles two high and four long. The noobiest noobs could get it.
