Ni No Kuni Boss Strategy Guide by pokemon_45_79_1

    Version 1.02

    Very Important Spoiler Alert

This guide may contain plot spoilers and names of bosses so read at your own
    risk.

Welcome to my Ni No Kuni boss strategy guide, this guide will focus on all
bosses, optional bosses and scripted fights within the game, scripted fights
are story fights that take place doing the story outside of major boss fights.
I am making this guide on normal difficulty but this guide will work on the
other difficuties as well. Now the battle system is a hybrid between turn
based and real time, you have one 3 human party members at one time, they have
whats called familiers or Imajins which brings in that pokemon game battle
into this game, each human can carry 3 at once and you can switch freely in
battle to the other 2 as well, now keep in mind the all three humans share the
same HP and MP pool as the familiers do so using one affects the other
abilities, more on battle system coming up, I will document all boss, optional
ones and scripted fights HP and items they drop along with what you can steal
from them, I will also put the recommended lvl you can be at to make the
battles easier however you can be over or under the recommended lv I put on
here, also I will try to document all the bosses attacks they do as well.

Now the battle system like I said is a hybrid turn based and action you can
freely move your characters and familiers around the field, remember at the
start of the fight you can choose who to use but you can switch out at any
time to another familier or the human you are controlling, now every skill
your familier learns ca be in its invetory to use however keep in mind anytime
you use an attack or other command like defend there is a cool down time, same
with using items like SO series does, so you need to think in this battle
system and use strategy to win, you can't rely in most cases on brute force
    to win fights.

Now also Drippy your partner will at times drop HP and MP balls to restore
your HP and MP, also hitting bosses weak points also drop them as well, now
each boss has a special attack one thats there ultimate attack at this point
you need to switch to defend to reduce damage, if you don't then it really
hurts you sort of like KH does, and by defending against these attacks, it can
provide other bosses and advantages as well, most times you ahve about 5 to 6
seconds to choose defend, but it varies from boss to boss so you need to be
paying attention when it happens, now Oliver is not a fighter but a wizard
and they prefer to stay in the background and cast spells, later on in the
game Oliver may be able to actually fight without using his familiers, but
you will need to rely on your familiers for easier battles. Also on the
right side of the screen you will see the monsters and bosses HP meter, and
its really important to watch the bosses hP as the boss becomes more
aggressive as its HP basr drops.

Drippy throws HP and MP balls out but you can't rely on them to be there
when you need them, also hitting bosses weak spots can drop a special
golden orb, which will appear next to the boss most likely, but will only
remain on the battle field for a very limited time, once you get it, it will
restore your HP to full and do a special attack that wil ldo a lot more
damage, however you need to use it as soon as you get it as it will disappear
from being used if you move, now these are not critical to winning the fight
but can be a big help when needed, every boss has different weak spots so
you will need to find them, some have the elemental weakness which the
opposite will do double the damage to said boss, now you will be given a
defend command for your AI controlled party members as well so they can
defend aganist bosses special attacks, now the battle system can get complex
anf sometimes fustrating also note that if you get the game over scrren from
dieing in battle you lose 1/5 of your gold yous tock similar to DQVIII,
however a license you get will reduce the loss of gold if it happens.

Remember monsters if they see you will automatacly follw you for a short
distance so if you don't want to fight keep running, also you can avoid fights
if you so desire, you can surprise enemies and vice versa for them as well
the AI seems to work pretty good by itself and it seems you don't really need
to babysit your AI human parteners and there familiers, now this game has
post game content that includes bosses past the main game, also certain
familiers wil lappear on the field walking around some are strong and may be
to strong for your current lvls of your party so you will need to pick those
    battles carefully.

Now this guide may not be the best one out there but it will help you a lot,
now I can't tell you how to beat the bosses and optional and scripted fights
within the game, but I can arm you with the knowledge on what you could
expect from them, use what I put as a templete for your own strategy, also
keep an open mind when reading this guide, I will begin with the main story
so on with the main story bosses.

    Main Story:

Scripted fight against (1x) Ruff at the Northern Summerlands (
    recommeneded lvl 1)

    Scripted Battle (1x) Ruff

Scripted Battle (1x) Ruff HP Easy: 10
Scripted Battle (1x) Ruff HP Normal: 10

Scripted Battle (1x) Ruff item/equipment drop: Pie, Booster Shoots

Scripted Battle (1x) Ruff item to steal: Pie, Booster Shoots

In this first scripted fight of the main game you are fighting one ruff now
this is sort of a tutorial to the basics of the battle system, pretty much
all you can do is attack with the wand so get to it. By hitting this creature
it drops an HP ball which will restore HP, this monster uses only physical
attacks and they do about 1 damage to HP other then that its got nothing else
worth mentioning, just attack it to win the fight.

Scripted Fight against (2x) Teeny Boppers at Deep Dark Woods (recommended
    lvl 3-5)

Scripted Battle (2x) Teeny Bopper HP Easy: 15
Scripted Battle (2x) Teeny Bopper HP Normal: 15

Scripted Battle (2x) Teeny Bopper item/equipment drop: White Bread, Spring
    Water

Scripted Battle (2x) Teeny Bopper item to steal: White Bread, Spring Water

In this scripted fight of the main game you are fightning two teeny boppers,
once again another tutorial battle to explain how to use your familiar, so
its best to listen up, you will need to use your new friend in this battle,
now they use just physical attacks so nothing special going for them, use your
mite cut loose skill for good damage on both of them, use what works,
remember it has a stamina guage so keep an eye on it and make sure to swap
it out when the gauge is low.

Boss fight against the Guardian of the Forest at the Deep
    Dark Forest (recommended lvl 3-5)

    Boss Guardian of the Forest:

Boss Guardian of the Forest HP Easy: 152
Boss Guardian of the Forest HP Normal: 152

Boss Guardian of the Forest item drops: Spirit of the Woods
Boss Guardian of the Forest items to steal: n/a

Welcome to your first boss fight of this game this boss battle is sort of
a tutorial told by Oliver partner Drippy at certain points during the fight
so pay attention, now when you begin the battle you must choose Oliver or
his familier, now I would recommend Oliver due to the boss being wood and
is weak against fire, so Oliver fireball spell would be more effective then
using his familier, but its totally up to you who you use, now if you
attempt this fight at lvl 1 then you will find it quite the challange, if you
are around lvl 3-5 then the fight is more managable yet still challanging,
now this boss uses physical attacks, if you look at the right of the screen
you will see its HP bar now when it drops down 20% the boss adds two
new attacks one is called Bellow which will cause the status change paralyze
and it last about 8-10 seconds if you have been keeping your distance then it
shouldn't become a problem and it will now be used througout the rest of the
fight, its other attack which is its ultimate attack is called Windfall which
causes a shockwave to head towards Oliver at this point make sure to defend
against it as it will do little damage like 3-6 HP damage, if you don't then
it does about 20 HP damage and that is huge at this point make sure to heal
if you take full damage form it, and it will be used througout the rest of
the fight you have about 5-6 seconds to defend before it uses it so you
need to pay atention when you see it and stop doing anything move wise,
it will yield rewards if you can defend against it multiple times, like HP
& MP orbs and it tiring itself out for a few seconds, near the end of the
fight a big gold orb appears next to the boss, now this orb won't stay
around forever so go get it, but there is a catch once you get it you have
to use it or you lose it, it will fully restore your HP and give you one time
attack called Burning Heart which summons a large fireball which will do about
100 damage or more aganist the boss effectivelly ending the fight, its not
critical if you don't get it, but you should end the fight using it.

Optional Fight against (2x) Ruff & (1x) Gruffian at Northern Summerlands
    (recommended lvl 5-7)

    Optional Fight (2x) Ruff
    Optional Fight (1x) Gruffian

Optional Fight (2x) Ruff HP Easy: 10
Optional Fight (2x) Ruff HP Normal: 10
Optional Fight (1x) Gruffian HP Easy: 451
Optional Fight (1x) Gruffian HP Normal: 451

Optional Fight (2x) Ruff Item/Equipment Drop: Pie, Booster Shoots
Optional Fight (1x) Gruffian Item/Equipment Drop: Stardrop, Powerstone

Optional Fight (2x) Ruff items to steal: Pie, Booster Shoots
Optional Fight (1x) Gruffian items to steal: Stardrop, Powerstone

In this your first hunt optional fight of the game you are fightning two
ruff and the mark hunt Gruffian, now the ruffs are the same as you fought
on the world map or your first fight, watch out though as they use both
physical and earsplinter attack that does light damage, as for the gruffian
it is just a beefed up version of the ruffs and will do the same attacks as
them so watch your HP the marks got health but thats about it for it, use your
familiar or Oliver, who ever you choose, knock out the ruffs then go for the
    gruffian.

Scripted Fight against a Rabbot & a Taddlywink at Ding Dong Well (recommended
    lvl 5-7)

    Scripted Fight Rabbot
    Scripted Fight Taddlywink

Scripted Fight Rabbot HP Easy: 27
Scripted Fight Rabbot HP Normal: 27
Scripted Fight Taddlywink HP Easy: 25
Scripted Fight Taddlywink HP Normal: 25

Scripted Fight Rabbo item/equipment drops: poison-be-gone, iced coffee
Scripted Fight Taddlywink item/equipment drops: ice cream, sandwich

Scripted Fight Rabbo items to steal poison-be-gone, iced coffee
Scripted Fight Taddlywink items to steal: ice cream, sandwich

In thsi scripted battle you are fighting a singe rabbot, and a taddlywink
now these monsters are the same as you meet when moving through the well,
now for the rabbott monster it does physical attacks, plus a special move
called ray of light which does very light damage, and the other one just uses
physical attacks neither has much HP so this battle should be a cakewalk,
just use your mite familiar I wouldn't recommend using your new one due
to its low lvl, but its up to you, use what works.

