It is in the desert south of cresent lake, you need to take your boat there

dont forget you need the flaot cube which is in the ice cave WAYY north of that little desert the airship is buried under ;)

Find the "Levistone" in Cavern of Ice, then go to the desert just south of the Cresent Lake.
