    XII. Walkthrough (Continued)

    The Fairyground

    Drippy will leave your party for the moment. So, you need to go to the end of the path. Along the way, you will find Horace. The riddle is really easy to figure out even if you haven't look at the Wizard's Companion. So, the password is Crispy Lettuce. Unfortunately, he will not give you anything because he lost the item. However, by figuring out the password, he will move on to the next town. Anyway, talk to the Fairy Godmother and Drippy will rejoin your group. Then talk to Surley and Smiley at the comedy stand. Your objective is to find eight art pieces. This is also the opportunity where you get to use the useless spells, yay! Also, at the front of the village, there is a white bird. Use Nature's Toungue and you get the levitate spell.

    1. There's a tiny fairy that walks back and forth on the street near Swift Solutions. Be sure to use Quicken Growth to grow his plants

    2. Talk to the weapon shop owner and use burden

    3. The item shop owner broke her jar. Use Rejuvinate

    4. Near the inn, some dude need something off his shoulders. Use Levitate

    5. East of Swift Solution, there's a dude that need his place swept up. Use Broom-Broom

    6. Right accross from the familiar retreat, she complains about her crappy food. Use Secret Ingredient

    7. Adjacent to the comedy stand, there's fairy that can't open the jar. Use Spring Lock

    8. At the inn, she complains about the chiliness in her rooms. Use Fireball

    After you have gathered all 8 art pieces, go back to the comedy stand. From there, you need to talk to the Fairy Godmother and you will be inside her Stomach.

    This day-care esque dungeon is extremely short. Basically, you will need to go through five rooms to save the little fairies. The one marked with a red line on the mini-map is the save point and the exit. Anyway, each room contains an enemy encounter. You do this five times until you find all of the fairies. Once you have done so, you head east down the slide and you will fight the boss.

    Boss: Royal Jelly

    Oh my, this boss is so annoying. His normal attacks have long reach thanks to the tentacles. He will use See Stars to confuse your ally. Also, Royal Jelly often spins around to attack his surrounding enemies. If that's not bad enough, right around 2/3 of its health, Royal Jelly will summon EIGHT jelly minions to annoy the crap out of you. Lastly, he will use Bolt from the Blue to do a widespread storm attack on all of your allies. This boss is annoying with his large health and a heavy amount of reinforcements. Fortunately, he is weak against fire. So, any sword equipped characters that can hold Candle Cutter or any Flame elemental weapon is an absolute must in this battle. Also, it's important to have any attacks that can target multiple foes such as Hot Puff or Ray of Light to damage his minions. Lastly, this is the time where you can finally do something with your allies. Whenever Royal Jelly is about to cast his signature move, be sure to press square to defend. I must warn you that it does not apply to the character you are controlling. So, you must defend manually for the incoming attack. If you are lucky, the Golden Glim will pop up and you will do significiant damage.

    Once that's over, exit the dungeon and talk to the Fairy Godmother, she will give a crapload of spells. As soon as you board back your ship, new sidequests will open up. Next up, go to Hamelin. Before you do so, be sure to talk to Father Oak back in Deep Dark Wood to give you Medal of Dexterity.

    Hamelin

    The moment you step inside the iron-clad city, Swaine leaves your party. Don't worry, it won't be for long. After you have seen a cutscene, Swaine rejoins your party again. Anyway, there's not much you can do since the guard will not let you in the palace. So, you need to go to the black market and get the Armored Suits. Once you have the suits, you can proceed to the next area. Before you do so, talk to Horace north of the item shop. He will give you yet another riddle. This involves how many machine-type familiars are in the picture on pages 212-213. To save you some time, just type in 5. He will give you the Chart Chests spell which reveals the treasure chests within the vicinity. It's awesome for treasure grabbing.

    Hamelin Palace

    Treasures:

    You are going have to do some sneaking around in this portion of the game. The stealth segment is based on the map below:


    Hamelin Palace

    The one in green is the guard's pathway and blue path indicates the ideal solution of getting through the room. As you can see from the illustration, there are several guards that are patrolling the hallway. There's only one given path where you can avoid them. At point "A" as you are moving while the guard is patrolling behind his back, head to the nearest opening and huddle to the corner hoping that he does not catch you. At point "B", there are two guards circling around the central part of the palace. Just tread carefully until you are out. At point "C", just do exactly like you did at point A, and you are home free. At the next room, you will fight the next boss.

