What's with the talsiman vulgrim sells?
Ok so when i first started this game i bought a talisman from vulgrim which was selling for a load of money, it was a "common" quality item, level 40, with apparently zero ability.
i bought it nonetheless because i thought that if vulgrim was selling it there had to be a purpose, i held on to it during my first play and i'm almost at the end of new game plus and apparently maximum level is 30... so what's the deal with that amulet?

It's meant to be used for upgrading possessed weapons.