Boss Fight against Hickory Dock at Ding Dong Well (recommended lvl 8-9)

    Boss Hickory Dock

Boss Hickory Dock HP Easy: 365
Boss Hickory Dock HP Normal: 365

Boss Hickory Dock item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Hickory Dock items to steal: n/a

In this boss fight you are fightning hickory dock to begin make sure you
don't throw out a familiar at the start as it will get a free attack on it,
now it uses physical attacks and throws in a tailspin which can cause
the confusion side effect, now your Lemahl is highly resistant to confusion
so the tailspin won't be an issue, this battle will force you to use everyone,
its next attack is a spell called mousefire, simiar to Oliver one however
it can be stopped by contining physical attacks, and sometimes won't work
leaving open to attacks due to the backfire of it, at this point the boss
falls on its back for a good few seconds and it then you can pummel it, also
make sure to defend against it as it will do very little damage and could
yield rewards to you as well, also using physical attacks might net you the
golden orb which will give a special attacks Slash Dance which is a stronger
version of cut and loose attack by mite, it does about 80 damage and should
end the fight similar to your first boss fight, it is weak to the fireball
spell so use that to your advantage, use what works for you to win this fight.

Optional Fight against a Rhinobore at the eastern summerlands (recommended lvl
    8-9)

    Optional Fight Rhino bore

Optional Fight Rhinobore HP Easy: 40
    Optional Fight Rhinobore HP Normal:40

Optional Fight Rhinobore item/equipment drop: tender beef, angula

Optional Fight Rhinobore items to steal: tender beef, angula

In this optiional fight youa re against a rhinobore, now there are
five of these around the forest so this is just one of 5 now it uses only
physical attacks and shouldn't be an issue at this point in the game,
use who you want to use.

Optional Fight against a Rhinobore at the eastern summerlands (recommended lvl
    8-9)

Optional Fight against (2x) Sleepeafowl & (1x) Grumpeafowl Summerlands
    (recommedned lvl 9-10)

    Optional Fight (2x) Sleepeafowl
    Optional Fight (1x) Grumpeafowl

Optional Fight (2x) Sleepeafowl HP Easy: 20
Optional Fight (1x) Grumpeafowl HP Easy: 265

Optional Fight (2x) Sleepeafowl HP Normal: 20
Optional Fight (1x) Grumpeafowl HP Normal: 265

Optional Fight (2x) Sleepeafowl item/equipment drop: poison-be-gone, booster
    shoots
    Optional Fight (1x) Grumpeafowl item/equipment drop: sleep-be-gone,
    gnomebeard

Optional Fight (2x) Sleepeafowl items to steal: poison-be-gone, booster shoots
Optional Fight (1x) Grumpeafowl items to steal: sleep-be-gone, gnomebeard

In this Optional Second Hunt fight you are fightning two Sleepeafowl and one
Grumpeafowl, now the Sleepeafowl are the same as when you fought them on
the world map, they use physical attacks and they have a skill that can put
you to sleep called Dowsy Drops so be aware it can be defended against to
make it miss, now the Grumpeafowl is just a beefed up version of the
Sleepeafowl, it uses the same moves, it just has more health, use what works,
mite works real well with cut loose ability so start of with that, this
battle should be a breeze at this point.

Boss Fight against the Gladiataur at Golden Grove (recommended lvl 12-13)

    Boss Gladiataur

    Boss Gladiataur HP Easy: 520
    Boss Gladiataur HP Normal: 520

Boss Gladiataur item/equipment drop: Spirit of the Glade

Boss Gladiataur items to steal: n/a

In this boss fight you are fightning the gladiataur, now this boss uses
different attacks it begins kind of slow, but gets stronger as its HP bar
drops down, it pretty much uses physical attacks with its sword, and charge
attacks later on, at half way its HP bar is down to, then it gets dangerous as
it gets a power boost, and then the charging attacks like its special
Headlong Rush happen make sure to defend or it can do decent damage, at some
point doing the fight he then uses his special skill Everblade, which will
hit you whereever you are on the field, if you can defend against Headlong
Rush drippy then throws its shield back at it stunning the boss for a short
time, switch to your best familiar like Lemahl who can attack much faster,
use who you want once again you will need to be switching between Oliver and
his familiar. I almost forgot if you defend against everblade golden glims do
appear that will give you your full HP restore and Miracle Move, make
sure to pick at least one up and use it.

Boss Fight against Rusty's Nightmare in an unknown dimension (recommended
    lvl 12-14)

    Boss Rusty's Nightmare

Boss Rusty's Nightmare HP Easy: 520
Boss Rusty's Nightmare HP: Normal: 520

    Boss Rusty's Nightmare item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Rusty's Nightmare items to steal: n/a

In this boss fight you are against rusty's nightmare, now this is an undead
creature so expect status change stuff, it pretty much uses poison skills,
like Foul Fumes and it leaves behind poison pools, its best to keep your
distance so that means using Oliver in this fight and casting spells, its
physical swipes are weak so shouldn't be a problem your familiars are not as
effective due to the posion skills that it uses, it uses its special move
Hard Heart which causes blindness staus change, making physical attacks
useless, however it can't stop magic, it does take a short while to cast
Hard Heart so either interupt it or defend aganist it, its most likely easier
to defend against it, to get the gold orb which will give you your Miracle
move and make sure to use it to do about 140 HP damage to the boss but its up
to you, you don't have a spell that its weak against so you are stuck with
using frostbite, fireball can also be effective as well, use who you want.

Optional Hunt Fight against a Adamantiger at the Southern Summerlands (
    recommended lvl 12-13)

    Optional Hunt Monster Adamantiger

Optional Hunt Monster Adamantiger HP Easy: 50
Optional Hunt Monster Adamantiger HP Normal: 50

Optional Hunt Monster Adamantiger item/equipment drop: n/a

Optional Hunt Monster Adamantiger items to steal: n/a

In this optional hunt fight you are fightning a Admantiger now it will begin
using a skill to raise its attack War Cry, then attempt to use physical
attacks, this hunt runs fast so its kind of hard to outrun it in battle, but
it can be done, it is weak to spark so use Oliver doing this fight, make
sure esther is okay as well, even if she falls the battle is still winnable,
use what works for you, this hunt could be that first hunt monster that
can kill you and get the game over screen, so watch out.

Optional Hunt Fight against a Lumberwood at Southern Summerlands (
    recommended lvl 13-14)

    Optional Hunt Monster Lumberwood

Optional Hunt Monster Lumberwood HP Easy: 70
Optional Hunt Monster Lumberwood HP Normal: 70

Optional Hunt Monster Lumberwood item/equipment drop:
Turmeric Root (special item for an errand)

Optional Hunt Monster Lumberwood items to steal: n/a

In this optional hunt fight youa re facing off against a lumberwood, now it
fights alone as the previous mark did, now it pretty much uses physical
attacks in this fight, and can easily be avoided, it is weak to fire spells as
its aplant type so use Oliver, compared to the last mark this is easy.

Boss Fight against Bashura at the Temple of Trials (recommended lvl 15-16)

    Boss Bashura

    Boss Bashura HP Easy: 870
    Boss Bashura HP Normal: 870

Boss Bashura item/equipment drop: Spirit of the Temple, (special item
    Proof of Srength)

Boss Bashura items to steal: n/a

In this boss fight you are fighting bashura, now even though this is a test
take it seriously, now this boss likes to focus on the character you are not
using so its best if possible to switch between, Oliver and Esther, so healing
can happen he uses his swords for physical attacks, and one move called Mind
over Matter, its a pretty weak attack on one party member, the other one is
Devastation make sure to defend when its used, your party member will not
unless she is being controlled by you however it only does 20 HP damage
not as much as you think remember defend to get the golden orbs, along with
HP and MP ones, try to use Oliver frostbite spell since it is weak to water
and esther should have a few spells water wise, keep an eye on HP on your
partner and heal when needed, also watch outfor soul steal which will
lower agility on one person, if anyone can get a miracle move make sure to
    use it.

Scripted Battle against a Lagoon Naiad, Shonky-Honker, & Boggly-Boo at the
Temple of Trails (recommended lvl 15-16)

Scripted Battle Shonky-Honker HP Easy: 141
Scripted Battle Boggly-Boo HP Easy: 97

Scripted Battle Lagoon Naiad HP Normal: 169
Scripted Battle Shonky-Honker HP Normal: 141

Scripted Battle Lagoon Naiad item/equipment drop: n/a
    Scripted Battle Shonky-Honker item/equipment drop: n/a
    Scripted Battle Boggly-Boo item/equipment drop: n/a

Scripted Battle Lagoon Naiad items to steal: n/a
Scripted Battle Shonky-Honker items to steal: n/a
Scripted Battle Boggly-Boo items to steal: n/a

In this scripted familiar fight by the supreme sage you are against three
familiars, now this is a tutorial battle how to capture familiars, none will
attack you, continue to attack the one you want till it falls, then use
esther and play her harp to capture it, and the battle will end.