    Boss: Porco Grosso

    This boss is certainly a tank for a number of reasons. One, it has one hell of a physical resistance. Two, it's fairly agile with an impressive shot range. Anyway, it will use Hog Roast, which is basically a flamethrower. Next up, Road Hog is an attack that lunges towards its opponent. The movement is fairly swift. If you can see it coming, just block immediately. Another move you should watch for is Porco Salvo attack which is a barrage of bullets. Like most multi-hitting attack, block and you will get numerous glims coming out. Lastly, Gammon Cannon Attack inflicts heavy damage to one of your allies.

    This battle is fairly straight forward. Physical attacks will not work effectively UNLESS you have any weapons that has elemental property. I strongly recommend having Roc Feather on this battle since Porco Grosso is weak against Storm element. If not, elemental imbued swords like burning blade or candle cutter will work just as well. Also, magics like Whirlgig or Thunderstorm will work just as effectively as well. Be sure to use your all-out defend when Porco Grosso is initiating its attack. The more you inflict its weakness and defend its attack, the higher the chances of you getting the golden glim. You'll survive.

    After defeating Porco Grosso, you will meet with the king. After the event, you need to head out of Hamelin and head over to one of the mines marked in your mine. You will fight the Earth Ogerr. It's a really easy fight. Just do what you can to save the king's sons. Afterwards, head back to Hamelin and speak to the king. From there, he will give you Arrow of Light and Breach Time spell. This is a useful spell because this is one of the few offensive light magics. At this point of the game, you cannot do any sidequests due to the event that you had witnessed. Anyway, you have no choice but to proceed to the next area.

    This trail is such a pain in the ass. Not only there are loads of enemies on the narrow trail, but there are traps all over the place. The trap in this trail is small void which inflicts curse on your allies; not cool at all. Fortunately, the traps are generally near the treasure chests. So, you need to tread carefully. Anyway, after the save point, turn east. Along the way, you should find a red treasure box that contains Curse-Be-Gone. At the T-intersection, go east to get the treasure that contains a cheeseburger. Be careful because there is a curse trap on the side. You can't get through the zombie guy until you play dead. You need to use the spell, Poison Apple. From there, you can proceed. Before moving northwest, head southeast at the intersection and shoot your pistol to the green treasure chest to get the Black Blade. Continue to move forward until you stumble to a house. This indicates the halfway point of the trail. As you pass the save point, continue to go straight. At this portion of the trail, the path ahead of you is pitch black. You are going to use the Magic Lamp to light up your path. Along the way, you will find candles. Be sure to light up all seven candles to open up the blockade. If you are struggling to find all the candles, use this image below to guide you. The ones in Green is the candles while the purple is the curse spots.


    Tombstone Trail: Candle location

    If are able to light up the candles, the blockade should open up and you should see a blue chest at the other side. The content inside contains a Devil's Fang. From here on out, it should be self-explanatory. Head to the save point to heal up and at the end of the path, you will fight another boss.

    Boss: Candelabracadabra

    It's like as if Chandelure had another evolution. Geekiness aside, Candelabracadabra has resistance against Dark and Fire Elements. So, if you are using Oliver's Miracle move, then it's not going to work for this battle. There are three moves to watch out for. The first move is called Boo! It inflicts moderate damage to your allies. Also, Boo can inflict curse as well. Snuff out inflicts blind on your allies. Lastly, Wacko Lantern deals heavy damage on your allies. This battle is fairly straight forward. The boss is weak against light, so you can use Arrow of Light to deal good damage on the boss. Physical attacks is a must in this battle. Be sure to use All-out defense to reduce the damage against its signature attacks.

    After the battle, you unlock a new emotion for your locket called Belief. You also get Mornstar as well. Time to get back to Hamelin and use Breach Time. From there, give heart to Marcassin. He will give you a bunch of spells. I want to note this particular spell called Travel. You now can travel to any towns previously visited in an instant. Also, the Solosseum and the Crypt Casino is now available to you. Don't Forget to talk to Father Oak about your adventures and he will give another Tales of Wonder.

    XIII. Sidequests

    Note: For the sake of organization, I'm going to split the errands into several divisions.

