Where can I find the firefighter costume?

Is there a firefighter costume? I know it was seen in pre-release videos and should be at Let's Pretend costume store, but I've yet to see it. How do you get it if it's in the game?

Completed Tail Blazing missions, no costume to be found.

It was supposed to be in the game but they forgot to put it in.