Boss Fight against Molten at Mount Smokey (recommended lvl 20-21)

    Boss Molten

    Boss Molten HP Easy: 1375
    Boss Molten HP Normal: 1375

Boss Molten item/equipment drop: Spirit of the Flame

Boss Molten items to steal: n/a

In this boss fight you are fightning molten, now this boss is a fire type
so unequip any fire weapons from your familiars, now it will begin with
physical attacks, it then adds in blazing breath which only affects the front
of it and it leaves the after fire effect on the field, anyone walking
through it takes damage, it also has tail flail which will attack in a
circular fashion around it, usually misses for the most part, at some point
in the fight it uses its special move volcanic roar, make sure to defend
against it, keep in mind your party member can't, it will do light damage
even with defending but cuts it way down, its tail is its weak spot so
place who you are controlling in back of it and attack the tail, it will
yield rewards, same with defending against volcanic roar, Oliver is
super effective in this fight with his frostbite spell so use that, just
watch your partners HP and heal when need be, it will use volcanic roar
    quite a bit.

Optional Hunt Fight Bone Brigadier items to steal: n/a

In this optional hunt battle you are fightning two bonehead and a bone
brigadier, now the boneheads are the same as you fought on the field, they
use physical attacks for the most part with a couple of skills, they shouldn't
become a problem for your team, the bone brigadier is just a beef up version
of the boneheads and wil ldo pretty much the same moves as its breathern,
at this point the battle should be a cake walk.

Optional Hunt fight against Magmoiselle at Mount Smokey (recommended lvl
    20-21)

    Optional Hunt Magmoiselle

Optional Hunt Magmoiselle HP Normal: 496

Optional Hunt Magmoiselle item/equipment drop: n/a

Optional Hunt Magmoiselle items to steal: n/a

In this hunt battle you are fightning a magmoiselle, now this one
does mostly physical attacks, but has a towering inferno spell as well,
make sure to defend against it when it happens, it is weak to ice and water,
so Oliver frostbite spell will work wonders as will any water type skills.

Boss Fight against Al-Khemi at Castaway Cove (recommended lvl 21-22)

    Boss Al-Khemi

    Boss Al-Khemi HP Easy: 1520

Boss Al-Khemi item/equipment drop: green grapes, glowcap

Boss Al-Khemi items to steal: green grapes, glowcap

In this boss fight you are fightning al-kheni now he uses mostly physical
attacks with different equipment, he will most likely use his special attack
called Al-Khombo and it will target one party memeber, at this point switch
to the one its going to attack and defend against it, it will yield rewards
like possible gold glums to appear, at some point he switches weapons that
it is using, it has a choice of a flaming sword or parasail, if its that
sword, defend as its his strongest weapon, if the parasail comes out its
weak attacks will do nothing damage wise and you can go all out, at about
20% HP bar remaining it will throw in Hubble-Bubble, in which it hides
in the pot you can't damage it for 10 seconds so heal at this point, then
defend as the cauldron will explode, key to this fight is watch HP especially
at the start with its super attack and switch to said person.

    Boss Swain's Nightmare item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Swain's Nightmare items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are fightning swaine's nightmare, this battle is pretty
much the same as the Rusty's nightmare, this ones cast status changes as well
mostly sleep and curse, its physical attacks are once again not that
devestating compared to the previous boss you just fought, use items if need
be, however neither status change is determental if you leave it alone, once
again being undead its weak to light spells, however unless you have a
sunbum familiar you still don't have access to light magic, just attack
with Oliver and keep your distance, once again it will teleport around the
field but still shouldn't become a problem, this one has a special move Grudge
which will cast a status change, its not what you would call a special attack
as it can be interupted quite easily, doing so yields rewards.

Optional Hunt Fight against a Collum at the Southeastern Summerlands
    (recommended lvl 25)

    Hunt Monster Collum

Hunt Monster Collum HP Easy: 825
Hunt Monster Collum HP Normal: 825

Hunt Monster Collum item/equipment drop: n/a

Hunt Monster Collum temas to steal:: n/a

In this fight with a mark you are fightning a Collum, now it is a golem type
familiar with a pretty high def against physical attacks so rely on magic,
its physical attacks do light damage, watch out for wallop, it can be
defended against , which can yield rewards, it does over 100 damage to HP
so watch out for it, it will take awhile to wear him down, if you have a storm
familiar use it as its weak to that magic spell, heal when below 50 HP, and
make sure your party meembers are working as well.

Optional Hunt Fight against a Hubber Blubber at Friday Island (recommended
    lvl 25)

Hunt Monster Hubber Blubber item/equipment drops: n/a

Hunt Monster Hubber Blubber items to steal: n/a

In this next hunt mark fight you are fightning a hubber blubber, now this
is a aquatic type monster looking whale, now that means its weak to thunder
type spells and weapons, so take advantage, it uses physical attacks that
can do damage some what so just watch your HP on everyone, this fight
is a lot easier then your previous mark.

Boss Fight against Shadar on board the Sea Crow (recommended lvl 25)

    Boss Shadar

    Boss Shadar HP Easy: 2050
    Boss Shadar HP Normal: 2050

    Boss Shadar item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Shadar item to steal: n/a

In this boss fight youa re against shadar the dark dijinn himself, now you
can't win that fight outright, once you drop shadar HP bar down by 40%
the battle ends prematurely, but his magic is very strong expect different
strong spells, and other moves, like fell wind, pyre, and another Bleak
Midwinter, all can be defended against, now you want to end this fight very
quickly, he can be inturepted quite easy wih physical attackas that are quick
since he wil lrely on magic most of the time, keep everyone alive as best
you can, remember, your party members can't defend against attacks so
watch there HP. He will throw everything except the kitchen sink, he uses his
special moves quite often you may not be able to defend against them all
since it happens very quickly defend when you can, two of his special moves
only target one person, only bleak midwinter targets everyone. Remember
you can't win this fight try to end it quickly.

Boss Royal Jelly item/equipment drops: Spirit of the Storm

Boss Royal Jelly items to steal: Puby Ripple Ice Cream

In this boss fight you are fightning a royal jelly, now this boss has the
most HP you have seen thus far, it likes to use storm type attacks, and
inflicting confusion, bear in mind that it will only hit one person, certain
familiars can give some resistance to storm moves and confusion, it
is weak to fire magic so Oliver or any fire familiar will be effective, try
to get the steal item with swaine as it has a great treat ripe for the picking
at some point in the fight the boss begins to use Bolt from the Blue, which
will hit everyone notice you have the all out defense now, so activate it at
this stage, also it uses See Stars trick, once again defend against it, near
the end of the fight the boss summons little jellys skills that attack all can
be quite useful, keep everyone healed best you can, if you can get a golden
glim have Oliver pick it up for blazing heart which should do heavy damage
to the boss, see stars only attacks one party member, and still shouldn't be
an issue, just make sure to do all out defense for bolt from the blue.

Optional Hunt Fight against Fluvius Maximus at Southern Autumnia (recommended
    lvl 30)

    Hunt Monster Fluvius Maximus

Hunt Monster Fluvius Maximus item/equipment drop: n/a

Hunt Monster Fluvius Maximus items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are fightning the fluvius maximus, now it uses pretty
much all physical attacks, that do decent damage, its HP pool is all that
its got going for it, it is weak to fire so any fire familiar or Oliver will
    be useful in this fight.

    Monster (3x) Zomboatswain item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster (3x) Zomboatswain items to steal: n/a

In this optional fight youa re fightning 3 zomboatswain, now thre are 3
more battles after as well, this is just 1 of the 3 you will fight, they use
only physical attacks and are pretty weak as well, at this point this
battle should be a breeze to win, they have no weakness or resistant
to elements so have at it.

Optional Fight against (4x) Zomboatswain on the Open Sea (recommended lvl 30)

    Monster (4x) Zomboatswain

Monster (4x) Zomboatswain HP Easy: 1128

Monster (4x) Zomboatswain HP Normal: 1128

Monster (4x) Zomboatswain items to steal: n/a
Monster Cap'n Zombo items to steal: n/a

In this final fight of this four seperate fights you are against four
Zomboatswain and its cap'n Zombo, now strategy is pretty much the same as
with the previous bouts, now the cap'n does physical attacks and will use a
skill called leech which will steal HP from one person, even its attacks are
weak damage wise, use cut loose on mite for good damage to all of them.

Boss Fight against Porco Grosso at the Hamelin Palace (recommended lvl 31)

    Boss Porco Grosso

Boss Porco Grosso HP Easy: 2540
Boss Porco Grosso HP Normal: 2540

Boss Porco Grosso item/equipment drops: Hog's Cog

Boss Porco Grosso items to steal: Tower Toppler

In this boss fight you are fightning porco grosso, now this machine type
does all physical attacks well and they do good damage, also it throws
in a couple of skills ones called road hog move, which covers a lot
of the field, defend against when it happens, also it has hog roast but
that can be avoided by running around the field, at some point this
boss uses its super move porco salvo attack, make sure to use all
out defense to defend against it, doing so will yield rewards, its other
super move is gammon cannon, it can do 100 points of damage, however it
won't start using it till about 30% HP bar is left, make sure to use all out
defense doing this time to yield rewards especially gold glims, it is weak
to storm magic as it has a high def, so familiars can work good that do storm
moves, as it will do great damage, all attacks hit only one party member so
make sure they defend at the time, this battle can get tricky quick but if
you heal at the right time, you should have very little trouble beating it.

Scripted Fight against a Earth Ogrrr at Hamelin Mine (recommedned lvl 31)

    Monster Earth Ogrrr

Monster Earth Ogrrr HP Easy: 560
Monster Earth Ogrrr HP Normal: 560

Monster Earth Ogrrr item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Earth Ogrrr items to steal: n/a

In this scripted fight to save the two princes you are fightning a earth
ogrrr, now compared to the previous boss this battle should be an easy one
to win, watch for physical attacks it does, it does have a weakness to fire so
an familiar that does fire or Oliver can be effective here, just watch
everyones HP, it can do sling stone skill but still shouldn't become an issue.

