               Legend of Oasis Walk-Through Version 1.2

			Legend of Oasis Walkthrough Part #1

	This is part one of three in this walkthrough. It gives step by step 
instructions on how to get from the beginning to getting Bawu. It tells how to 
get most major items such as Gems and Scrolls. And it tells how to get every 
weapon.

PART #1 Beginning to Bawu.

	Upon starting a new game, you begin in Ordan's house, speaking to him. 
Finish the conversation then walk out of the house. You are in town. Talk to 
people in town and get a feeling of the general layout of the town. This is also a 
good time to practice attacks and running/jumping etc. (See Short Sword 
Techniques) When you have familiarized yourself with the town and Leon's 
abilities, save the game on the white circle in the middle of town behind the 
stairs. Then go down the stairs. You will see a statue. Walk left until you see a 
switch. Strike the switch and the door to the Water Shrine will open. 
Remember 
this technique.

				BEGIN WATER SHRINE

	Go through the door. The switch on the other side of the door closes it 
again. There is no reason to do this. Continue and you will enter a room with 
water and plants. You can cut these plants and also other plants and bushes. 
They often reveal items or other important things. Remember this technique. 
Find the staircase between two fountains and push the rock to where you can 
jump off of it to the next level. On this level are two things. A rock pillar and a 
switch with a yellow, floating, square-shaped platform. (I will henceforth refer 
to them as "Squares") If you strike the switch, the square starts moving. 
Remember this technique. If you ride the square, it will take you to a platform 
with a chest containing "Giant Ginger" This makes you grow larger for a short 
period of time. During this time, you can jump higher and farther then usually. 
Go down-right to the stairs and down them.
	You have now entered the depths of the Water Shrine. There are bushes 
that can be cut down in various places in this area. However, they contain no 
items. If you go upward, you find a small room that has a sign in it. If you read 
the sign, mice fall from the sky. If you defeat them, you get cheese that will 
restore some HP. (See Point #1) Then go left. You will reach an area with a 
torch, three mice, a platform with a Red chest on it, some rock pillars and a 
higher level with an iron pot and a grave. Reach the Red chest by having a 
mouse follow you next to it then jump off its head onto the platform. (I will 
henceforth refer to this method of reaching higher places as the "Happy Mouse 
Method" ^_^) In the chest is the Bow. (See Bow Techniques) Use the Happy 
Mouse Method to reach the higher level where the iron pot is, or jump on the 
rock pillars to reach it. Go right at the grave until you reach the next room.
	In this room, a soldier yells at you. (See Point #1) You can avoid fighting 
him by crawling through one of the two holes where water is pouring through at 
the bottom of the room. (Crawl by holding R and moving the lever)
	In the next room, the floor is covered with water. There are four 
platforms and two squares. Strike the switch on the upper-left platform by 
jump-kicking. Then move onto the stairs and jump onto the moving square. Stay 
on the square until it takes you to the lower-right platform. (Ignore the upper-
right platform and lower-left. The chest has a fruit in it that restores SP which 
you do not have and the bush on the left has another fruit.) Move onto the lower-
right platform and cut down the bush and strike the switch. This opens the 
door. Go through the door.
	In the next room, there is moving water on the floor. A switch to the left 
closes the door. There is no reason to do this. Go right and you will find a 
crystal. Ignore this for now. Go up to the higher level and move right. You will 
see a door, a rock switch and some fire. If you go to the very bottom right, you 
will see a large moving plant called a "Thorn" Ignore this and the rock switch 
for now. Use the Bow to hit the switch behind the flames. You must aim up to 
shoot over the flames and hit it. When you hit it, the door opens and the flames 
recede. (When the flames are small like this, they will not hurt you) Go past the 
flames and right to find a chest with a red potion in it. (This will restore your 
life to full if your HP run out.) Go through the now-open door.
	Red Demon is here. After he finishes talking, he will leave. When you walk 
into the room, fire appears behind you blocking the doorway. Move upwards 
until you reach the statue of Reharl. (Recover any lost life on the purple circle.) 
Reharl will talk to you and give you the power to use the Spirit Ball and give you 
SP. (The Spirit Ball is what you use to summon spirits. Use it by pressing A) 
Shoot the Spirit Ball at the statue and it will activate it. Remember this 
technique. Talk to Reharl and he will unlock the door. Go up and save the game 
on the white circle. Then go through the door into the boss room. (See Boss 
Battle #1) After defeating Undine, go up and get Dytto. The Gold grave tells you 
how to use her. (See Dytto info) Leave the room. 		
	Recover any lost life on the purple circle then save the game. Go to the 
bottom of the large platform on the right. Shoot arrows to cut down the bush at 
the bottom of the platform and then hit the switch. This causes a square to 
appear. Use it to jump to the platform. There is a bush and a grave here. Cutting 
down the bush reveals a Tan-coloured glowing ball. Ignore this for now. Go up 
through the door and get the Iron Arrows scroll from the chest. (See Iron 
Arrows Info) Make sure you have the Bow selected and walk through the glowing 
ball. (I will henceforth refer to these as a "* Power Ball" where "*" is a weapon 
power such as Iron Arrows) This will power the arrows. Jump off of the platform 
and move left. Summon Dytto and use her to freeze the upper left fountain that 
stays in the down position. Get rid of Dytto. (I will henceforth refer to 
summoning a spirit as +spirit+ ex: +Dytto+ and getting rid of a spirit as -spirit- 
ex: -Dytto-) On the platform, there are two bushes and a grave. The upper bush 
has fruit that restores your SP. The lower bush has a small tan-coloured flame in 
a black gem. This has the same ability as the Iron Arrows Power Ball, but can 
only be used once, so make sure if you do not have the Iron Arrows power 
already on that you equip the Bow and get the Gem. (I will henceforth refer to 
these as a "* Gem" where "*" is a weapon power such as Iron Arrows) (See 
MAGICAL WEAPONS) Go up through the door and use the Iron Arrows to shoot 
through the wall and hit the switch. This lowers the wall. Get the Iron Arrows 
scroll from the chest. Jump off the platform. +Dytto+ Extinguish the flames in 
front of the doorway. -Dytto- Return to the room with the four platforms and two 
squares. 	
	Crawl up through the hole into the room where the guard was before. Do 
not move into the middle of the room. Very carefully move along the wall to the 
left then up until you reach the door way. (Ignore the chest) Leave the room.
	You are now back in the big room with the torch and three mice. Jump 
down off of the level you are on. Fire will appear in various places so be careful 
not to hit it. +Dytto+ This can be done by getting near the edge of the floor near 
the water and pressing A while crouched. (Hold R) if the Spirit Ball goes to far 
and does not work, back up a bit and try again. Extinguish all the flames in the 
room all the way up to the stairs on the right where you first entered the area. 
-Dytto- Go back and use the Happy Mouse Method to reach the blue SP-
restoring circle and recover all SP. (If you extinguish the torch, you get a large 
piece of cheese and can jump from there also) Leave the room by going up the 
stairs. 
	Go back into town. Talk to Ordan. Save the game and go back down the 
blue stairs. 
	Talk to the man in front of the double doors and he will open them.

