How to get the diamond briefcase near the APR fort?

How do i get to the diamond briefcase that's near the Apr Fort close to Goka Falls. I know i'm close to it and i think it's in the hutt on the ledge on top of the cliff but how do it get to it. Please help.

If you follow the back path up (along the rightside mountain opposite the main road), there should be a couple of large overhanging rocks on your right just before you actually reach the fort (as you face the fort wall).
You need to do a running jump across the gap between them and work your way down to the diamond on the other side.

You can also try parking a vehicle close to the point and jump up to get it from there. Don't know if you can for that particular one, but it has helped me get alot of diamonds that would otherwise be out of reach