Boss Fight against Candelabracadabra at Tombstone Trail (recommended lvl
    32-33)

    Boss Candelabracadabra

    Candelabracadabra HP Easy: 3130
    Candelabracadabra HP Normal: 3130

    Candelabracadabra item/equipment drop: n/a

Candelabracadabra items to steal: Noble Attire

In this boss fight youa re fightning a Candelabracadabra, now this boss'
is physical attacks and uses status changes as well so make sure to watch for
those if they get inflicted, its really hard to defend against most of the
status changes so don't try, you will want to defend against its super
move wacko latern which will do heavy damage to the entire party, at
this point use all out def and then def yourself, it is weak to light spells
so familiars and Oliver can be useful with his new arrow of light spell, it
is very effective damage wise but can stun the boss most likely, plus drop
gold glims as well, it also does boo skill which puts everyone in curse
status change, and you don't have long to get to use defend so use it,
don't try to use items here as you will waste time trying to cure the status
aliments, none are really that determental to the fight, don't forget to
steal the noble attire with swaine before passing the boss, very good piece
    of armor for a familiar.

Optional Hunt Mark Battle against a Fug at Ghostly Gorge (recommended lvl
    33-35)

    Monster Fug

    Monster Fug HP Easy: 1324
    Monster Fug HP Normal: 1324

    Monster Fug item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster Fug items to steal: n/a

In this battle you are fightning a fug, now it has attacks that can inflict
random status conditions on one person, only really cure confusion if someone
gets inflicted by it. Watch for evilembrace to inflict a staus change on a
party member, other then that its got nothing really strong going for it, it
is weak to storm so use familiars that can exploit that weakness for good
    damage.

Optional Hunt Mark Battle against a Magmadame at Mount Smokey (recommended lvl
    33-35)

    Monster Magmadame

    Monster Magmadame HP Easy: 1732
    Monster Magmadame HP Normal: 1732

    Monster Magmadame item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Magmadame items to steal: n/a

In this hunt mark battle you are fightning a magmadane, now this is just
a beefed up version of magmoiselle you fought earlier, its pretty much
the same except it uses hot huff skill that can hit multiple party members,
other then that really nothing else going for it, its weak to water element
so use familiars or Olivers skills, and or magic to do good damage to it,
it might be even a good idea to have a fire resistant familiar out, just
don't use fire type skills, at thsi point this battle should be easy.

Optional Hunt Fight against a Blubber Bubbler on the Open Sea (recommended lvl
    35-36)

    Monster Blubber Bubbler

Monster Blubber Bubbler HP Easy: 1732
Monster Blubber Bubbler HP Normal: 1732

Monster Blubber Bubbler item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster Blubber Bubbler items to steal: n/a

In this mark battle you are fightning a blubber bubbler, now this mark
is similar to the one you fought earlier, just a little harder, it has the
same old tricks including it now adds in waterspout skill, but constant
physical attacks will stop that from happening, as always it is weak to
storm moves and magic so use them in this fight, at this stage this should be
    a walk in the park.

Optional Hunt Fight against a ShellRaiser on Skull Island (recommended lvl
    35-36)

    Monster ShellRaiser

    Monster ShellRaiser HP Easy: 1680
    Monster ShellRaiser HP Normal: 1680

    Monster ShellRaiser item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster ShellRaiser items to steal: n/a

In this mark fight you are fighting a shellraiser, now its a turtle so
keep that in mind as it has a strong def and mag def, its best
to use debuffs if you can to lower its stats, it pretty much uses physical
attacks only, it can hide in its shell and you can't damage it when its in it
however it doesn't last long, any element works here on it, so have at it.

Optional Mark Fight against a Fire Ogrrr at Mount Smokey (recommended lvl
    35-36)

    Monster Fire Ogrrr

Monster Fire Ogrrr HP Easy: 1780
Monster Fire Ogrrr HP Normal: 1780

Monster Fire Ogrrr item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster Fire Ogrrr items to steal: n/a

In this mark boss fight you are fightning a fire ogrrr, this is similiar to
the ogrrr you fought in the past Hamelin, just a fire type expect a few
skills used along with physical attacks, it is weak to water element, so you
should have familiars or you can use Oliver to cast water spells, and use
water skills as well, watch out for its earth attack it uses as it does decent
damage to everyone defend against it, however it comes pretty fast with
no warning so you may not have enough time to do it, other then that
its got really nothing going for it, at this stage of the game it should be
    a breeze to beat.

Boss Fight against a Red Dragon at Skull Mountain (recommended lvl 35-36)

    Boss Red Dragon

Boss Red Dragon HP Easy: 4350
Boss Red Dragon HP Normal: 4350

Boss Red Dragon item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Red Dragon items to steal: Dragon Tusk

In this boss fight you are fighting a red dragon, now this may be the
toughest boss fight so far, it wil lbegin by casting a skill called dragon
scales which will raise its magic def, so begin with melee fighters, this
dragon is weak to poison so swain rotshot is very effective and can stun
the dragon as well yielding rewards, watch the boss hp bar and see when
the boost ends, then use rotshot, it also has decent damage with physical
attacks, the dragon will cast dragon scales again throughout the fight, so
be watching when it disappears, at some point doing the fight the
dragon uses its ultimate move dragon breath which does heavy damage to
everyone unless you are defending and it leaves the after fire effect sort of
like what molten did back at mt smokey with blazing breath, watch everyones
HP in this fight and heal when need be, also don't forget to steal the dragons
tusk from it before you win the battle, also watch out for firestream that
is its worse attack don't defend against dragons breath, because more then
likely it will follow up with firestream, poison is the key to winning this
    fight.

Boss fight against Denny's Nightmare in another Dimension (recommedned lvl
    35-36)

    Boss Denny's Nightmare

Boss Denny's Nightmare HP Easy: 3850
Boss Denny's Nightmare HP Normal: 3850

    Boss Denny's Nightmare item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Denny's Nightmare items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are fightning denny's nightmare, now this one is different
from the other 2 you fought earlier in the game, it will use status change
skills like restless sleep, which might put one person to sleep, at some point
it uses its super attack oil spill at this point use all out def so it reduces
it by 75%, if not it will do decent damage, heal if this happens, now
he will perform a skill after he teleports so theres no way to accuratly
predict what it is going to do, as soon as you see it use all out def, its
risky if oil spill isn't used, but its better safe then sorry, just watch your
HP its physical attacks are very weak.

Optional Hunt Mark Fight against a Tempestus Majora at the Barrens (
    recommended lvl 35-36)

    Monster Tempestus Majora

Monster Tempestus Majora HP Easy: 2520
Monster Tempestus Majora HP Normal: 2520

Monster Tempestus Majora item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Tempestus Majora items to steal: n/a

In this hunt mark fight you are fightning a tempestus majora, now this
one is identical to the previous one on hamelin, just a tad stronger, it
uses once again physical attacks, it also uses bubble breath skill
other then that really nothing going for it, this battle should be a
breeze at this stage of the game.

Optional Hunt Mark Fight against a Dusty Fug on Swan Island ( recommended lvl
    35-36)

    Monster Dusty Fug

Monster Dusty Fug HP Normal: 2660

Monster Dusty Fug item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Dusty Fug items to steal: n/a

In this optional hunt mark fight you are fightning a dusty fug, now this
one is identical to the one you fought earlier just a tad stronger,
it uses physical attacks only, watch out for evil embrace skill which
will put inflict one status change on one person, other then that really
nothing to say here, this battle should be a breeze by this part of the game.

Boss Fight against Aapep at the Vault of Tears (recommended lvl 36-37)

    Boss Aapep

    Boss Aapep HP Easy: 5720
    Boss Aapep HP Normal: 5720

    Boss Aapep item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Aapep items to steal: Stout Armor

In this boss fight you are fightning aapep, now it will begin with physical
attacks, and throw in black bolt which only hits one party member so try to
defend if possible, it also uses serprent strike which deals moderate damage
to one person, both of his early attacks causes someone to possibly get a
status inflicted on them, so be weary especially with if someone gets
confused, watch out for death rattle its super move make sure to defend
against it as if you do the curse staus change doesn't happen attack but will
put everyone in curse status, so heal if you want, try to use the burden
spell if you can, it won't always work so don't count on it to win the fight
but it can stun the boss for several seconds and that could mean knocking
loose a gold glim, make sure Oliver gets it because the boss is weak to the
fire element so blazing heart will do about 400 points of damage to the boss,
also its weak to light spells and tricks, so arrow of light does over 100
points of HP damage, keep in mind the more times burden spell is used the less
effective it is at stunning the boss, most of its skills require something to
be in front of it for it to do damage if no one is it misses, overall a
moderate battle to win, I almost forgot make sure to steal the stout armor
from it before winning the fight.

Scripted Battle against Jetsam on board the Sea Crow (recommended lvl 36-37)

    Monster Jetsam

    Monster Jetsam HP Easy: 1420
    Monster Jetsam HP Normal: 1420

    Monster Jetsam item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster Jetsam items to steal: Jumbo Stardrop

In this scripted battle you are facing jetsum, now this is part of a two part
battle, that means that once this ends theres no time to heal before the next
one, so try to avoid wasting to much mp in the first fight, now it uses
physical attacks, and one move called barrel blast, but it only hits the
party memeber it is facing so if none are in the way it will miss, make sure
to defend if someone is in the line of fire, other then that its just a
warmup for the real boss shortly, it has very little HP and it has a
weakness to storm spells so use those to deal about 200 + points of HP damage.