				END WATER SHRINE

	After going through the door, you are outside. (This area is large and the 
monsters change so I will not go into detail describing the whole area. Just what 
is important at the time.) Go down then left until you find a mouse hole and a 
sign next to a platform. Read the sign and a mouse comes out. Do not kill it. 
Have it follow you to the lower right until you reach a small platform with a black 
chest on it. Use the Happy Mouse Method to reach the chest and get the Blue 
Jewel. (See Jewels Info) Jump off the platform and go right into the next room. 
	Find the mouse hole and have the mouse follow you to the fence on the 
right part of the room. Use Happy Mouse Method to jump over the fence to 
reach another black chest with another Blue Jewel. +Dytto+ When the right 
fountain is in the lower position, freeze both fountains. -Dytto- Use the ice as 
stairs over the fence. Go to the top of the room where the two fish pillars are 
and leave the room.
	In the next room, ignore everything and go up-left or up-right to reach 
the next room.
	In the middle of the room, there is a rock. Jump off of it to reach the 
platform to the left.  Move up-left around the higher platform with the chest on 
it and into the next room. (Do not fall off the platform you are now on) Continue 
all the way around until you reach a spring plant. Use it to get to the higher 
platform. Up here, go back right into the other room. Open the chest and get 
the "Giant Ginger" Quickly run right and jump up two platforms to where 
another rock is. Look below the platform on the ground (Do NOT jump off) until 
you see a rock switch on the ground. Push the rock onto the switch. Remember 
this technique. A chest falls from the sky. Get the Elixir out of the chest and go 
up. (Restore SP and HP on the purple circle if you need to.) 
	In the next room, jump off of the platform to the left and head to the top 
of the room. Walk down the stairs and into the Fire Shrine.

