Speed Leveling?

What is the fastest way to level everyone up to max? Are there tricks? I know max is lvl 99 and since I'm a completionist I MUST hit that with everyone...

The best thing to do is to go to the reactor in radiant garden with exp chance/walker equipped. put 4 mega flares in your deck. Get your health down till its starts telling you about it and spam mega flare. you can get at least 1 lv every 5 mins.
