Freeze Disrupter?
How do you get the freeze gun disrupter out of the museum case so you can rescue the two cops and beat Penguin?

Answer
You should save Mister Freeze first, he tells you to check his suit. Go back to the suit in the case and you should be able to break the glass and scan the suit. It should automatically give you the freeze disrupter afterwards.