				BEGIN FIRE SHRINE

	In this first area, there are four fountains, a grave, another smaller 
fountain, and a platform with a Red chest on it. Use the Happy Mouse Method 
on a spider to reach the chest. It contains the Rod. (See Rod Techniques) Jump 
off the platform and jump off a spider again or +Dytto+ and freeze the smaller 
fountain -Dytto- to reach the platform on the right. Go down until you see a 
small indentation in the wall on the right with a chest on the other side. Crawl 
through the space to where the chest is. (If you still have the Elixir, ignore the 
chest, it has a SP potion that is not as good.) Jump to the right and step on the 
button. (I will henceforth refer to these as a "Large Button") This opens the door 
below you to the left. Go back to where you first entered, where the fountains 
are. Go down left until you reach an area with a bush, grave, and rock. Push the 
rock down and over the edge to reveal fruit and meat hidden inside. Remember 
this technique. Go down right and find the Iron ball. Push it down then right 
until you can use it to reach the high platform. On the platform, use the Rod to 
break the dead tree and get the Blue Jewel out of the chest. Go up through the 
door you opened earlier. 
	Go left past the guards and through the corridor. Fire appears behind you 
as you walk. Enter the small area with the three skeletons. Defeat them and the 
double doors at the bottom part of the area open. Go down then when you see a 
blue circle on the platform to the right, jump to that platform. Go right. You will 
reach a larger area of the platform with guards, a large skeleton, and a fountain. 
+Dytto+ Go to the lower part of the platform. Wait for a moving square and ride 
it down. Jump up on the small platforms to reach a longer platform with fire. 
Extinguish the fire. -Dytto- Get the key and jump off the platform to the left. Go 
back to the blue circle and restore you SP. Go back to the door with the flames 
above it. The key will open it. Go through the door and down the stairs.
	Go left, then down, then left until you reach three dead trees with an Iron 
ball on them. Use the Rod to break the dead trees. Push the Iron ball to where 
you can use it to jump to the platform on the upper-left. Walk up the stairs to 
the next platform. The chest contains food to restore HP. Run upwards and 
jump to the next platform. There is a brown bush with SP fruit in it and a brown 
chest with HP restoring food. Ignore the Black chest, it is fake. It is really a 
monster so do not approach it. Move up along the left wall until you reach a sign 
and a dead tree. Break the dead tree with the Rod to reveal a black chest with a 
key. After getting the key, go down and jump off of the platform and continue 
down until you see a small fountain. Jump down next to the fountain. +Dytto+ Go 
back to the stairs where you entered the room and now go right. Jump off of the 
platform and find the nearby torch. Extinguish the torch and the door opens. Go 
through the door. If you go left, you can stand on a metal pillar that will lift you 
to another platform. Here, a sign tells you how to break dead trees with the Rod, 
and a dead tree here contains HP food. Go right from there or from the doorway. 
Go right then up until you reach two small staircases. Go up and through the 
door way. Defeat the guards and a blue circle and a chest appear. (The chest 
contains a HP potion. If you still have Elixir, do not get it.) Use Dytto to 
extinguish the flames to the left and go left. -Dytto- Save the game on the white 
circle. Go up through the locked door and into the boss room. (See Boss #2)
	Get Efreet. The Gold grave tells you how to use him. (See Efreet Info) 
Leave the room and save the game on the white circle. +Efreet+ Melt the ice 
spire. -Efreet- Wait until the fountain is in the lower position then jump over it 
and continue down. Go left and back out of the room. 
	Use the blue circle just before the room with the skeletons to restore SP. 
Go back through the room with the skeletons and go right. Break the dead trees 
with the Rod. Continue right and go back up the staircase. Leave the Fire Shrine.

				END FIRE SHRINE

	Talk to the guy outside and go back to town. Talk to Ordan. Save the game 
then go back outside. Follow the directions to get to the Fire Shrine until you 
reach the room with the rock in the middle. Go left at the bottom part of the 
room into the next room.
	Continue all the way to the left and into the next room.

