Amusement Mile

Completing each row unlocks a Mr. Freeze Interview Tape.

  • Just outside of Ivy's hideout look for a roof with a billboard and a door that can be broken with Explosive Gel. Set the gel and detonate to reveal the Trophy.
    • Unlocks Prison Riot (Extreme) Challenge Map
  • On the west side of Gotham Casino drop to the ground in front of the neon sign with the dice. Look south and you should see a small alley of water. Use the Line Launcher to move to the end of the water alley, but use the Tightrope ability to walk on the wire. Around the corner there is a magnet and a trophy trapped in a ball. Shoot the magnet to push the trophy away then go to the roof to find the outlet and grab the trophy.
    • Unlocks Two-Face Character Trophy
  • East of the Gotham Casino, jump off the broken bridge onto a vent. On this vent we find a trapped Trophy and a Riddler Button. Stepping on the Button lights up three distant Question Marks. Toss a Remote Control Batarang and hit either the mark on the left or right. Now a timer appears. Toss a second Remote Control Batarang and boost it to the other "outside" (either left or right) Question Mark. Hit the last target with a quick fire Batarang. If all three lights go out the trap opens.
  • On the western face of Gotham City Olympus there is a balcony. Land on the balcony and destroy the weak wall with a punch.
    • Unlocks Black Mask Character Trophy
  • At the GCPD building its under the parking lot. Move to a building north of the GCPD and glide through some boards to reach the location of the trophy.
  • This trophy is along the border between the Restricted Area and Amusement Mile. There are three Riddler Buttons that need pressed. Touching anything but a Button will cause them to reset. Stand on the highest Button and glide to the south and hit the Button on the Sionis Steel Mill billboard. Bounce glide off this button and hit the one that is slightly lower back to the north. Be sure to bounce glide back south off the third button because a timer will start to countdown providing a limited time to grapple up to the trophy to grab it before the trap closes.
  • South of Krank Co Toys there are three Riddler Buttons each in its own topless cage. The fourth cell has a trapped trophy. The idea is to stand on one of the buttons and use the Grapnel Boost upgrade to fly out of the cage and glide back into another without landing on your feet anywhere but the next Button. The best place to Grapnel Boost is the tall tower slight west of Krank Co. Toys. Once past the tower turn and glide back toward the cages and dive bomb (if necessary) into each subsequent button.
  • On a table in the Morgue of the GCPD only accessible after the Mr. Freeze fight.
    • Unlocks Mister Freeze's Lab in GCPD Concept Art.

