If you are the kind of person who can't work on any kind of project for a very long time then you have absolutley NO chance at ever getting one. It takes time, dedication, and a good amount of luck regardless on whatever project you decide (levels, compettions/contests, videos, homemade objects etc.) to win the hearts of the game developers into giving you one.