				BEGIN EARTH MAZE

	Go left and then up all the small platforms then left then down, jump up 
one level, continue down then right to reach a save spot. Walk back left until you 
reach two bushes next to the edge of the water. Go down into the next room.
	Go to where the bee nest and the two torches are. +Efreet+ Go down and 
slightly to the right until you reach a gray dead tree. Go down between two trees 
and past a staircase. (If you need SP, go down the stairs and get the SP fruit out 
of the barrel.) Go down into the next room.
	You are in a room with three gray dead trees and three brown bushes 
surrounding a hole. Jump down the hole.
	 You fall into a room with ghosts. Go down-left and under a bridge made of 
squares. Continue left until you reach a staircase. Go up the stairs to reach a 
bush. Cut it down and get the key out of the chest. Go back to where you fell and 
go down-right to the door. Go through the door and cut down the bush and step 
on the Large Button to open the door. Go up to the door and light the torch. Go 
through the door.
	Go up then right to where the barrel is. Do not jump off the platform you 
are on. Light the torch to open the double doors to the bottom-right.   -Efreet- 
Break open the barrel to get the SP fruit. Go through the now-open doors.  
	Go down until you see a rock switch then go left until you see a spring 
plant. Use the spring plant to get up to the platform. Go up the stairs and 
through the doorway.
	Go up and around then down past the dead spring plant until you reach a 
puddle of water then go left. Go up past all of the zombies until you find a hole 
on your right. Jump down the hole.
	You fall into a small room. Defeat all the spiders to get a black chest with a 
key. Go through the door at the upper-left.
	Go up and jump down off the platform into the water. Go up-right and 
around to a spot in the water with lots of plants. Cut them all down and you will 
get a key. Go down-right until you reach a small blue staircase to the platform. 
Go up it and then down to reach a door. Go through the door.
	Open the chest to get a Holy Rod scroll. Go back up and back through the 
door.
	Go up and jump off the platform. Continue up past the grave to a dead 
tree. Use the Rod to break the dead tree and reveal a Holy Rod Power Ball. 
Empower the Rod with Holy Rod power. (See Holy Rod Info) Go left then up 
until you find a bud. Use the Holy Rod to activate the spring plant. Use the 
Spring plant to get to the platform on the left. Go left and get the Holy Rod 
scroll out of the chest. Go back to the Holy Rod Power Ball and go up the stairs. 
Use the Holy Rod to bring the skeleton to life. Talk to him to open the door. Go 
down through the doorway and jump down. You are now in an area with zombies. 
Go down then right until you reach a stair case. Go up the stairs. Continue up 
then go left to reach a staircase. Go up the stairs.
	Go up then right then all the way down until you reach the edge of the 
screen. Go into the next room.
	Go down a bit then right. Do not jump off of the platform. Go right and 
into the next room.
	Get the Red Jewel out of the Black chest. Be very careful not to fall off of 
the platform. Go back left into the next room.  Go back up into the next room 
and return to the area with the zombies. 
	Fill up SP on the blue circle and then go left from the blue circle until you 
reach the edge of the platform. Jump across to the platform on the left and 
break open the barrel. (Make sure you have Rod equipped before doing this.) In 
the barrel is a Holy Rod Gem. Use the Holy Rod to activate the Spring plant on 
the floor below. Use the Spring plant to get back through the doorway to where 
the skeleton is. Go left and then down the staircase and back into the water. Go 
down-left a bit until you reach a spot with plants and a Bud in the water. Activate 
the spring plant with the Holy Rod. Use the Spring plant to get to the next level. 
Activate the next Spring plant. Jump back down off of both platforms and go 
back right to the Holy Rod Power Ball. Power the Holy Rod to full again. Go back 
up the platforms to the left by using the spring plants. Go up the staircase.
	Go up then go left into the next room. (Make sure you keep the Holy Rod 
equipped)
	(This is a large room with six ghosts in it. You can use the Holy Rod to 
defeat the ghosts.) From the doorway, go down past the hole. (This large floating 
platform is not important until much later. Ignore it. Be careful not to fall in the 
hole.) Then at the bottom of the screen, go right into the next room.
	Go right then up the stairs. Go past the grave and save the game on the 
white circle. Walk down-right and next to the stack of squares to activate them 
and turn them into a bridge. Be careful not to fall in the nearby hole. Do not 
cross the bridge. Go back to the save circle. Go down around under the grave 
and go left into the next room while on the platform. Push the rock off of the 
platform to reveal a key. Go back into the room on the right. Jump down the 
small hole near the bridge of squares.
	You land on a platform. Go down-right into the next room. Make sure you 
do not fall off the platform. Go down then right to the locked door. Make sure 
