What is the best way to get Mick Foley to appear in Career Mode?

The first time I played the career mode I got to use Mick Foley for my partner. Now everytime I do it I get Roddy Piper. Is there something I need to do or is it pure chance?

I'm pretty sure its chance because i have never gotten Roddy Piper for my partner and i have replayed the career mode 3 times. I did get Mick Foley however.
