Hey guys, I've got a problem with DLC quests.

I just got rank 11, the least one required to participate in DLC quests. They are marked with red stars, which of course means they're DAMN hard.

Anyway, I think my eq is not bad, for I managed to beat Grendel quest in 20 minutes with average skills:

1.) Weapons:
-Sword of Dragoon (SnS)
-Hard Aegis (Firelance)
-Zero End (GS)
-Super Bronze Buckler (Shield)
2.) Armor:
-Azure Hachigane/Leather Band
-Fencer Clothes

Now for the question itself: I tried to head off for a quest with Agni Ablaze, using SnS when I was at level 32. I tried to encounter the first guardian, which was a Skull Killer supported by Coeurl. The kitty was no problem to me (maybe except the dash ;p ), but when I tried to fight the Skull Killer, I couldn't deal any serious damage to it. 1, 2 or 3 DMG was my best. This guy took like 1/4 of whole HP with single attack.

I read that SK's are the strongest of three skeletons in this game so maybe my eq is far too weak yet? Or I need to counter attack with GS?