  • At Poison Ivy's Lair its on the underside of the platform leading to the entrance. This is obtained while playing the story and is practically impossible to miss.
  • Slightly west of Ivy's hideout look for a broken road on the map. Throw a Freeze Blast into the water and pull the raft to an opening in the wall of the city. Use the Disruptor on the turret and arrive on the platform to get the trophy.
    • Unlocks Mister Freeze Concept Art
  • On the roof of Gotham Casino look on the western side for a trophy inside a cage. The trophy will be rotating up and down. The way to get it is to slide under the cage as the trophy is down. When Batman passes by it press X to grab the Trophy.
    • Unlocks Natural Selection Extreme Challenge Map
  • The trophy slightly east of the the Church will test Batman's quickness. There are 6 total Question Marks that must be taken out at roughly the same time. The are in two rows of three (upper and lower) and each question mark has a fence that blocks at least one side of it. Set Explosive Gel on the three Question Marks on the upper row.
  • This one's easy simply stand on the green question mark ground button on the roof of a small building west of Krank Co. Toys.
    • Unlocks End of the Line Challenge Map
  • Outside the GCPD near the west side entrance, there is a shack that contains a trophy. The door is blocked with bars and are opened by hacking a Riddler Console inside the shack. The trick is Batman must move to the side of the shack away from the GPCD (west) to view the console and hack it. The Range Amplifier upgrade may be needed to access the console. I already had the upgrade and did not test it without amplification.
    • Unlocks the Poison Ivy Character Trophy
  • Under Krank Co. Toys; toss a Freeze Blast into the water on the north side of the building. Land on the raft and pull Batman under the building. Use the Cryptographic Sequencer to open the gate and the Batclaw to pull the raft to the trophy.
  • There is a crane south of Krank Co. Toys. On this crane Batman can locate a motor that operates it. Fire a Remote Electric Charge at the motor so that the hook when in the water raises to reveal a trophy. Grab the treasure with the Batclaw.
    • Unlocks Sick Joker Character Trophy
  • Inside the GCPD in holding cell on the right. Use the Cryptographic Sequencer to hack the nearby console to open the cell next to the one with the trophy. Once inside use Explosive Gel on the weaker portion of the wall.
    • Unlocks Batman and Catwoman Concept Art
  • Would an invitation to party like the gods be a bolt out of the blue? Scan the statue above the Gotham City Olympus sign holding the blue lightning bolt.
    • Unlocks Gotham City Story Maxie Zeus
  • Destroy 3 TYGER Security Cameras
  • Stay away from sharp objects, Dark Knight, or this may burst. Destroy 6 sets of Joker Balloons
  • Beneath the bridge where Vicki Vale's helicopter crashes
  • On the roof of the Gotham Casinos north of the pool, look for some boards to bust that have a trophy behind them.
  • On the eastern side of the restricted area look for a straight line out that would resemble a ledge (or L) in the border. Here we find a maze. Batman can enter the maze but there are several mines that block his path to the trophy. Only two of the mines need to be disarmed with the Disruptor before entering. The ones that need removed are one close to the entry point at the first right. The second is against the wall to above and to the right of the double mines located on the same line as the trophy. The rest of the mines can be avoided inside the maze. Be sure to disarm those two before entering. The Disruptor does not work once inside the maze.
  • North of GCPD and southeast of Ivy's hideout, we find a roof with a Riddler Button and a trapped trophy. Standing on the button will cause three question marks near the water to light up. The problem is a cage also raises preventing Batarang throws. Instead toss a Freeze Blast into the water. Pull the raft to the right of the question marks then look for the loop to pull Batman back toward them. While in front of the question marks place Explosive Gel on each of the dots then return to the button. Hit the button and detonate the gel.
    • Two-Face Penguin Thugs Character Trophy
  • Behind the GCR tower, stand on the Question Mark and hit R2 to fire a Remote Electric Charge at the magnet. Step off the question mark and do the same. Walk over to the gate and get the trophy.
  • Move to the water on the eastern side of the GCPD building. Land on the dock and look below the Gotham Police Headquarters sign (also below the alternate entrance to the GCPD later in the game). There is an archway with a trophy hanging inside. Use the Batclaw to grab it.
  • This trophy is behind Krank Co. Toys. There are several Red Riddler Buttons that when stepped on will close the trap around the trophy. The Line Launcher is not an option to move over the Buttons and the Batclaw will not work because part of the fence blocks a direct shot. Instead move to the GCPD and Dive Bomb off the building (one of the gargoyles). Glide into the opening behind Krank Co. Toys and over the Red Buttons.
    • Unlock Character Trophy Vicki Vale
  • Use the Batclaw to pull this one towards Batman inside the Krank Co Toys building south of GCPD.
  • This question can only be answered from an unusual perspective. Can you get yourself there? There is a billboard on the building west of Gotham Casino. On the back of this billboard is the top of a question mark. The dot is on a metal gate across the water to the south. Batman must hit a magnet with an electric charge to push the door open then return to the billboard for analysis.
  • Park in his spot and you may just get a ticket. Reach the area below the GCPD via breaking some boards on the north face of the lot. Once through Line Launch over the water and find James Gordon's parking spot.

