What stats are important for an Alchemist?
Please list for both Battle-type and Non-Battle Type.

None are needed. Alchemists in Battle are casters, and typically use debuffing magic, meaning that they aren't beholden to a given stat or what have you. To be honest, my "Battle Alchemist" did little outside of certain boss fights where I had time to buff my party up with the Magic Resistance spell.
Vitality is important, if only because Alchemists have the single lowest hit point average in the game.
Outside of the base stats, the resistances are the most vital stat for an Alchemist to get. Mage Spell resistance is good, Dark Resistance is vital to ignore instant death magic.