Boss Fight against Cap'n Crossbones on board the Sea Crow (recommended lvl
    36-37)

    Boss Cap'n Crossbones

Boss Cap'n Crossbones HP Easy: 2890
Boss Cap'n Crossbones HP Normal: 2890

    Boss Cap'n Crossbones item/equip drops: n/a

Boss Cap'n Crossbones items to steal: Night Blade

In this fight you are against cap'n crossbones, now it wil luse physical
attacks and has a strong def to physical attacks, but it has a weak magic def
so spells are the way to go, watch out for one of its skills called plunder
as it causes you to lose hp and give it to the boss, it only hits one person
so make sure to defend against it, also then watch out for hammock hack
which carries the sleep staus change, once again it only effects one person
so defend against it, watch out for swash buckling it only hits one person,
make sure to defend as well on this as it will yield rewards, try to cure
sleep if you get inflicted by it, actually for the most part it stands around
and does nothing for a few seconds, overall a moderate battle to win, I
almost forgot have swaine steal the night blade pretty good weapon but it
saps HP from the user, but still get it for completion sake and it might save
you money later if you have it.

Boss Fight against Cerboreas at the Glittering Grotto (recommended lvl 42-43)

    Boss Cerboreas

    Boss Cerboreas HP Easy: 6370
    Boss Cerboreas HP Normal: 6370

Boss Cerboreas item/equipment drops: Spirit of the Snow

Boss Cerboreas items to steal: Icewyrm Tusk

In this boss fight you are against cerboreas, now this beast is totally ice
type so fire as always is very effective at dealing damage, now the boss
uses physical attacks, plus two skills and a super move, the skills are cold
boulder which hits only one person but can leave the stunned status inflicted
on said person, make sure to use items need to cure that, it also has glacial
guard whioh like the dragon raises magic def, expect it to be used a lot,
it really won't make much of a difference, its super move make sure to guard
against it as it deals good damge, its called howling blizzard, the boss
really doesn't give a lot of time to defend even with all out def, as always
if you defend successfully it will yield rewards, watch for howling
blizzard as its its most deadly move, this boss seems to have a higher
chance are inflicting the stunned status even with cold boulder, compared
    to other bosses previously.

Optional Battle against (3x) Turban Legends & a Water Ogrrr at the Glittering
    Grotto (recommended lvl 42-43)

    Monster (3x) Turban Legends
    Monster Water Ogrrr

Monster (3x) Turban Legends HP Easy: 327
Monster Water Ogrrr HP Easy: 2340

Monster (3x) Turban Legends HP Normal: 327
Monster Water Ogrrr HP Normal: 2340

    Monster (3x) Turban Legends item/equipment drops: n/a
Monster Water Ogrrr item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster (3x) Turban Legends items to steal: n/a
Monster Water Ogrrr item/equipment drops: items to steal: n/a

In this optional fight you are facing three turban legends and a water ogrrr,
now the turban legends are the same as you encountered them throughout the
grotto, just watch out for snowstorm, it does decent damage to everyone, the
water ogrrr is identical to the other ogres you passed previously, expect some
ice trick to be used, along with physical attacks, fire is the weakness of
everything in this fight, just watch your hp there physical attacks can really
hurt some of the time, compared to the previous boss fight this one shouldn't
    be that hard to win.

Boss Fight against Khulan's Nightmare in an unknown dimension (
    recommended lvl 44)

    Boss Khulan's Nightmare

Boss Khulan's Nightmare HP Easy: 5930
Boss Khulan's Nightmare HP Normal: 5930

    Boss Khulan's Nightmare item/equipment drops: Cherub's Wing

Boss Khulan's Nightmare items to steal: n/a

In this boss fight you are fightning khulan's nightmare, now this battle is
somewhat similar to the denny nightmare boss battle you fought earlier in the
game, expect the same thing as that one once it teleports, go all out def in
case it uses Pitch Black its super move, it does heavy damage and can leave
the blind status inflicted so make sure to defend, its Cruel Rain, simiar to
oil spill that denny nightmare used, defend against this as well, it also
leaves pools of poison behind on the field, now as the battle heads to the end
it starts relying on both special moves a lot, at this point heal as best you
can, this is the point where it can become fustrating, because it uses both
special so much, just perservere and you will evantually win.

Optional Hunt Mark FIght against a Ice Ogrrr at the Winter Wonderlands (
    recommended lvl 45)

    Monster Ice Ogrrr

Monster Ice Ogrrr HP Easy: 2820
Monster Ice Ogrrr HP Normal: 2820

Monster Ice Ogrrr item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster Ice Ogrrr items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are facing an ice ogrrr, now like the previous ogrrr
battles you have fought this one is no different, this one will rely on
physical attacks by using war cry to raise its strength, other then
that it really has nothing going for it, fire attacks work real well as it
is weak to fire, unleash your new spell by restoring Mornstar staff
has the ability to call any guardians you fought, choose Molten from
Mount Smokey, for Volcanic Roar as it will do good damage to it.

Optional Hunt Mark Fight against a ShellFire at the Southern Summerlands (
    recommended lvl 45)

    Monster ShellFire

    Monster ShellFire HP Easy: 2680
    Monster ShellFire HP Normal: 2680

    Monster ShellFire item/equipment drop: n/a

Monster ShellFire items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are fightning a shellfire, now this battle is nearly
identical to the other turtle mark you fought a while back, now
it wil ldo the same physical attacks, and you can't damage it while it is in
its shell but that shouldn't last long, it will throw in Brace to strengthen
its def, you can use unleash and bring out the ice guardian however it won't
be as effective as familiars, it will take awhile to beat it, but just
preservere and you will win the battle.

Optional Hunt Boss Fight against a MagmaDonna at Mount Smokey (
    recommended lvl 45)

    Boss MagmaDonna

    Boss MagmaDonna HP Easy: 3060
    Boss MagmaDonna HP Normal: 3060

    Boss MagmaDonna item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss MagmaDonna items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are facing a magnadonna, now this has a boss battle song
on it so treat this as a mini boss, now its pretty much the same as when you
fought the other ones earlier back in the game, but this time it has a super
move called palava as it hits all party meembers for some decent HP damage
make sure to use all out def and then defend yourself as well, it will throw
bracer to raise its physical def as well, other then that it will run around
most of the time trying to close the gap to use physical attacks, use unleash
and summon your ice guardian with a magic boost its blizzard howling does
around 330 HP damage, however it takes 36 HP to use it, you can't rely on it
to win because your familiars will only be able to attack physically.

Boss Fight against Phillip's Nightmare in a different dimension (recommended
    lvl 45-46)

    Boss Phillip's Nightmare

Boss Phillip's Nightmare HP Easy: 4560
Boss Phillip's Nightmare HP Normal: 4560

    Boss Phillip's Nightmare item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Phillip's Nightmare items to steal: n/a

In this boss fight you are fightning phillip's nightmare, now this one
is similar to khulan's nightmare, now it will begin early by casting, ill
will which will raise its physical attacks and magical as well, the move to
watch out for is rain of terror, make sure to issue the all out def, plus
defend yourself, this attack also inflicts a random staus change on everyone,
it does good damge so defend, it will yield rewards especially gold glims to
appear, watch out for the spheres that all nightmares have as they do light
damage, but could be a problem, use Oliver to lure it away, now this nightmare
is not as hard as khulan's nightmare was, it seems it likes to try to close
the gap with physical attacks, remember everytime it teleports its going
to use a trick, also it seems arrow of light does good damage from Oliver
as always its weak to light spells and tricks.

Boss Fight against Vileheart at the Miasma Marshes (recommende lvl 48-49)
    Part 1

    Boss Vileheart

    Boss Vileheart HP Easy: 6830
    Boss Vileheart HP Normal: 6830

    Boss Vileheart item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Vileheart items to steal: Barrier Badge

In this fight you are fightning vileheart, now it will begin using vile breath
all it does is poison you no damage, also it will pretty much use physical
attacks, at some point in the fight it uses its super move viledriver, make
sure you use all out def and defend the one you are controlling as well, it
will do heavy damage if you don't defend doing so will yield rewards
including gold orbs, also viledriver only effects things in front of it, so
if no ones in front of it and keeping there distance it will miss everyone,
also don't try to cure poison as it wil lbe inflicted pretty much everytime,
just watchyour HP from poison status change, since this bosses super
move only hits in front of it in a semi circle, it really isn't that much of
a threat to the overall battle, and its physical attacks can be avoided
easily, overall this is actually an easy battle for this point in the game,
also cast arrow of light with Oliver as it deals good damage and keeps him
from getting hit by viledriver, also make sure swain steals the barrier badge,
a very good side armor before winning the fight.

Boss Fight against Vileheart outside Perdida (recommende lvl 48-49)
    Part 2

    Boss Vileheart

    Boss Vileheart HP Easy: 2000
    Boss Vileheart HP Normal: 2000

    Boss Vileheart item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Vileheart items to steal: Jumbo Sundrop

In this two part boss fight you are against a weakened vileheart, see above
strategy as its the same, however Oliver now learn the Mornstar spell to use
so get to it, it also adds vilence to its tricks, which will only effect
Oliver make sure he defends against it, use Mornstar spell will do about 440
HP damage to the boss, it takes a few seconds to cast, but that shouldn't
    be a problem.

Boss Fight against Sadar first form at Castle Nevermore (recommended lvl 52)

    Boss Shadar

    Boss Shadar HP Easy: 3900
    Boss Shadar HP Normal: 3900

    Boss Shadar item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Shadar items to steal: Wizard's Robes

In this three part fight you are fightning shadar first form, now as I stated
this is a three part fight with no way to rest or heal between unless you
do it before each form goes, now he is pretty much the same as when you fought
him on the sea crow, except he throws in a new super attacks called evenstar,
which you can learn when you defeat him, defend and use all out def
especially with bleak midwinter again as it will be his most powerful
move outside evanstar, make sure to defend against evanstar, no matter what,
make sure Oliver is using mornstar spell as its super effective against
shadar, if you can cast mornstar spell at the same time as evenstar, each
will cancel each other out, however you can't wait for him to cast it, use
mornstar is key, also keep shadar focused on Oliver, his physical attacks
are weak here as always so he will once again rely on magic, try to defend
the best you can to avoid taking to much damage, but wait there is the second
    part to come.