    001: The Procrastinator

    • The Golden Grove

      • Available: After Ding Dong Well

    After you finished the dungeon at Ding Dong Well, be sure to extract someone's Enthusiam and give it to the lazy man.

    002: The Idle Wife

    • The Golden Grove
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Chocolate Bar x3, flan x3, and 30G
      • Available: After Ding Dong Well

    After you finished the dungeon at Ding Dong Well, be sure to extract someone's Enthusiam and give it to the troubled woman.

    003: The Sheikh of Spice

    As stated earlier, this mission will not start until you do quest 048. Anyway, be sure to give him Enthusiam by extracting it from some person near Rashaad's Babana shop. Once you have done that, you set the flag for quest 48.

    004: An Overdue Loan

    • The Temple of Trials
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Strong Coffee x2 and 100G
      • Available: After Esther joins your party

    Be sure to extract Kindness from a man near Rashaad's Babana Shop where he gives his treat to his Grandaughter. Then give to to the poor kid.

    005: Ice Cream Dreams

      • Available: After Esther joins your party

    Be sure to extract Courage from the woman with a strong personality near Swift Solutions.

    006: The Fisherman's Woe

    • Castaway Cove
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Fishburger and 200G
      • Available: After entering the Castaway Cove

    Be sure to extract Courage from the man near the pier in Castaway Cove.

    007: Shop Till You Drop

    • Al Mamoon: The Cowlipha
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Salted Ice Cream x5 and 200G
      • Available: After Swaine joins your party

    Be sure to extract restraint from the boy at the pier in Castaway Cove. Then give it to the lady in need.

    008: Service Without a Smile

    • Mummy's Tummy
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Ruby Ripple Ice Cream x3 and 300G
      • Available: After defeating the Royal Jelly

    If you just finished The Fairyground, I'm afraid you are not going to find kindness anywhere within the Fairyground. You can extract kindness from one of the citizens at Hamelin and then come back to the Fairyground to give it to the poor fairy.

    009: Tactless Timing

      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Fairy Chocolate x3 and 300G
      • Available: After defeating the Royal Jelly

    Be sure to extract restraint from the customer east swift solutions in the Fairyground and give it to the pink haired fairy.

    010: A Sister's Savior

    • Hamelin
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Pixie Dew x2 and 500G
      • Available: After arriving at Hamelin

    Be sure to extract kindness from the guy near the palace gate in Hamelin. Then return back to the guy near the black market and give heart to the troubled man. You will unlock a series of quests that follow after this mission.

    011: A Proposal Postponed

    • Hamelin
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Babana Flan x3 and 500G
      • Available: After arriving at Hamelin

    Be sure to extract courage from the guy in Al Mamoon and give it to the troubled man in Hamelin. It's best to wait out this task until you have the travel spell.

    033: A half-hearted hubby

    • Desert Oasis: Al Mamoon
      • Reward:2 Merit Stamps; Blindness-be-gone x3 and 100G
      • Available: After arriving at Al Mamoon

    be sure to give him Enthusiam by extracting it from some person from Ding Dong Bell. If not, just get it from the lady near the clothing stand.

    034: A Heartless Wife

    Be sure to extract kindness from the lady holding a basket of yellow fruits at the side of Castaway Cove. Then give it to the lady in need.

    035: A-Weakhearted Hubby

    Be sure to extract courage from one the customers near the eastern part of the fairyground and give it to the troubled citizen.

    036: A Hearty Appetite

    • Hamelin
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Soft Scoop of Ice Cream x3 and 500G
      • Available: After arriving at Hamelin

    Be sure to extract restraint from the guy near the palace gate right by the green treasure chest and give it to the troubled lady.

    041: A Safe Hiding Place

    • Ding Dong Bell
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Leafy Mantle and 50G
      • Available: After talking to the King

    It's near the castle gate west of the fountain. Look at the picture below.


    Red Earring

    042: A Splash of Color

    • Ding Dong Bell
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Wooden Shield and 50G
      • Available: After talking to the King

    You will need the following: Plainsworth flower x2 and Spring Water x2. All of them could be found at the foraging points on the world map. Springwaters are found anywhere near a body of water. Plainsworth Flower can be found on the foraging points near mountains and cliffside.

