How do i kick someone off my squad?

There's always guys that betray your squad. They deserve to die!.......or at least been kicked off.

You can start a vote kick by pressing the pause button scroll up to their name press X then go to "kick from squad" and you will start a team vote kick but a person will get auto-kicked if they TK about five times.

Please note only TK by gunfire counts toward a auto-kick any other TK does not. (I think)