Boss fight against a Eternal Knight at Castle Nevermore part 2
    (recoommended lvl 52)

    Boss Eternal Knight

Boss Eternal Knight HP Easy: 6270
Boss Eternal Knight HP Normal: 6270

Boss Eternal Knight item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Eternal Knight items to steal: Night Armor

In thsi second of three straight boss fights you are against you could call it
shadar familiar if youw ant, now this battle is not as tough as shadar battle
was as it will pretty much do physical attacks, however it throws in
onslaught make sure you are all defending when this happens as
it will hit no matter where you are on the field, watch out for that shield it
uses as it deflects alot of damage that should be done, try to hit it from the
rear as it has no protection back there, this boss also likes to follow one
person only so it lets the other 2 attack it from behind make sure it targets
Oliver, casting mornstar is once again effective in this fight as it does over
500 HP damage to the boss, remember you are not fully healed so use
items to restore your mp if its getting low, but wait the third and final
part of this three part fight is coming.

Boss Fight against Dark Djinn shadar true form part 3 at Castle Nevermore
    (recommended lvl 52)

    Boss Dark Djinn

Boss Dark Djinn HP Easy: 8830
Boss Dark Djinn HP Normal: 8830

Boss Dark Djinn item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Dark Djinn items to steal: Jumbo Stardrop

In this 3rd and final fight against shadar youa re fightning his true form,
now this fight is a little easier overall as it can't move its body so pretty
much most of its tricks can be evaded, if you are in the right spot, remember
make sure to heal mp and hp if you are still hurting after the knight battle,
the only attack you need to be weary of is worlds end as not defending against
it could be game over, however it is used rarely so you should have enough
time to defend against it, doing so yields good rewards and stuns the boss
for a few seconds, all attacks as I said have a set course and all can be
avoided even the AI can do good as well by avoiding its attacks, pretty much
mornstar is your best attacks as it does about 530 HP damage which will bring
that HP bar down fast, the key to winning all three fights is to have plenty of
mp restoring items and healing items so Oliver or esther don't have to waste
MP on healing everyone, this battle is really the easist of the three.

Boss Fight against King Tom XIV at Ding Dong Castle part 1
    (recommended lvl 58)

    Boss King Tom XIV

King Tom XIV HP Easy: 4800
King Tom XIV HP Normal: 4800

King Tom XIV item/equipment drop: n/a

King Tom XIV items to steal: Cat Kings Claws

In this boss fight you are against king tom of ding dong dell, now
this boss has two different forms but both have the same amount of HP, once
you drop his HP once to zero it refills and the second part begins, now as
always he will use most physical attacks, in his first form, attack to watch
out for is crazy claw which will hit eveyone on the field make sure all out
def is activated and def is used on your controlled person, you won't have
a lot of time before he uses it but pay attention, if he jumps backwards its
usually followed by crazy claw as soon as you see that defend, royal roar
will only effect someone if they are in its line of sight, as its a straight
line attack, he has no weakness or resistance so anything is game,
evanstar your new magic spell seems to be very effective at doing about 430
HP damage to the boss, remember theres two forms and no chance to heal in
between them, but wait theres the second part coming. Also make sure to steal
the cat kings claws from this form as the second one won't give much chance.

Boss Fight against King Tom XIV at Ding Dong Castle part 2 continuing fight
    (recommended lvl 58)

    Boss King Tom XIV

King Tom XIV HP Easy: 4800
King Tom XIV HP Normal: 4800

King Tom XIV item/equipment drop: n/a

King Tom XIV items to steal: Cat Kings Claws

In the continuing of this fight he is now on 2 legs so he gains new skills
and abilites, the battle is prety much identical to the first one only with
new moves, watch out for cats slap it hits one person for good damage, try
to defend against it, he seems to target one person so make sure he has that
one person targeted so your party members can freely attack him, another
trick is itchy scratchy which replaces crazy claws, its the same but can
inflict the poison status change once again make sure to defend, he can
be interupted while its being ready to be used, the key to both fights is
defending against both speciasl moves he will use both quite a lot especially
at lower HP left on the bar, just perservere and you should win the fight.

Optional Fight against a Igneous Supremus at the Northern Summerlands (
    recommended lvl 58)

    Monster Igneous Supremus

Monster Igneous Supremus HP Easy: 8045
Monster Igneous Supremus HP Normal: 8045

Monster Igneous Supremus item/equipment drop: Cats Whiskers (special item for
    errand)

Monster Igneous Supremus items to steal: n/a

In this optional fight you are fightning a igneous supremus, now
it will use physical attacks for the most part, it will spend most of the
time trying to close the gap to your controlled person, it really has nothing
going for it expect its high HP pool and def, hats all for this fight.

Boss Fight against the Queen Lowlah at Al Mamoon Castle part 1 (recommended
    lvl 60-61)

    Boss Queen Lowlah

Boss Queen Lowlah HP Easy: 5100
Boss Queen Lowlah HP Normal: 5100

Boss Queen Lowlah item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Queen Lowlah items to steal: Patty Cake

In this boss fight you are fightning queen lowlah of al mamoon, now like the
king tom fight this is a two part battle, now for the first part is easy as
there isn't anything to watch out for other then royal rush, which will only
hit one person in a line, her other attack haughty snort which does wind
damage but only the way it is facing, so if no ones there it will miss, other
then that physical attacks is the only way she will do any damage, like
I said this 1st part is very easy, it has no weakness so use what you want,
but wait the second part is coming.

Boss Fight against the Queen Lowlah at Al Mamoon Castle part 2 (recommended
    lvl 60-61)

    Boss Queen Lowlah

Boss Queen Lowlah HP Easy: 5100
Boss Queen Lowlah HP Normal: 5100

Boss Queen Lowlah item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Queen Lowlah items to steal: Patty Cake

In the continuing of this boss fight it is on two legs similar to king tom,
now this is where it gets interesting, it replaces royal rush, with flying
cow which will do a body slam and temp stun everyone for a couple of seconds
it also adds in haughty huff which is just an upgraded of haughty snort, so it
shouldn't be that much of a problem, its still directional as well, so it will
miss if no ones in that direction its facing, whats you have to watch out for
is flying cow, make sure to defend against it then use all out def, try to use
the burden spell to weaken its agilit, doing so will stun her for a short time
and may bring out gold orbs for miracle moves, remember you only have two
chances to do this really, so make them count, if you can defend against
flying cow you will not be stunned at all, but you have to be fast to defend
against it, if you didn't steal the patty cake in the first part make sure to
do it know its a treat that familiars like, and it isn't cheap to make with
    alchemy.

Boss Fight against Porco Loco at Hamelin Palace part 1 (recommended lvl 63-64)

    Boss Porco Loco

Boss Porco Loco HP Easy: 2880
Boss Porco Loco HP Normal: 2880

Boss Porco Loco item/equipment drop: Gyro-Grappler

Boss Porco Loco items to steal: Jumbo Planetdrop

In this boss fight you are fightning porco loco, now this fight is simialr to
the other machine one you fought the first time you came to hamelin, it
is fast with those wheels, watch for one of its attacks called sausage roll
which will only effect one person as long as they are alone and if you are
in its line of view, it is weak to storm magic and you should have a few storm
type familiarsd on you plus Oliver and Marcassin can use spells, like
thunderstorm, and Oliver can use unleash for bolt of the blue from the jelly
fish guardian, but its better to use storm type familiars, but wait the second
part of this fight is coming up.

Boss Fight against Porco Loco at Hamelin Palace part 2 (recommended lvl 63-64)

    Boss Porco Loco

Boss Porco Loco HP Easy: 2880
Boss Porco Loco HP Normal: 2880

Boss Porco Loco item/equipment drop: Gyro-Grappler

Boss Porco Loco items to steal: Jumbo Planetdrop

In this continuing boss fight it draws in other metal parts to its body
and it is somewhat faster then previously, watch out for pigs will its a
decent physical attack that does damage however it can be defended against
as it only hurts one person, by defending against it you stun it for a short
time and it could drop gold orbs as well, one thing to watch out for is its
super trick pork scrappings as it hits everyone make sure to defend against
it then use all out def as well, it only affects party members around it at
close range so if you keep your distance it won't do any damage to you, other
then that its really got nothing going for it, it has very low HP compared to
the other two manna bosses you fought and storm damge does close to 440-500
HP damage to the boss, so it should be a cake walk.

Optional Hunt Mark Fight against Smoggy Fug on Spindle Island (recommended
    lvl 64-65)

    Monster Smoggy Fug

Monster Smoggy Fug HP Easy: 4030
Monster Smoggy Fug HP Normal: 4030

Monster Smoggy Fug item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Smoggy Fug items to steal: n/a

In this optional monster battle you are fightning smoggy fug, now this
monster knows some drark type tricks so be waery even though it rarely uses
them, it is weak to storm magic and tricks so use those for heavy damage to it
most of the time it will use physical attacks and try to close the gap, so
keep your distance it waste a lot of time trying to get you. At this point
this battle should be super easy to win.