    043: Hide and Seek

    • Ding Dong Bell
      • Reward: 4 Merit Stamps; Sweetie Pie x3 and 50G
      • Available: After talking to the King

    On this mission, you will need to have Healing Touch ready. The location of the three kids are in the following location.

      • At the Castle gate on the east side at the corridor
      • Head up the stairs and one of the kid is standing next to the purple treasure chest
      • Inside the equipment store

    After you are done, talk to the mom to reward you.

    044: Forest Folk

    • The Golden Grove
      • Reward: 4 Merit Stamps; Iced Coffee x3 and 50G
      • Available: After Ding Dong Well

    Location for the hidden forest

    After you have found the area, talk to the boy and defeat x5 Rhinobores.

    045: A lover's lunch basket

    Talk to the lady and she will give you her Lunch Basket. Then Go back to the Golden Grove and look at the blue dot on the map. It should be west of the former familiar egg location near the treasure box where you found the sandwich. Then talk to her husband and report everything back to the lady.

    046: Bothersome Boneheads

    Just go out to the world map and defeat x10 Boneheads

    047: A Boy and His Birds

    • Al Mamoon: The Cowlipha
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Phoenix Feather and 400G
      • Available: After Swaine joins your party; you must have Nature's Voice Spell

    You need to talk to the boy near the front gate in Al Mamoon. Be sure to have Nature's Voice on hand. Anyway, he is looking for his Messenger Pigeons. The locations for the pigeons are found in....

      • At the eastern milk fountain right by the palace gate. (Be sure to scare away a flock of birds)
      • The fountain near the stairway towards the inn
      • Right by the windowsill near the item shop

    Be sure to talk to the birds with Nature's Voice and then report back to the boy.

    048: The King of Curries

    • The Temple of Trials
      • Reward: 4 Merit Stamps; Tikka Mahala x5 and 200G
      • Available: After Esther joins your party

    First off, after you accept the quest, you will need the following ingredients below:

      • Tender Beef
      • Fluffy Rice
      • Secret Spice

    The first two is really easy since you can buy it at the item shop. But the secret spice is comprised into two parts. Spicy Seeds and a Tumeric Root. This requires you to do 003: The Sheikh of Spice and 088: Take Precious Roots. When you finish quest 3, you have the option to mix the spices together. You will need Spice Seeds x3 near Old Smokey and you should have Tumeric Root from the bounty hunt. After you have those ingredients, talk to Sheikh to give him the secret spice. Then present all of the ingredients to Raj and he will reward you handsomely.

    049: A Snazzier Swimsuit

    • Castaway Cove
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Wildflower Sundaes and 400G
      • Available: After entering the Castaway Cove

    You need to go back to Shimmering Sands and fight Florets. Be sure to kill the Florets by using the frostbite spell. You need three Rainbow Leaves to finish the quest.

    050: The Concerned Crab

    • Al Mamoon: The Cowlipha
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Strong Coffee x3 and 400G
      • Available: After Swaine joins your party; you must have Nature's Voice Spell and access to the ship

    051: A Comedy of Errors

    • Mummy's Tummy
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Dryad Spear and 300G
      • Available: After defeating the Royal Jelly

    You are going to find three of the slapstick material from the whambats from that poor guy east of the swift solutions in the Fairyground. However, you need to defeat the whambat while they are in blind status effect. So, use tricks such as smokebombs or Sand Blast to blind the whambats and present it to the fairy.

    052: A Big Splash

    • Mummy's Tummy
      • Reward: 4 Merit Stamps; Chocolate Bonbon x2, Babana Flan x2 and 700G
      • Available: After defeating the Royal Jelly

    Do you remember the guy who needed something lifted off his shoulder using the levitate spell? His friend right next to him is sick. You will need the following to make him feel better.

      • Booster Shoot x1
      • Spring Water x1
      • Slumberknot Leaves x1

    The first two, you should have them at hand during your time at Rolling Hills. The Slumberknot leaves on the other hand is on one of the foraging points near the Castaway Cove area. Be sure to present those items to him.

