Where can I find (Dorothy)?

I've spent 2 or 3 nights at the scientist' house and have been all over the town but haven't found Dorothy since Doc told me that she needs to see me.
Where do I find her? When can I find her?

Mon - Fri : 6:00 - 9:59 is the best time to go. Go to the town hall use the back door at the lower left hand corner of the house. She would be at the dining table.

But on winter 23 stay until up to 20:00 to bake the cake. Bake the cake at Dorothy's kitchen at the town hall.
