How can I unlock unlimited characters ?

I completed score attack mode, arcade,... but none of the unlimited char was unlocked. please, help me. How can I unlock unlimited characters ???

You have to buy them in the gallery

You need first raise the level of experience to unlocked in the gallery and buy it, but they cost between 24000 and 8000 P$ so first earn enough P$