    053: Boars in the Bushes

    • Mummy's Tummy
      • Reward: 6 Merit Stamps; Pointy Hat and 700G
      • Available: After defeating the Royal Jelly

    This one requires you backtrack all the way to Golden Grove. You can wait this task out until you obtain The Travel Spell. Otherwise, you are going to walk from the beach from Rolling Hills or from Castaway Cove to reach your destination. Anyway, head over to the area where you fought the Gladiataur and restored the pond. The fairy will tell you that there are three hyperboars out there throughout the forest. It's your job to take them out. They will come with a group of Crashing Boars in each bout. After taking out all three Hyperboars, you will fight a Full Boar along side with four Crashing Boars where you talked to the fairy. Anyway, Full Boar is no different from the Hyperboar apart from the weakness against water and high attack power. So, do whatever you can and you will survive the battle.

    054: A Flower in the Fug

    • Hamelin
      • Reward: 5 Merit Stamps; Purifying Pulse Gem and 1000G
      • Available: After arriving at Hamelin

    At the lower part of the city, there is lady standing by the balcony. She wants her plant to bloom. So, just use Quicken Growth. However, you are not out of the woods yet. You need a Sun Familiar to make the flower bloom. The familiar Sunshine will do the trick. (Any of Sunshine's other forms will not work)

    055: Making Medicine

    You are going to have to move west from Hamelin towards another hidden forest. Look at the illustration below for the location


    Location for the feel good Fungus

    After finding the forest, talk to the lady and she wants a treat. She will say something gibberish, but she actually wants a Carrot Cake. It's real simple to make. On the Alchemy menu, you need 3 Crunchy Carrots and 1 Cake. Both of the ingredients can be easily found in the item shop in Hamelin. So, make a Carrot Cake and give to the lady and she will give you the fungus as an exchange. Don't Forget to grab the Lightning Bolt and the Purifying Gem along the way.

    056: Pesky Pirates

    You need to sail southwest from Autumnia's shore towards Shipwreck Shore. You should see three Ships sailing around. You can ambush them easily. Each battle contains four Zomboatswain. They have no weaknesses. So, do whatever it takes to defeat them. Once you sank all three ships, you will fight another ship. This time around, you will fight four Zomboatswain and one Zombo Cap'n. Again, this is basically overwhelming match. If you can take down the weaker players before taking on the zombie Cap'n, the battle will be much easier.

    071: Desert Creatures

    • Old Smokey
      • Reward: 4 Merit Stamps; Stardrop, Moondrop and 500G
      • Available: After the Temple of Trials

    You are going to need to tame Turbandit and Green bunchers and present those two monsters to him. Sounds easy, right? Hell no!!!! You are going to travel around the the desert and keep battling those two in hopes that you will tame them. Yeah, just go at it.

    072: Mechanical Creatures

    • Hamelin
      • Reward: 5 Merit Stamps; Sundrops x2, Planetdrops x2 and 2000G
      • Available: After arriving at Hamelin; and finished 071: Desert Creatures

    You need to tame three familiars: Sprog Cog, Clinketyclank and Tin-Man. The awesome part about this quest is that they are within the Hamelin Area. Sprog Cog and Tin-Man should be easy to come by. However, the Clinketyclank is a tough familiar to come by. So, just keep working at it until you have all three monsters. Don't forget to present these familars to him.

    076: The Young Alchemist

    • Castaway Cove
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Rings-a-bells x2, Wetstones x2, and 400G
      • Available: After defeating Al-Khemi

    As soon as you have access to alchemy, you need to make the following: Flint Dagger and Emberstones. You can buy a Flint Dagger from Al Mamoon weapon shop. You find Emberstones from enemy drops Crowhawk. After obtaining the raw ingredients, combine the two items to get. ''Candle Cutter". Present it to the girl and that's the end of the quest.

    079: Notes from the Hills

    • The Golden Grove
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Giant's Tooth and 50 G
      • Available: After Ding Dong Well

    Head north and head to the island like the illustration below. Grab it and present it back to him

    080: Notes from a Volcano

    Head over to the volcanic area. It should be near the halfpoint of the volcanic path east of the bridge. Lool at the Illustration below

    As soon as you find the hidden cave near the Fairyground, go inside and look for a log. It should be right next to the red treasure chest; Fishburger. Examine the log and you will get his diary, again. = /

    086: Vegetable Thief

    • Ding Dong Bell
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Well-Worn Sword and 50G
      • Available: After Meeting the King

    Gruffian is near the beach. Gruffian will be accompanied by two Ruffs. Just use your attacks like cut loose to kill off the weaker enemies.