you do not fall off. Go through the door. Go over the bridge of squares and onto 
the next platform. (Ignore the Iron Box. It can not be opened at this time.) From 
here, go right then down past the staircase. Be very careful not to fall of the 
platform you are on. Go right then up between two large trees. Go up until you 
find a rock. Get on the other side of the rock, and push it down, back the way 
you came. Push it all the way until it is in the middle of the "L" shaped platform 
where you went up to get to the rock. Look to the right until you see a rock 
switch on the ground on your right. Carefully push the rock onto the rock 
switch. This makes two things happen. 1) A chest falls from the sky. 2) Two 
large iron balls fall from the sky. (The iron balls allow you to get back up to this 
platform easily.) Get the Iron Arrows scroll out of the chest. Go back to the spot 
where you crossed the bridge of squares. Go down-left to a staircase and down 
the stairs. Go all the way down then left into the next room.
	Go left then up and jump off of the platform. Go up then left past the Red 
chest. Go left until you see a small blue staircase. Go down the stairs and fill SP 
on the blue circle. Go up-left past the chest and under the upper platform into 
an area with fire and ice spires. +Efreet+ Melt one of the ice spires. -Efreet- 
+Dytto+ Extinguish all fire. -Dytto- One of the fires was hiding a Holy Rod Power 
Ball. Empower the Rod with Holy Power. Go back down to the blue circle and fill 
your SP. Go down then right to a Bud under a platform with stairs. Activate the 
Spring plant and use it to jump to the platform. Go up the stairs.
	Go right until you reach a puddle of water. Go up to the stairs. Go up the 
stairs and continue all the way up through the trees. Then go right into the next 
room. Go right then down. Do not fall off the platform into the water. Go down 
until you reach totem poles and a small fire. +Efreet+ Then go down and jump 
in the small hole. When you land, go left and light the torch. -Efreet- Go left into 
the next room.
	Go all the way up. Then go up-left until you reach a brown bush. Cut it 
down and get the "Giant Ginger" out of the chest. Quickly go to where the sign is 
to the lower-left and run-jump down across to the Red chest on the platform 
below you. Inside the Red chest is the Scimitar. (See Scimitar Info) Jump off of 
the small platform you are on and go left then down, back to where the SP 
circle is. Go up again and empower the Holy Rod. Go down to where the Spring 
plant is. Use the Spring plant to get to the staircase again.
	This time, go up left from the puddle of water and through a tight 
opening where more water is. Continue up-left until you reach a small staircase 
where a skeleton is on the ground. Animate the skeleton and talk to him. This 
makes a moving square appear. Ride it down and go down and then left to reach 
a Black chest with a Blue Jewel in it. (You now have four Blue Jewels. See Jewel 
Info) Go back to where the animated skeleton is. Go up over the light-green 
platforms then up-left and into the next room.
	You are back in the room with the six ghosts. Do not fall of the platform 
you are on. Go up past some bushes and a dead tree to a Large Button. Step on it. 
This cause a platform to come down that allows easy access back to this point. 
Go down and then left then up then left then down through a bunch of trees. 
Keep going down and into the next room. 
	Go down until you reach a small hole on your right. Jump down into the 
hole.
	You will fall onto a platform with a Large iron pot, a Black chest and a 
Large Yellow Crystal. Ignore the crystal and pot. Get the key out of the Black 
chest. Jump down off of the platform. Go back down right to where the SP 
circle is. Go up the stairs the right the down then jump on to the platform and 
go right into the next room.
	Go right a bit then up. Use the square to jump through the doorway. Then 
go left into the next room. Go up, back to the brown bush. Cut it down and get 
the "Giant Ginger" out of the chest. Quickly jump off of the platform to your left, 
jump onto the ice spire then jump up to the next platform above you. Go right 
and fill HP on the red circle. Then go left until you find two chests. Get the key 
out of the Black chest and get the Holy Rod scroll out of the other chest. Jump 
down off of the platform. Go back around to the room where you just jumped on 
the square to go through the doorway where the torch is. 
	Jump through the doorway of the square again and go left again. Go up 
then left all the way to the edge of the screen where a white dead tree is. Be 
careful not to fall off of the platform you are on. Go down then right to a locked 
door. Go through the door and up the stairs.
	Go up the stairs past the two fountains. Go right, then down to a purple 
circle. Restore all HP and SP. Then go back up and go left this time and down to 
reach a save circle. Save the game. Then, go back up and through the locked 
door into the boss room. (See Boss #3) Get Bawu. The Gold grave tells how to 
use him. (See Bawu Info) Leave the room and talk to the guy outside. The return 
to town.

