How do i get High jump or double jump for terra??
I have no idea how guys pls help T_T??

You get it in one of the top most jail cells on the Deep Space Level (Lilo and Stitch level)

In Deep Space. Go through top most of jail cells, just like austincsy said.

Like the previous guys said get it in the cell block of Deeo Space (where you start as Terra) OR advance or finish Deep Space and buy it from the moogle

Also, Terra can not get "double jump".
