Three '?' plates in the square cage on the water.

It's the pressure plate trophy located in the south end of the amusement mile, on the water next to one of those giant cranes. The puzzle has 3 question mark plates inside of a square chain link fence. The plates are separated from each other by chain fences also. I have tried everything i can think of, this one has me stumped. Any help is appreciated.

This one took me a few tries, too. You have to have the Grapple Boost upgrade to do it. I grappled off of the tall columns to the north, then glided back around and dove to each successive pad - the hardest part is not landing on top of the fence...lol. Good luck!

Answer

Step on one of the question mark, grapple yourself up in the air, then dive bomb on another, repeat once.