  • Destroy 6 TYGER Security Cameras
  • Pop goes the clown? Destroy 9 sets of Joker Balloons
  • Below the GCR building at the waters edge look for a doorway that is boarded up. The boards can be destroyed to grab the trophy.
  • There is a Riddler Button on the east side of Gotham Casinos near the broken bridge. Stand on the Button to remove the bars and use the Line Launcher to move down the path through the boards to get the trophy.
  • On a roof top north of GCPD building, step on the Riddler Button and use the Batclaw to pull the trophy to Batman.
    • Unlocks Combat Expert Campaign
  • On a roof south of Gotham Casino and West of Gotham City Olympus and GCR. Step on the three Riddler question marks to open the trap.
    • Unlocks Character Trophy Catwoman
  • On the GCR tower.
  • Under stairs on the floor above the door the Joker's goons are trying to open in order to enter GCPD and find Mr. Freeze. Accessed via an open vent near the stairs.
    • Unlocks GCPD Concept Art
  • Behind the Bear on top of Krank Co Toys, we find a trapped trophy. Stand at the end of the ventilation shaft and look inside. A series of flaps open and close in quick succession. Toss a Remote Control Batarang inside and Boost it through to the end before all the flaps close. Be sure to aim for the dot on the Question Mark at the end. Once that one is hit throw another Remote Control Batarang inside and guide it to the left. Continue through the vent and out the other side to hit a second question mark.
  • Inside the GCPD grapple to the ceiling near the initial entrance (the one on the west side). There are three Riddler Buttons that must be pressed without touching any other part of the environment. Stand on one and use the Line Launcher to get to the three Buttons only. Once all three are touched the trap with the trophy opens.
  • Look out! Can you see where the madness begins? Look to the water to the east and scan Arkham Island.
    • Unlocks Arkham City Story Arkham Island Sold
  • Always a shining example of justice? Not if you ask me. Scan the Bat Signal located on the roof of the GCPD building.
    • Unlocks Arkham City Story Gordon vs. Sharp 2 of 2
  • Destroy 9 TYGER Cameras
  • Destroy 12 sets of Balloons
  • Beneath the parking lot of the GCPD, be sure to jump to the ceiling to cross the water once under the surface.
  • East of Gotham Casino we find a trapped trophy and three Riddler Buttons at different heights. Start with the one at the middle height. From this spot grapple to the one located at the highest point. Be sure to grapple at the edge of the building so nothing is hit but the Button. From here glide down to the lowest of the three Buttons. The trap opens and the trophy is yours.
  • While standing on the GCPD building look for a neon "Gotham" sign to the northwest. The trophy is on a platform under the sign. It is inside a Riddler trap that can only be unlocked by hitting a Riddler Button on the wall under the platform holding the trophy. Dive bomb off the GCPD building and glide into the button. A gate will open allowing Batman to grapple to the platform and retrieve the trophy.
  • Hack a Riddler Console North of Gotham City Olympus
  • Upon entering GCPD you can take the door to the right and get Penguin's radio signal or go straight down the ramp and use explosive gel on the wall to reveal a trophy.
  • Underside of the bridge connecting Amusement Mile and the Industrial District. Go to about the half way point and toss a Freeze Blast under the bridge. Use the Batclaw to recover the trophy
  • Slightly south of Krank Co Toys, a trophy is locked in a trap. Stand on the Riddler Button to activate a series of flashing question marks. Take not of the pattern in which they turn on. Batman must hit the marks in the order in which they light up, on three consecutive occasions. Counting the marks from left to right the order in which each sequence lights up is: First 1,3,5,2,4; Second 4,3,1,5,2; Third 3,5,2,1,4.
  • Inside the GCPD stand on the stairs in the Morgue. Toss a Remote Control Batarang through the electricity and under the Morgue's gate. Guide the Batarang past the big room toward the initial entrance. As it approaches the entrance turn it right and look for a holding cell on the left. One corner above the cell is open. Lead the Batarang through this opening and into the fuse box inside. Looking at the map the cell is the one away from the morgue and north of the initial entrance.
  • If she is the ROOT of evil, how could anyone be expected to CONTAIN her? At Poison Ivy's hideout stand on the east side of it on a roof top and look into the water. There is a container down there that we can scan to solve the riddle.