    087: Travelers' Torment

    • The Golden Grove
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Salted Ice Cream and 80G
      • Available: After Ding Dong Well

    Grumpeafowl is north of the Golden grove. Grumpeafowl will be accompanied by two sleepeafowl. Just use your attacks like cut loose to kill off the weaker enemies.

    088: Take Precious Roots

    He is located west of the Golden Grove at the Shimmering Sands area. Unlike the first two bounty quest, Lumberwood will fight alone. He is really slow and you can beat it with ranged projectiles. He will drop a Tumeric Root which is vital to quest 048

    089: A Duel in the Desert

      • Available: After Esther joins your party

    You will fight the Bone Brigader near the Temple of Trials. He can withstand physical attacks but he is weak against magic attacks. So, use your spells

    090: Babana Thief

    • The Temple of Trials
      • Reward: 2 Merit Stamps; Flame Robes and 300G
      • Available: After Esther joins your party

    You will fight Adamantiger northeast of Al Mamoon. He maybe fast, but he also have a lousy magic defense. So, use your magic spells to beat him.

    091: Merchants' Menace

    • Castaway Cove
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Fishburgers x4 and 400G
      • Available: After Old Smokey

    It's south of Al Mamoon. You need to use the Bridge Spell to connect the two landmass. You will fight Gobspeed along side with two Hob-Goblin. Unlike the previous bounty hunts, the Goblins have no weaknesses. So you are going have to use magics and/or attack with a widespread range like Bubble Bath or Cut Loose to hit several enemies at once. You can try to use the same attacks while they are at a cluster.

    092: Magmadness

    • Castaway Cove
      • Reward: 5 Merit Stamps; Fireseal and 600G
      • Available: After Old Smokey

    In contrast to the previous bounty hunts, Magmoiselle is inside Old Smokey near the beginning of the dungeon. Just go dead straight forward and you will see her. She is fairly powerful normal attacks and her magic resembles Burning Hearts where it creates a fiery Pillar upon contact. So, be sure to defend when neccessary. Anyway, her weakness is water so spam away your Water and Ice Magic.

    093: A Greedy Pirate Gang

    • Shipwreck Shore
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Poison Pinch Gems and 600G
      • Available: After Obtaining the Ship

    As soon as you obtain the ship, head to an island southeast of Castaway Cove. You should see a cast sitting by the island. You will fight 2 Purrloiner and Puss in Boots. They are pretty easy to beat considering that the Purrloiner you fought is the same one right by Castaway Cove. Puss in Boots is no different from them. So, beat the crap out of those pirate kitties.

    094: A Starving Sea Monster

    • Shipwreck Shore
      • Reward: 3 Merit Stamps; Poison Pinch Gems and 600G
      • Available: After Obtaining the Ship

    You are going have to hunt it down by using the ship. This enemy roams around the waters northeast of Castaway Cove. You will fight Hubber Blubber. It's a huge whale with high attack output. But, you can beat the enemy easily by using storm elemental attack like Whirlgig or Thunderspark.

    095: Researchers' Ruin

    • Shipwreck Shore
      • Reward: 5 Merit Stamps; Sacred Dagger and 800G
      • Available: After Obtaining the Ship

    This one is in Shipwreck Shore. It's northeast of Castaway Cove. When you engage the boss name Collum, it has a resistance against physical attacks and it can deal a significant amount of damage. Just use magic at a distance or use storm elemental weapons/magic to deal with the mechanical being.

    096: A Ghostly Machine

    • Hamelin
      • Reward: 5 Merit Stamps; Thunderspark Gem x3 and 900G
      • Available: After arriving at Hamelin

    The enemy is hanging out at the bridge railroad southeast of Hamelin. This battle is similar to task 095 except the only difference is that the Clinketyclanks will aid Steam-Man in battle. Again, physical attack won't do much. But use Storm Elemental attacks to beat the boss.

    097: Cliff-Top Chaos

    • Hamelin
      • Reward: 6 Merit Stamps; Lightning Bolt and 1000G
      • Available: After arriving at Hamelin

    The enemy hangs out at the southern-most tip at the Autumnia continent. You will fight Fluvius Maximus. It has a high HP to boot but have an awful fire weakness. So, hack away with Fire Elemental weapons or use Fire Magic to kill the boss.
