How do I make the Tornado command?

Hi there. I'm playing KH:BBS and I want to beat Vanitas' Sentiment with Ventus.
I heard that with the Tornado command, this battle is a lot easier.

Now the problem is that I can't make it! I have Aeroga and Magnega both on lvl 4 (max) but I can't merge them!
Any ideas?

Dunno, dude. I got the game right in front of me with Magnega and Aeroga ready to form Tornado. The only possibility I can think of is that you haven't bought the Giga Magic Recipe from the Mirage Arena. Recipes are only supposed to reveal, not allow you to create, but maybe there's an exception for "Giga" spells.

But i created Tornado Without the "Giga" spell... but i only Created it once and i cant make another one...why???

You have to have more than 1 of the same command.

I made 3 with giga recipe because i was trying to make raging storm turns out only aqwa gets the command i think you combine aeroga and magnega