Industrial District

Completing each row of the Industrial District's Riddler Challenge unlocks a Joker Interview Tap

  • North of Zsasz's hideout look for a crane over looking the water. This crane has a fuse box on it. Hit the fuse box to lower the crane into the water. Now hit it again to raise it and there should be a trophy on the hook. Use the Batclaw to recover the previously sunken treasure.

  • In a clearing at ground level north of the Ferris Wheel, a trophy sits next to a Riddler Button. Stand on the button and three question marks light up. At the same time a door begins to open. Quickly toss a Remote Control Batarang through the door and guide it to the right. Hit the dot and quickly toss another (regular) Batarang at the dot in the middle by tapping L1. Once that one is hit quickly toss a second Remote Control Batarang to hit the question mark on the left. Quickness is a necessity to get this trophy.
  • On the map, this trophy is just south of the word District. There is a cage with a lot of mines. The only two that need disarmed are the two closest to the trophy in the line of four on the left. The rest can be walked around without exploding.
    • Unlocks Hugo Strange Character Trophy
  • Near the site the tracking device Batman places on the assassin leads to (Subway Maintenance Access). Its under a nearby piece of construction equipment.

  • On the map take note of the eastern side of the Steel Mill. The is a portion that juts out from the rest of the mill. Go here to get a trophy.
  • At the back of the Steel Mill east of the alternate entrance look for a train. Use the REC to move it forward. Once it stops jump on it and place some Explosive Gel on the weak portion of the ceiling. Detonate and grab the trophy.
  • Inside Zsasz's hideout, after taking him out, enter the room where he had hostages. Use the console on the table to create an electric current. Use the Remote Control Batarang to grab a charge from the electric field and guide it into the vent used to access the room. Inside the vent cause the Batarang to land on the fuse box to open the trap.
  • Air, sea, or land. It would be criminal not to use these wise guys, wouldn't it? Go to the building with the Ferris Wheel. Drop off the eastern side of the building and look for a Falcone Warehouse and Storage billboard. Scan it.

  • In the northwest section of the district near the Restricted area, look for Gotham Hardware shop. Break a door with Explosive gel revealing a cage and two magnets. One inside the cage and one outside the cage. The one inside controls the trophy trap, the one outside controls the inner magnet. Push the inner magnet to the left and grab the ball. Now pull the inner magnet to the right so the ball will drop near the opening. (This is near Zsasz's hideout)
  • Across from the location where Nora Fries is found during a side mission, Batman must punch through three boarded sections to get the trophy.
  • Inside one of the top buckets on the Ferris Wheel.
  • Hack a Riddler Console slightly east of Zsasz's hideout.
  • Just west of the I in Industrial on the map is a building with a boarded wall. Fly through the wall to reveal a floor full of Red Riddler Buttons and one Green Riddler Button on the wall. The goal is to hit the green one without touching the red ones. The only way, I have found to accomplish this is to dive bomb into a glide from a broken railing east of the room. The rails are above a canal of water. Once you glide into the button be sure to glide off to avoid falling on one of the red buttons. I have managed after making several turns to Line Launch into the button but it does not open the trap and Batman always falls onto a red button.
    • Unlocks Character Trophy Penguin
  • On top of the Steel Mill, this trophy is a the base of a smoke stack with a couple of large heads dangling from its sides. The goal is to toss a Remote Control Batarang over some debris and guide it down a corridor into the dot of a Question Mark.
    • Unlocks Industrial Building Concept Art

  • Across from the warehouse where Mr. Freeze and Nora are reunited, Catwoman finds a trophy inside a trap. Stand on one of the Riddler Buttons then pounce to the ceiling. Crawl to above the other Buttons and drop on them without touching anything else and the trap opens.
  • This trophy is in the western portion of the Industrial District near Zsasz's hideout. The trophy is in a trap near a Riddler Button. This button requires pressing with enough force to light up a series of arrows leading to a question mark. Look for some (relatively) nearby smoke stacks and glide off them toward the Button. Once in position dive bomb into the button to light up the question mark.
  • Batman must hit two steam pipes with Freeze Blast and disable two mines with the Disruptor to get the trophy.
    • Unlocks The Abrammovici Twins Hammer and Sickle Concept Art