				END EARTH MAZE

	
	
WEAPON TECHNIQUES

	Short Sword Techniques. The Short Sword is the weapon that you have 
from the beginning of the game. It is the most versatile and in general, the 
weapon of choice.
		B x 1 - Stab.
		Hold B, release - Swing.
		Run then hold B - Running stab.
		(Hits enemy repeatedly)
		Swing lever 360 B - Spinning sword.
		(Hits enemies or objects all around you. Can be used to hit fish in 
		water.)
		Press lever forward, back, forward B - Sword flip.
		(If you continue to press B you will spin up to three times. This is 
		very powerful. I refer to it as triple sword flip.)
	These last two moves can also be done by holding B and performing the 
	 command then releasing B.

	Bow Techniques. The bow is the second weapon you get. It is used for 
long distance attacks and to hit switches and other things that are too far away 
to reach with an ordinary weapon. It has the weakest attack power.
		B x 1 - Shoot arrow.
		Hold B, hold lever back, release B - High arrow shot.
		(Use this to shoot to higher places or over objects)
		Press lever forward, back, forward B - Multi-shot.
		(Can hit multiple enemies.)

	Rod Techniques. The Rod is usually used as a tool and not as a weapon. It 
is difficult to fight with it and its regular attacks do little damage.
		B x 1 - Swing.
		Hold B, release - Stab.
		Jump and hold B - Jumping stab.
		Press lever forward, back, forward B - Lunge.
		(This does good damage and will destroy brown and white dead 
trees.)

	Scimitar Techniques. (This is sometimes called Long Sword.) This 
weapon is the most powerful but because it is difficult to use, it is not as easy to 
fight with it as the Short Sword is.
		B x 1 - Swing.
		B x 2 - Swing in both directions.
		Hold B, release - Swing sword around.
		Run then press B - Rolling slice.
		Jump and hold B - Jumping slice.
		Turn lever 360 then press forward, back, forward B - Destroyer.
		(This technique is very strong. If you have Level 3 Scimitar and 
		have empowered the Scimitar with Sword of Destruction, you can 
use
		this technique to break the dark-orange rock pillars.)

GENERAL POINTS

	Point #1 Kills. The game counts how many things you kill. It counts bosses 
and also if a monster kills itself. Certain monsters do not count as kills in 
certain circumstances. Undead monsters do not count if you use Holy Rod 
power on them. You are supposed to get through the game with as few kills as 
possible, so do not kill anything you do not need to.

	Point #2 Rank. This is somewhat confusing to explain. I do not know how 
it was programmed so I describe in my own terms. For every point of HP you 
heal, you get one Rank Point. Rank Points are tallied every time you fill your HP 
to full. If it took 100 rank points to make you go up a rank, and you healed 80 
HP thus getting 80 Rank Points, and healed to full, you would not get a Rank Up 
yet. But,  healed HP to full, you would get a Rank Up. Then the Rank Points 
would reset to zero. To avoid getting Rank Up, you can heal almost to full and 
not completely and you will not Rank Up.

	Point #3 Two player cheat. If you press Z the hold X and press L, a second 
player falls from the sky. You can play the game two player though it is difficult 
to play this way. However, if you really want to cheat, you can use this trick to do 
so. The second player always falls from the sky on your right. If a chest is too 
high to reach, stand to the left of it and summon the second player. Use him to 
open the chest and push the item over the edge to you. (He can not get items, 
only push them) This is completely unfair, and often makes you have items that 
are not intended for you to have yet. I recommend never using this. But it is 
possible.



