Where is the spring to get the oxyale?

The spring is in the town of Gaia, at the northeastern tip of the world map. If you find the giant desert in the middle of which is the Mirage Tower, then go to the upper right of that place in the mountains and you will find the town. The spring itself is up in the woods in the north of the town.