  • Does Zsasz still pose a threat? This guy called to find out. Slightly north of the long portion of the Steel Mill (also west of the enclosed section of water), Batman can scan an inmate dressed in orange, dead leaning on a payphone. Stand on a smoke stack rising from the Gotham Docks and look toward the Restricted area. The dot is on the smoke stack and the Question symbol is on the distant wall.
    • Unlocks Arkham City Story The Payphone Killer

  • Roof of building north east of the opening to Subway Maintenance Access and just south of Tricorner Naval.
  • Three Riddler Buttons are on the large smoke stacks in the Industrial District. Batman must hit all three without landing anywhere else in order to open the Riddler's trap. Start by standing on one of the dual stacks where the trophy itself sits. Now glide over to the other Button. Be sure to bounce-glide off. This bounce glide will not provide the necessary altitude to hit either of the dual stack buttons. Instead Grapnel Boost over one of the smoke stacks and circle around to hit a Button. Finally, bounce glide off that button and perform another Grapnel Boost so Batman can glide back around to hit the last button that will open the trap.
    • Unlocks Bruce Wayne Character Trophy
  • Behind a Explosive Gel wall on the northeast coast of the Industrial District (its also near one of the Riddler Rooms where hostages are held)
  • Slightly northeast of the Ferris wheel is a trophy in a trap on the under side of a roof top shack. There is a Riddler Button on the roof of the shack. Stand on it and a timer begins. Drop off the roof and snatch the trophy with the Batclaw.
  • On the west side of the Industrial District directly south (practically touching on the map) the Subway Maintenance Access, Batman finds a series of Riddler Buttons. They will flash in a pattern between green and red. The goal is to step on each button and only the buttons while they are green. Step on a red one or something that isn't a button and they reset. I found it easier to start at the South and work North.
  • View the map and locate the water directly south of where the words Industrial District appear. Throw a Freeze Blast into the water and jump on the raft. Look for a valve at the end of a vertical pipe. This valve will appear orange in Detective Mode. Once located use the Batclaw to open the valve and a Trophy falls into the water. The raft must be close to the trophy to get it. There is a hook nearby that Batman can use to pull closer to the trophy or just exit the water and toss down a new raft but closer.
  • Move to a roof to the west of the Steel Mill near the border of the map. There will be a Riddler Button and several question marks on the wall protected by a cage. Stepping on the Button causes a single question mark to light up. Keep your eye on this mark. Shortly thereafter the remaining marks light up and they spin quickly (but not too quickly to follow the first lit). Once the spinning stops toss a Batarang at the first Question Mark to light up and the trophy trap opens.
  • In the water South of the Mill, Batman finds a lengthy cage. Jump onto it and throw a Freeze Blast at its opening. Line Launch to the trophy. Stepping on the button opens the gate above for an exit.

  • Near the shore in the northeast part of the Industrial District, Batman will find a dock that has a green arrow. Line Launch into the corridor and quickly change directions to the right. Since their is no landing spot use the Tightrope ability. Now that Batman is on stable ground walk over to the trophy. Exit by stepping on the Riddler Button.
    • Unlocks Solomon Grundy Concept Art
  • Set a waypoint directly on the "a" in Industrial. Here we find two Riddler Buttons and a series of lights. Once a button is stepped on more lights shine. Step on the buttons until all six lights are on and the trap opens.
  • Slightly west of the opening in the ground that leads to the Subway, we find a series of Riddler Buttons near a trapped trophy. Use the Line Launcher to drop onto each Button and only each Button to open the trap.
  • Hack a Riddler Console northeast of the Subway Maintenance Access. Console is located in a walkable crawlspace under a building.
  • Along the western (green as seen on the map) border of the Industrial District (near the spinning question mark trophy listed above), Batman will find a door that can be opened with a Remote Electric Charge. Inside step on the Riddler Button to activate a Riddler Console. Hack the console and exit the room. Destroy the wall outside and grab the now free trophy.
  • This is the southern most trophy and actually is outside of the border of the city. Stand on the south east corner of the Steel Mill and face South. If you look there should be an opening in the city wall, with an old rust platform in front of it. This is the target. Move slightly west until Batman can align a Line Launcher shot to the platform. Once there the trophy is sitting in the room.
    • Unlocks TYGER Guards Character trophy