MAGIC WEAPONS

	General magic weapon points. Empowering a weapon is done one of three 
ways. First you must always have the correct weapon already equipped to 
empower it. Then use one of the methods 1) Walk through a Magic Weapon 
Power Ball. The colour of the ball tells what power it is. Tan-Iron Arrows   Blue-
Holy Rod   Orange/Red-Flame Sword   Green-Sword of Destruction   Black/Gray-
Dark Arrows   Pink-Wind Rod. 2) Get a Weapon Power Gem. The colour of the 
flame in the gem is the same as one of the Power Ball colours. These Gems are 
one use so make sure if you need the power, that you have the correct weapon 
equipped before getting the Gem. 3) Have a spirit empower your weapon with 
their power. Brass-Iron Arrows   Dytto-Holy Rod   Efreet-Flame Sword   Bawu-
Sword of Destruction   Shade-Dark Arrows   Airl-Wind Rod. This can only be 
done after getting at least four Jewels for that spirit. You can see how many 
Jewels you have for each by looking at the number below each spirit on the sub-
screen.
	When you empower a weapon with a magic power, several things happen. 
1) You have a pink energy surrounding you. 2) Your weapon changes color to that 
of the spirit the power corresponds to. 3) A number appears next to the picture 
of your weapon in the upper left of the screen. This number tells how many uses 
of the power you have. You get three uses for each scroll you have. Every time 
you press B with that magic power on, it uses one of the numbers up. To avoid 
this, you can use special techniques to attack and cut down plants such as jump-
kicking. If you change weapons, you lose the empowerment. Saving the game 
does not save the weapons empowered.

	Iron Arrows. This is a Bow power. Iron arrows can go through metal and 
some other objects. Essentially, these are never needed.

	Holy Rod. This is a Rod power. This is very useful. When you have this 
power on, press B to shoot a Holy Energy Ball. This has several uses. 1) This 
turns Buds into Spring plants. 2) Use it on an undead monster to release the 
spirit, this is the only way to defeat ghosts. 3) Animate skeletons that are lying 
on the ground. Talk to them and they will help you. 4) There may be other uses. 
Experiment. 

SPIRIT INFO

	General info. Spirits are summoned by hitting the corresponding element 
with the Spirit Ball. (Press A) Having them summoned and activating their 
powers uses up SP so be careful.

	Dytto Info. Dytto is the spirit of water. The Gold grave where you got her 
discusses how to use her techniques. You can press X while she is healing you to 
stop it. Dytto can be summoned by hitting water with the Spirit Ball. Any water. 
This includes fountains, waterfalls, rivers, water related monsters, puddles, 
frozen monsters and any other water related object BESIDES ice spires. You can 
summon Dytto from water on the ground or over an edge by crouching and 
pressing A.

	Efreet Info. Efreet is the spirit of fire. While he is in shooting fire-ball 
state (press A twice) you can press X and a direction to make him change 
directions. Efreet can be summoned by hitting fire with the Spirit Ball. This 
includes, fire, lit torches, lava, flames, fire related monsters, bomb explosions 
(Including your own), and anywhere else where there is fire.

	Bawu Info. Bawu is the spirit of earth. Bawu can be summoned by hitting 
any earth-related object with the Spirit Ball. This includes trees, bushes, plants, 
Buds, Spring plants and any other plant-like object BESIDES Thorn and the 
ground itself. Bawu can eat iron balls and also enemies. If you see a crack in the 
ground, (They are all over the place, look carefully everywhere.) Bawu will bite it 
open often revealing important objects. 

JEWEL INFO

	There are six kinds of Jewels. One kind for each spirit. Each time you get 
a Jewel, it makes that spirit more powerful. When you have four of a certain kind 
of Jewel, that spirit can now empower your weapon by pressing X one time. (See 
MAGICAL WEAPONS)

BOSS STRATEGY

	Boss #1 - Undine. This boss is easy. When he first falls down from the sky, 
jump over the wave it makes. Then move in close and perform triple short 
sword flip. Do this until he is dead. Do not worry if you get hit, the life potion 
will restore you if you die.

	Boss #2 - Ogre Tank. This boss is almost as easy as Undine. He shoots out 
fire balls. If you use the same triple sword technique, it will not be difficult to 
win. Under the bush in the upper left is a fountain. You can use this to summon 
Dytto during the fight to heal you if you need it. 

	Boss #3 - Berbulb. This is probably the easiest boss. When you enter the 
room, jump onto the platform on your left. Walk up and get next to the plant on 
the left. Do the triple sword flip repeatedly. When the tentacle gets near you, hit 
the purple end to make it go away. When the bulb opens up, step away and wait 
for it to close. Then continue with the triple sword flip.