Optional Hunt Mark Fight against Doric Collum at Ara Memoriae (recommended
    lvl 64-65)

    Monster Doric Collum

Monster Doric Collum HP Easy: 3470
Monster Doric Collum HP Normal: 3470

Monster Doric Collum item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Doric Collum items to steal: n/a

In this monster hunt battle you are fightning doric collum, now this fight is
pretty much the same as when you fought its older cousin collum on shipwreck
shore, watch out for wallop as it does good damage, other then that it will
waste time trying to close the gap to do physical attacks, use storm elements,
as it is weak to those, at this point this battle should be easy.

Optional Hunt Mark Fight against Celestius Primus at Scrooge Island
    (recommended lvl 64-65)

    Monster Celestius Primus

Monster Celestius Primus HP Easy: 3470
    Monster Celestius PrimusHP Normal: 3470

Monster Celestius Primus item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Celestius Primus items to steal: n/a

In this optional monster battle you are fightning celestius primus, now
this battle is the same as when you fought its earlier version on a different
hunt, this time it uses water tricks and is weak to fire tricks and skills,
also equip flameblades for good damage from your physical familiers, still
this battle shouldn't be to hard at this point in the game.

Boss fight against Gallus at Ivory Tower (recommended lvl 70-71)

    Boss Gallus

    Boss Gallus HP Easy: 9700
    Boss Gallus HP Normal: 9700

    Boss Gallus item/equipment drop:

Boss Gallus items to steal: Jumbo Moondrop

In this boss fight you are against gallus, now this battle is interesting why
because of that mornstar staff he uses, he wil lbegin without weakness at all,
after a few monents his weakness changes as one of the stones lights up on
the staff, now it befins with red stone that means weak to water strong to
fire, now he will use his opther stones as well as using an ability with the
stone turns him back to no weakness, now two out of three stones are not
going to be a problem as both attacks target one person, however if they are
out of harms way it will miss, the one you need to be weary of is absolute
zero his ultimate skill make sure to defend against it and issue all out def,
both other attacks are fire trident, and bolt of judgement, both are not that
strong of attacks and can be avoided, you can also cancel out his skills by
using unleash or some magic like evenstar, watch for terra infirma as it does
good damage against one person and its his default attack, you should have
time to defend against absolute zero as soon as he turns blue stop everything
you are doing and wait for absolute zero so you can defend against it, it
not really as strong as it looks and it can even miss as well, key thing to
winning this battle is defending against absolute zero, you should be able to
survive the rest of his skills.

Boss Fight against the White Witch at Ivory Tower part 1 (recommended lvl 84)

    Boss White Witch

Boss White Witch HP Easy: 3380
Boss White Witch HP Normal: 3380

Boss White Witch item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss White Witch items to steal: Diva's Mantle

In this first of 2 boss fights to complete the main game you are against none
other then the white witch, now now she will use magic spells, and most of
them you need to defend against watch out for star bolt which only hits one
person for moderate damage but can be defended against, watch out for one of
her super tricks falling star as it does about 100 HP damage to everyone, make
sure to defend against it, watch out for pillars of darkness as it can hit
anyone that is in its path, make sure to defend against it, nightshade is a
def spell making her nearly immune to physical attacks and the spheres can do
damage to anyone who touches it, and they move with her, magic spells and
tricks will still do good damge to her, watch the color of her cape as it
determines what she is going to use, she only has 3380 HP which is not a lot
at this point, she doesn't have a weakness but use either astrasl or mornstar
for maximum damge around 500-600, key thing here is to defend and not rely
on your physical familiars to win the fight, but wait the second part comes
    right after.

Boss Fight against the White Witch in another dimension part 2
    (recommended lvl 84)

    Boss White Witch

Boss White Witch HP Easy: 9800
Boss White Witch HP Normal: 9800

Boss White Witch item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss White Witch items to steal: Werewolf Claws

In this continung fight you are fightning her true manna form, now
this battle is somewhat the same when fighting her human form, its just a
creature instead, and this being throws in new attacks, but all will only
damage anyone around her so if no ones around it will miss, it is worth
trying to cancel her moves but not nessacary to win the fight the choice is
yours, since she doesn't have any all type skills that can hit anyone anywhere
on the field there isn't as much risk as oppose to other bosses, her physical
attacks are weak and she will spend time trying to close the gap, annihilation
will damge anyone outside her range but anyone inside will not be effective,
key here is that she has to set up for it so you should be able to defend
against it, remeber theres no rest in between both battles so use healing
items to restore MP if your team is getting low, she seems to focus on Oliver
more then anyone else so make sure you are controlling him, her wraithful rush
move only hits one person and should use defend to defend against it, throw
out an all out def incase some is in the way, let Oliver do all the damage
as astra will do about 600 HP damage to her, even evenstar does 500 so
use those there MP is costly but worth it, defening against her attacks will
generate gold glims to appear, burning heart Oliver one does about 800 damage
to her HP, key thing here is fight conservatly and you should have no problem
with any of her skills, by the way make sure swaine steals the werewolf claws
as they are a good weapon for a claw type familiar.

Boss Fight against the Zodiarchy & (4x) Satelites in another dimension
    (recommended lvl 84)

    Boss Zodiarchy
    Boss (4x) Satelites

    Boss Zodiarchy HP Easy: 12500
    Boss Zodiarchy HP Normal: 12500
Boss (4x) Satelites HP Easy: 1500
Boss (4x) Satelites HP Normal: 1500

    Boss Zodiarchy item/equipment drops: n/a
    Boss (4x) Satelites item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Zodiarchy items to steal: n/a
Boss (4x) Satelites items to steal: n/a

Okay in this final boss fight of the main game you are against the zodiarchy
and its satelites, now your new ally cassiopeia will help you in this fight,
but she acts on her own and can't be controled, now she will use spells to
disable the zodiarchy, problem is those satelites you see they will focus on
her to try to cancel her nix spell, so take those out quickly, also as soon as
the boss fight starts chaos is used its ultimate trick, make sure to defend
and order an all out def, cassiopeia can cancel there chaos spell but you
need to keep those satelites off of her, its other attacks sigh of sorrow will
only effect anyone in front of it watch out as it carries the sleep status
change, Piercing Gaze hits one person and lowers all stats but it shouldn't
become a problem try to defend against it to maybe negate the stat lower part,
shockblast is another skill but only effects anyone close to it, so if you
keep your distance then it can't hurt you, remember you have no time to rest
inbetween all these fights so MP items are key, Her nix spell will stun the
boss for a brief moment, so order an all out attack and do damage to it, try
to stay alive as best as possible sometimes it can be hard with choas but
with good strategy and good setup you can win this fight very easily.

Well that is all for the main game of Ni No Kuni, but don't despair as I will
document all post game bosses as well as there are a lot including a final
one, now keep in mind this guide is designed as I stated in my openning to
make your own strategy to win fights, so keep an open mind when reading
it, I will be making changes my next playthrough to the wording for certain
    bosses.

Monster Warbird items to steal: n/a

In this hunt fight you are facing a warbird, now its HP is unknown how much
it has, now it wil luse nix attacks to try to stop your spells and tricks from
casting also its called amnesia, but can miss especially if the person is
defending watch out for pilfer as it can steal money from you not a lot
but if you beat it you can get it back, other then its HP pool its really got
nothing going for it, and should be a cake walk to win. Now this is the first
hunt I did but you may do another one instread of this one first totally up to

    Monster Shellshocker

    Monster Shellshocker HP Normal: 5140

    Monster Shellshocker item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Shellshocker items to steal: n/a

In this hunt battle you are fightning a shellshocker now this battle is
pretty much the same as the others you fought previously, it will try to
buff its physical and def with buffs so uyse elements other then storm to win
this fight, other then that it will waste time trying to close the gap to
anyone out of its range for physical attacks.

Optional Mark Hunt Fight against a Ionic Collum at Solitary Island
    (recommended lvl 86)

    Monster Ionic Collum

Monster Ionic Collum items to steal: n/a

In this optional hunt fight you are fightning an ionic collum, now this
battle is pretty much the same as ones you fought previously so same
strategy applies to this fight, still weak to storm so use that advantage to
    win.

Optional Mark Hunt Fight against a MagmaDiva at Mt. Smokey (recommended lvl
    86)

    Monster MagmaDiva

    Monster MagmaDiva HP Easy: ???
    Monster MagmaDiva HP Normal: ???

    Monster MagmaDiva item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster MagmaDiva items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are fightning a magmadivba, now I can't give you excat HP
total due to the guide having it at unknown, but shouldn't have that much at
this stage, now this battle is the same as when you fought the others, so same
strategy applies here, watch out for tricks that hit everyone and defend, and
use water tricks and spells for good damage.

Optional Mark Hunt Fight against a Lone Shark on the High Seas
    (recommended lvl 86)

    Monster Lone Shark

Monster Lone Shark HP Easy: ???
Monster Lone Shark HP Normal: ???

Monster Lone Shark item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Lone Shark items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are fightning a lone shark, now once again I can't give
you excat amount of HP, but it shouldn't be a lot, now this battle is similar
to the other whale ones you fought throughout the main game so same strategy
applies in this battle, it is weak to fire, and is strong to storm, watch out
as always for any water tricks it does, use fire tricks and spells for good
    damage.

Optional Mark Hunt Fight against an Ulk at Giants Tabletop Area
    (recommended lvl 86)

    Monster Ulk

    Monster Ulk HP Easy: ???
    Monster Ulk HP Normal: ???

    Monster Ulk item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Ulk items to steal: n/a

In thsi fight youa re fightning an ulk, now these are regular encounters as
well, once again I can't give excat HP amount, but I do believe its over
5000 HP, now this monster will do strong physical attacks against you so
be ready for those, it has no weakness or resistance so use what will work
watch your HP. If you defend against its incredible ulk special move your
chances of a gold orb appearing is high so make sure to defend to get one.

