Best char eva?

Im sl 712 and I can roll fast with wat I hav.

Lhand1: Tpwer shield +5
LH2: talisman of beasts

RH1: meat cleaver
Rh2: sticky compound long bow +5

Head: dull gold
Body: rogue
Arm: gloom
Feet: old ragged

I duped white arrows so yeh, is this this the best char or can you find anything better?

It's the awesomest guy eva every1 might as well give you everything they have bcuz they dont stand a chance against you.
