Does skipping a challenge in the tower forfeit the trophy?

If you skip a challenge in the challenge tower (by using koins) do you still get the trophy at the end for completing the tower?

If you skip, you have to redo all the challenges you skipped, then you will become Tower-master.

By the way you will get Mileenas 3rd costume and the trophy for that (Best...alternate...ever) even if you skip challenge 300.

You will not earn the trophy unless all challenges are completed....