Optional Mark Hunt Fight against an Prince of Whales at Hermits Shell
    (recommended lvl 86)

    Monster Prince of Whales

Monster Prince of Whales HP Easy: 6070
Monster Prince of Whales HP Normal: 6070

Monster Prince of Whales item/equipment drops: n/a

Monster Prince of Whales items to steal: n/a

In this fight you are facing a prince of whales, now this battle is similar
to the previous whale fights you have been doing so same strategy applies
to this battle as well, watch for water tricks it uses, this time it is weak
to storm not fire elements and you should ahve a few storm familiars with you
to use there tricks, spells like thunderstorm also work, but not as effective
due to it being an AoE spell against one but every little bit helps, watch
    your HP at all times.

Boss Fight against the Fury of the Forest at Deep Dark Woods (recommended lvl
    86)

    Boss Fury of the Forest

Boss Fury of the Forest HP Easy: 6800
Boss Fury of the Forest HP Normal: 6800

Boss Fury of the Forest item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Fury of the Forest items to steal: jumbo planetdrop

In this fight youa re fightning a newer version of the first boss in this
game it is called fury of the forest, one of many rematches against bosses
from the main game to come, now strategy should be the same as in the first
boss fight expect you have 3 party members, weakness stays the same despite
what the official guide says, now its physical attacks are a little stronger
but it makes sense at this point, it uses the same tricks it used the first
time, still make sure to use defend agaisnt windfall as always it will only
hit the nearest person to the boss, not everyone this boss likes to stand
around and do nothing for most of the battle, at this point this fight should
be easy to win. Almost forgot make sure to steal a jumbo planetdrop from the
boss despite the official guide not showing you can.

Boss Fight against Dickory Dock at Ding Dong Well (recommended lvl 86)

    Boss Dickory Dock

Boss Dickory Dock HP Easy: 7100
Boss Dickory Dock HP Normal: 7100

Boss Dickory Dock item/eqipment drops: n/a

Boss Dickory Dock items to steal: Dragon Lance

In this rematch youa re facing a new version of dickory dock the second boss
fight of the main game, now strategy is pretty much the same as it was the
first time just you ahve 3 party members instead of just Oliver, its still
weak to fire and has all the same moves watch for mousefire defend as you did
before, make sure to steal the dragon lance from it despite the book not
showing you can then attack with fire tricks and spells, the confusion status
change may be your biggest problem with three party members, but that should
be the only issue you deal with. Also boos only seems to attack Oliver not
    any party members.

Boss fight against a Badiataur at the Golden Grove Forest (recommended lvl 86)

    Boss Badiataur

    Boss Badiataur HP Easy: 7300
    Boss Badiataur HP Normal: 7300

    Boss Badiataur item/equipment drop: n/a

Boss Badiataur items to steal: Shiney Shield

In this fight you are fightning a different version of the gladiataur, now as
with the other previous bosses this battle is pretty much the same so same
strategy applies watch for everblade as always and make sure Oliver defends
against it, it could attacks others if its facing that direction, but it
doesn't happen to often remeber this battle should be easier with three party
members, also make sure ot steal the shiney shield despite the book not
showing you can. Also make sure to use storm type moves and spells as
    its weak to the element.

Boss Fight against a Smashura at the Temple of Trials (recommended lvl 86)

    Boss Smashura

    Boss Smashura HP Easy: 7400
    Boss Smashura HP Normal: 7400

    Boss Smashura item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Smashura items to steal: Helm of Hamelin

Okay in this fight youa re fightning a newer version of bashura from the
main game now it uses all the same moves as it used back then, so same
strategy applies to this fight, watch for devastion as its its most dangerous
skill again and you don't have a lot of time to defend and call an all out def
before its used, it is weak to water so if you have any water tricks on
familiars, also use Oliver unleash with howling blizzard as it does nearly
300 HP damage to the boss.

Boss fight against a Vulcaan at Mt. Smokey (recommended lvl 86)

    Boss Vulcaan

    Boss Vulcaan HP Easy: 7500
    Boss Vulcaan HP Normal: 7500

    Boss Vulcaan item/equipment drops:

Boss Vulcaan items to steal: jumbo sundrop

In this boss fight youa re fightning a vulcann, now this battle is pretty
much the same as when you fought molteen during the main game, expect
same moves to be used, make sure to defend then all out def against that
super attack volcanic roar, other then that if you keep your distance thne it
can't really do anything to you.

Boss Fight against Imperial Jelly in Mam's Stomach (recommended lvl 87)

    Boss Imperial Jelly

Boss Imperial Jelly HP Easy: 8000
Boss Imperial Jelly HP Normal: 8000

Boss Imperial Jelly item/equip drops: n/a

Boss Imperial Jelly items to steal: clump of troll's tears

In this boss fight youa re against an imperial jelly a enhanced version of
the royal jelly now same strategy in this fight applies your previous battle,
nothing really different, just watch for bolt from the blue when its used,
remember near the end it wil lspawn little jelly fishes a lot of them like 9
so be ready with any all skills you have, everything is weak to fire so take
advantage of this, also don't forget to steal the clump of troll's tears
despite the book not saying you can, good alchemy item used to make things.

Boss Fight against a Porco Rosso at Hamelin Palace (recommended lvl 90)

    Boss Porco Rosso

Boss Porco Rosso HP Easy: 8000
Boss Porco Rosso HP Normal: 8000

Boss Porco Rosso item/equipment drops: cad's clasp

Boss Porco Rosso items to steal: giant's axe

In thsi boss fight you are fightning an enhanced version of the porco boss
you fought first time you came to hamelin during the main story, now this
fight is the same as that one so same strategy applies, it has nothing that
can hit all as always, gammon cannon will only hit one person if they are
within range, only issue once again is its speed, make sure to defend as best
you can, make sure to steal the giants axe as well.

Boss fight against a Candelabracadavar at Tombstone Trail (recommneded lvl
    90)

    Boss Candelabracadavar

    Boss Candelabracadavar HP Easy: 8000
    Boss Candelabracadavar HP Normal: 8000

    Boss Candelabracadavar item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Candelabracadavar items to steal: dead man's duds

In this boss fight you are fightning an enhanced version of the
candelabracadabra , now this fight is the same as the previous fight so
same strategy applies to this one as always watch out for its usual tricks
and skills, you can now exploit the light weakness it has since you have
better access to them then in the previous fight however using mornstar may
not be the best idea since it takes a few seconds to cast, arrow of light is
better to use, but its up to you. Also make sure to steal from it as well.

Boss fight against a Gold Dragon outside Skull Mountain (recommended lvl 90)

    Boss Gold Dragon

Boss Gold Dragon HP Easy: 8800
Boss Gold Dragon HP Normal: 8800

Boss Gold Dragon item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Gold Dragon items to steal: angels wings

In this boss fight you are fightning a gold dragon just an enhanced version
of the red dragon you fought during the main game, this battle is the same as
that one was so same strategy applies, it will begin with dragon scales as
usual then the battle begins once agian its weak to storm and water elements
and tricks, other then that defend its super move, also make sure to steal
the pair of angels wings it has before winning this fight. Also heads up the
poison trick won't work in this fight.

Boss Fight against a Mehen at the Vault of Tears( recommneded lvl 90)

    Boss Mehen

    Boss Mehen HP Easy: 8400
    Boss Mehen HP Normal: 8400

    Boss Mehen item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Mehen items to steal: jumbo moondrop

In this boss fight you are fightning an enhanced version of aapep, now this
battle is the same as when you fought aapep so same strategy applies, expect
the same moves and defend against its super attack, weakness is the same, but
make sure you use mornstar since its weak to light and you didn't have in the
previous fight, also don't forget to steal the jumbo moondrop, if you need
    one.

hit everyone no matter where you are and must be defended against,

be a breeze at this point in the game. Almost forgot it is weak to light so

the witch cassiopeia to help you here, same strategy applies to this fight as
the othe rone did, it will begin with its super move chaos, watch for it and
defend when it happens, also it has 4 dominions as well, so use all spells and
skills to knock them out, this boss has less HP then the actual one.

Bos Fight against the Guardian of the World at the Forest Glade (recommneded
    lvl 94)

    Boss Guardian of the World

Boss Guardian of the World item/equipment drops: n/a

Boss Guardian of the World items to steal: vial of Wizard King's secret.

In this fianl boss fight of post game you are against the guardian of the
world, now expect physcial attacks, watch out for its moves, especially
overlord however it only effects anyone around it, and can leave the confuse
status aliment on you defend against it, at some point it will use its
ultimate move the great divider which does about 300 points of damage in
a semi shape arc and it wil lcover the area of the field it is facing, make
sure to heal everyone after it happens use any items you have been saving
as the battle goes it will rely on the great divide more then anything, defend
against its moves and it seems to drp more gold glims then any other boss,
expect there to be one if you defend successfully on the great divide, it has
no weakness no resistance, it does take a small while to be used so make sure
to defend once its about to be used, timing is critical, also after you beat
it you can do it as many times as you want however it has more health a lot
more and is harder, so its up to you if you want to defeat it again. The
key thing here is defend agaisnt the great divide because it wil ldo almost
nothing damage wise if you defend, its also about timing to defend as well.

Well that is all for post game bosses, at this point finish off what you want
to do before starting another playthrough, and on that playthrough try
some new things and improve yourself in battle even more, remember keep an
open mind when reading this guide, and base your own strategy off of what I
put, I had a lot of fun making this guide and a lot of time spent doing it.
Enjoy this game for what it is. I will continue to do minor grammer and
spelling changes to this guide, and maybe even change some things about
the fights that i might have missed in my first playthrough.
