    		CALL OF DUTY 4 : MODERN WARFARE
    
          THE MILE HIGH CLUB (VETERAN GUIDE) by sekhon_jasmeet
    
    
    	Many people have had big trouble passing this mission known for
    its level of difficulty which is astronomical. Having to clear out an
    airplane full of enemy terrorists is already a difficult task but having
    to do it in only 1 minute adds injury to insult. An irresistible achievement
    in its own, the 40 gamer points unlocked by completing this feat may be the
    biggest accomplishment in MW. I also had big trouble for a week trying to
    complete this mission. Spending hours every day to complete this mission,
    I would give up every day vowing to forget about it only to pick up the
    controller the next day and start my daily run to complete it. Until one
    day I found a way which I had more success in than before. For those other
    unfortunates like the past-me, I will share it. I will also try to illustrate
    every section of the plane in maps.
    
    Also, note that since this mission is ultra-hard, if you do not achieve it
    in your first few tries, do not give up. Eventually, you WILL finish it.
    Everyone does. This does not mean that you suck and you are just as able to
    accomplish it as the next guy.
    
    Okay, here we go.

    You start the mission with
    
          --- A Suppressed MP5 Sub Machine Gun

          --- A Suppressed USP .45 Hand Gun

          --- 4 Flash Bang Grenades
    
    
    There are no explosive grenades because of the risk of causing an explosion
    in the plane mid-air.
    
    Now lets get to the main part of the guide the Walk through.

    Part I - The front of the plane
    
    Okay. At the start of the mission you drop out of the luggage container with
    you allies stacked up around the corners.

    Since you only have 1 minute to do this, everything must be perfect like
    clockwork for this to work out.
    
    First of all, X is your starting position on the map. As soon as you gain
    control, sprint down the line I have created on the map to position 1. While
    sprinting, change to your .45 pistol. As you come near the bathroom, your Ally
    will gesture to you about the enemy inside. As you see him, KNIFE Attack
    (R-Click) him. As you do that you should have only lost about 4 seconds.
    Now to the next part.
    
    
    Part 2 - The conference room
    
    As you come up you will see two enemies walking together. One will stop
    at the right side of the middle wall and one will stay to the left directly
    in front of the conference room door. In this mission if you can get past
    enemies by running and hiding your allies will mop up anyone in their path.
    So from now on if you see somebody ignoring you, try to sprint past him and
    get in a defensive position. You allies will take care of him. Remember, they
    are invincible and do not stop and take cover but rather stay offensive the
    whole
    way.

     When you approach the second part, to your left will be the conference room
    and to the right is a straight passage to the next room. Shoot E1 as you are
    entering the door of the room with your .45 handgun. If you go in ADS (LT),
    you can snap on to him so take a shot at him. The strategy in this part works
    flawless if you shoot him in his head. Your allies will take care of E2. As you
    are approaching the middle of the conference room, duck and toss a flash bang
    straight to the end of the next room. If you time this perfectly, 4 enemies
    will come out and you will flash bang them decisively which will keep them down
    for approx. 3 seconds. Once at position 2, switch to your MP5 and stand up. If
    there are any enemies visible from the room take them down or move into the
    next area. As you leave the conference room, you should be at the 50 second
    mark.
    
    
    
    Part 3 - The first seating room

     Now the next part is very tricky and could get frustrating but, if you do
    everything right, you will get past this part in a matter of seconds. The
    safe way is to move through the room as quickly as possible while mowing
    down anyone you see. You do not need to sprint, only move and shoot at the
    same time. I would prefer if you will get through from X to position 3 in
    around 3 or 4 seconds. The flash bang you previously threw should have
    incapacitated everyone (E1-E7) for 2 to 3 seconds. As you move in quickly
    kill E1, E3, and E5. The enemies on the other side of the room are you allies'
    problem. Get to the W on the map and kill E7 and sprint through to position 3.
    
    NOTE - E6 shouldn't kill you because of him being blind from the flash bang.
    You have to move from X to 3 as quickly as possible.
    
    By now E6 would have been history. At position 3, crouch (or prone, whatever
    you prefer). You will be able to see a wooden counter on the left by the door.
    There are two enemies behind it. Throw a flash bang straight back there from
    position 3 and sprint to position 4. This should put you crouching by the door
    behind the counter. A this position you should have around 40 seconds left.
    
    
    Part 4 - The 2nd seating area

    This part is rather easier. Just like last section, you should prone and
    behind the counter. Moving into this position allows your allies to mop
    up anyone behind and put fire on all the enemies in this area. Just as you
    move into the prone position at X, the wall will blow up and cause pressure
    drop and suction. This should kill E3 and E4. E1 and E2 were flash banged
    last section and your allies will have hopefully killed them. You only need
    to stay prone and watch for E5.
    
    If he comes near, drop him and reload your gun. By this time, your allies
    will move into the greater part of the room. Now its safe to come out. Keep
    a watchful eye as you approach to the W on the map, there may be enemies
    coming down the stairs. If you just duck down behind the chairs, your allies
    kill 'em for you. Make sure you have reloaded and move up the stairs. Once
    up the stairs you should be at the 30 second mark. You should also switch
    you .45 hand gun for something else (I prefer a P90 SMG.)
    
    
    Part 5 - The 1st seating area on the 2nd floor
    
    Before entering this area, always reload both weapons in the safe area. If you
    do run out of bullets mid-fight, switch your weapon rather than reloading.
    Always reload when in a safe place.

        Once on the second floor, reload your weapons. From the X position, you
    can see E1 hiding behind a cart in front of you. Throw a flash bang somewhere
    between E1 and E3. Now move in and eliminate them. Get to W1 and duck. Watch
    for E2 and E4 if your allies have not shot them yet. If not, take care of
    them. Now move to W2 and as you approach it, throw your last flash bang on
    the bounce point that I showed on the map. You need to bounce it off of there
    so It will be near E3 and E5 around the wooden wall. Once flashed, move in and
    kill them both. The flash bang should have blinded E6 also so take him out if
    your allies haven't. There are 4 more flash bangs on a shelf by you. Pick those
    up. The corridor into the next area gets narrow which is good for you if there
    are enemies rushing in. If there are, shoot them down. Now you should have
    around 18 seconds left.
    
    Part 6 - The 2nd seating area on the 2nd floor
    
    This area is also easy because all the enemies stay bunched together so a
    flash bang knocks them all out for some time. They are even easy to kill when
    not flashed.

     From the X position, peak around the corner and throw a flash bang somewhere
    between E2 and the seats. This should blind the three enemies there. Move in
    and kill them and throw a flash bang between the chairs and the wall behind
    them. There is a tricky enemy hiding there who doesn't get blinded by the 1st
    flash bang. Quickly kill E4 and move to W before E6 or E5 get a shot at you.
    Throw a flash at them if you would like but most likely your ally will have
    taken care of them. E5 will come out of a bathroom on the left. Kill him and
    approach W2. Make sure E6 is dead and switch to another SMG. As you will have
    ran out of your clip in your MP5, switch to your P90 and advance. There will
    be three guys rushing you. Mow them down and sprint to the white door ahead.
    
    
    Part 6 - Hostage Situation!
    
    Hopefully you made it so far. Now an enemy will take the VIP hostage and put
    a gun to his head. You will have 5 seconds before execution. Since this is
    on Veteran you have to get a head shot or the mission is a bust. Get a
    little closer to him and take aim. Around the 2 second mark, the VIP hostage
    will duck his head down giving you a window of a clear shot. Put one in his
    head. There!!!! Now your ally will blow the door open. Once he takes the VIP
    and jumps out, follow him and collect your achievement.