    • Unlocks Subway Station Concept Art
  • In the room with Penguin's third disruptor, perch Batman on a platform near the ceiling on the opposite side of the disruptor. Look for a weak wooden wall that could not be reached while standing on the ground. Glide through it for the trophy.
    • Unlocks Subway Terminal Concept Art
  • On the second floor of the Subway Terminal in the northeast corner we find a trophy behind some bars. Also behind the bars is a fuse box. Move to the ground floor directly in front of where the trophy is located. There is a small circular opening that an object can pass through to hit the Fuse Box. Usually this object is a Remote Control Batarang with an electric charge. Look around for some electricity if you like but there is none to be found. Instead provide your own spark by firing a Remote Electric Charge at the box to disable it and open the bars.
    • Unlocks the Batwing MK2 Concept Art
  • In subway while searching for Ra's, Batman has to use the Line Launcher for the first time to turn a corner. Going left around the corner leads further down the path. Going right leads to this trophy.
  • Drop into the Subway Maintenance Access in the Industrial District (basically just a big hole in the ground). Upon entry look to the left for an electric current. Toss a Remote Control Batarang into the current and make a quick U-Turn back at Batman. Now guide the Batarang down the corridor and over a gate. Make the Batarang hit a fuse box directly behind the desired trophy.
    • Unlocks Streets in Ruin Concept Art
  • This Killer was collared, but is he now on the loose? Entering the Subway from the Industrial District will lead Batman to a room with a bridge and water flowing from the sides of the wall. Grapple up to a high point where there is a weakness in the floor. Set some Explosive Gel and BOOM! We land in the current home of Killer Croc. Scan the room to solve the riddle
    • Unlocks Killer Croc Bio and Arkham City Story A Killer in the Sewers
  • On a table inside the Subway Station accessed from the Bowery
  • In the first room of the Subway but requires the final Disruptor to be destroyed so Batman can use the Cryptographic Sequencer to open a gate.
  • In the Subway Tunnels before entering the Terminal via the Bowery side entrance, look to the left and move by the subway car. Look for a Riddler Button and stand on it. Three question marks light up inside the subway car. The goal is to use the Remote Control Batarang to hit the dot on each of the three marks. The trick is that once one is hit an 8 second timer begins to count down. Hit the question mark farthest from your location first. Then the

one in the middle and finally the closest one.

    • Unlocks Battle in the Subway Concept Art
  • Break some weak boarded walls in the room with Penguin's third disruptor. The walls will be on the side opposite the disruptor. Once the wall is destroyed a path leads to a trophy.
  • In the room with Penguin's third disruptor, look for a door just by the disruptor. The door leads to a gate that needs an electric charge. Once its open slide under for the trophy.
  • Enter the Subway Maintenance Access in the Industrial District. When you get to a bridge toss a Freeze Blast into the water and jump on the raft. Look under the bridge and use the Batclaw to grab the trophy.

  • Destroy 3 Joker Teet
  • In the Subway Tunnels outside the gate leading to the Subway Terminal look to the left to find an opening in front of the subway cars. Leap to the ceiling and look for a trap door that will allow access to the Trophy.
  • Upon entering the subway looking for Penguin's third disruptor take the first

left. At the bottom of the stairs go straight across to the hackable key pad and open the floor gate for the Trophy.

  • In the Subway Tunnels before entering the Terminal via the Bowery side entrance, look to the left and move by the subway car and destroy a wall with Explosive Gel. There is an gate that Batman can crouch under. One inside the room hack the Riddler Console and a countdown will begin. Once Riddler reaches zero the floor will electrify killing Batman.
