Review by PepsicokeGuides
I am addicted to LittleBigPlanet. There's just everything and anything to do in this perfect game.
Design: It's a happy game, and you play as Sackboy, which is, well, a portable sack that you control. You control his emotions, and you can customize him however you like, with stickers and costumes that you unlock as you play the Story levels. Sackboy is also a very advanced thing, and he can push, pull, and dangle on things, and can also jump. He is also flexible, and by using the sixaxis contoller you can move his body around.
Graphics: The graphics are a charm to look at. Sackboy is a very cute thing, and you can see all of that cuteness when you look at him carefully, he is modelled to perfection. Everything in the game is really well polished, and you'll notice that the first time you play.
Story: The Story levels are your adventures across LittleBigPlanet. You start off with The Gardens, and then you unlock more series of levels. The levels are massive and sometimes challenging, but it's worth it because you can collect objects, stickers and costumes as you go along, and then you get a reward at the end. If that's not enough, you can also ace the level, which is completing the levels without dying, and this gives you even more rewards as well.
Creating: You can create your own levels, and play other people's as well. When creating your levels, the oppurtunities are endless. You can use all of the objects (which can only be used when creating a level) that you unlock from the Story levels, and also the stickers as well, if you wish.
Playing Together: In LittleBigPlanet you can play with up to 4 people online or offline. Online is great fun, but there's quite a lot of lag, and offline is great fun as well. There's nothing better than attacking your friends with stickers and donkey tails.
The Pod: The pod is the main area in LittleBigPlanet that you go to where you select what you want to do, using the Podcomputer. All of the options are layed out nicely on each of the three planets you have. One is the main planet where you go to play other people's levels and play the Story levels, one of them is all about you, and the last one is where you go to create levels. You can customize your Pod, but only with stickers.
Conclusion: LittleBigPlanet, there's only one word to describe it: fantastic. It's really worth getting, and when you have got it you won't regret it.
