How do I beat Bliond Duck?

I fight him after throwing debris but he recovers v. quickly

First you smash the air vents and stuff so you can pick up debris.Then when you pick up debris you automaticaly throw it if you are close enough. Now quickly run up to him and hit him with some combos (like square,square,x). Then do that until all his guns are disarmed then fight him fist to fist.
