"Hut! Hut! Wait I Can't Hike!"

HUT! HUT! Wait, I can't HIKE!
Madden NFL 2007 by the ever ubiquitous EA Sports team is the top-notch football game on this powerful little handheld. The online play will entertain you, and the numerous mini games will keep you satisfied. Play is at it's best with some fancy new features, but glitches will come and haunt you at the worst times possible.

...................Sound....................
EA keeps there Trax, and we stay happy, Some music makes a return, and new music comes around. Not much else to say about it.
9/10

..................Graphics...............
The graphics are a slight improvement over last year's title. The fields and players seem more realistic, and, the menu/front end is well designed. As always there's room for improvement
8/10

..................Online/Ad-Hoc..............
Online is fun, as always, but expect some DNFers and some outright scammers.
Bugs still haunt this version of play, but the overall experience is fun and definitely adds some play time.
8/10

....................GAMEPLAY....................
This is what the most important part of any sport game is, and the new Madden does a good job at keepin' up with the standard. Start-up is the same as before, choose your team, choose your opponent's and get goin'. The game then starts after a little delay, and you get to start playing. The nice new function of Lead Blocker Controls is very nice for the running game. It allows you to become a blocker, make a block, then switch to your tail back and pick up some massive yardage. The passing game hasn't really changed compared to the running side of the ball, but then again look at the cover star. The gameplay score gets hurt by the ever haunting glitch. When you call an audible, whether it be hot routes, switching the play direction, or even a completely different play, the game will not allow you to call a play. This problem seems to increase with the Indianapolis Colts and, when you call a no-huddle or hurry-up offense.
7/10

Rent or Buy:
Buy if you like football, don't bother if you don't.

..................Overall...................
Overall this game is worth pickin' up and having some fun with. Online modes and numerous mini-games leave you with a satisfied feel, but glitches hamper the game.
7/10 (not an average)
The touchdown run: Running game and lead blocker controls leave a pleasant gamer, passing game hasn't changed much, online is as fun as ever, and mini-games keep you entertained. The fumble: Glitches keep this game from achieving a higher score, the passing game hasn't changed much.
