Unlock boss rush?

I have defeated all boss excepet dracula, but i still can't unclock boss rush normal and dash, is something wrong?

Did you defeat all of the bosses with a one character? I've beaten all of the bosses including Dracula in his third form with Maria. I have yet to beat the Hydra and Dracula third form with Richter. I hope that helps. That is if you hven't gotten your answer yet.