			Legend of Oasis Walkthrough Part #2

	This is part two of three in this walkthrough. It gives step by step 
instructions on how to get from the point of getting Bawu to getting Shade. It 
tells how to get most major items such as Gems and Scrolls. And it tells how to 
get every weapon. This part assumes you have read Part 1 so refer to it for 
additional information on weapon techniques and abbreviations. For instance, 
+Dytto+ and -Dytto- means to summon Dytto and get rid of Dytto respectively. 
This abbreviation is used for any spirit.

PART #2 Bawu to getting Shade.

	On the way back to town, you will meet Dark Will. Listen to him then 
continue to town. In town, save the game. +Dytto+ Go to the house on the upper 
right. On the front-right of the house is a dead Bulb. Use Dytto's healing to heal 
it. Remember this technique. -Dytto- Go to the bottom of town. Use the Rod to 
break the dead tree on the left to get a Holy Rod Gem. Go back to the now-living 
Bud and turn it into a Spring plant using the Holy Rod. +Bawu+ Use the Spring 
plant to get on top of the house. Move next to the crack in the upper-left part of 
the roof. Call Bawu to you. (A x 2) He will eat open the crack revealing a Holy 
Rod scroll. -Bawu- Get the scroll and jump off of the roof. Go up-left to the bush 
near the water. +Dytto+ Enter the house on the lower-right and use Healing on 
Myra. Talk to her. Leave the room, the enter again. Talk to Myra again. Then talk 
to Ordan. Return to Myra and she will give you the Red Cube. This is the key to 
Brass's Shrine. Save the game then leave town. 
	Head back towards the Fire Shrine until you reach the room where the 
stairs to the Fire Shrine are. Go left into the next room.
	+Bawu+ move next to the Large iron ball in the doorway of the building. 
Have Bawu eat the iron ball. (Press A) Remember this technique. Go up through 
the door. Defeat the soldier but make sure you do not stand in the middle of the 
room when he is defeated. Fall down the hole in the middle of the room.

				BEGIN BRASS'S SHRINE

	You are now in Brass's Shrine. Save the game. Cut down all three bushes. 
Step on all three Large Buttons to open the door below. Go all the way right past 
the blue circle to the wall, then down, the right into the next room.
	Go right, then up, then right to the chest. Get the Iron Arrows scroll out 
of the chest. The door into the Fire Shrine opens. Ignore it. Then go back into 
the room on the left.
	Go back to where you first fell into Brass's Shrine. Go down through the 
door that the three buttons opened. (Here there are Armor Rats. You can not kill 
them with weapons. The only way to defeat them is for Bawu to eat them. I 
recommend ignoring them.) Go left, then up, then left, then up. Go right and 
wait for a moving square to reach the wall. Step on it and ride it to the right 
until you can step off of it and on to a more slowly moving square above you. 
From that, ride until you can step off onto another square moving from the right. 
(Falling off of these squares will cause you to lose HP and start at the edge where 
you last stood.) Step off of the square and onto the floor on the right. Here are 
three towers. Defeat the lower one and get the key. If you do not have an Elixir, 
get the life potion out of the chest on the right tower. Then go back to where 
you first fell into the shrine. Go right to where the blue circle is then go down. Go through the locked door.
	You are in a room with Armor Rats and two bushes. +Bawu+ move next to 
the left bush and have him eat open a crack in the ground. -Bawu- The crack 
reveals a fountain. Cut down the bush on the left to reveal a Holy Rod Power Ball. 
Empower the Rod with Holy Power. +Dytto+ Go down then left. Find the dead 
Bulb and use Healing on it. -Dytto- Use the Holy Power on the Bud. Use the 
Spring plant it makes to jump to the next level. Get the key out of the Black 
chest. Go back to where you came into the room. Go down through the locked 
door. In this area, a soldier is throwing bombs. Do not kill him. +Efreet+ from a 
bomb explosion. (This takes timing) Go right into the next room. 
	Continue right to the torch and light it. Then go back left and out of the 
room. 
	Continue left until you reach a small staircase. Go up the stairs and left to 
a platform with more stairs. Go up the stairs and light both torches. -Efreet- 
Enter the room. Attract all of the fireballs to the lower-right or lower-left corner 
of the room. Go to the top of the room near the right switch. +Dytto+ from a 
drop of water falling from the ceiling. (The timing is difficult) Use Dytto to easily 
defeat the fireballs with her ice shots. (Press A) Make sure both switches are 
facing left. A sound indicates you have done it. Go back to where you first 
entered the area where the fountain is coming out of the crack. From here, go 
right into the next room.
	Go up the nearby stairs and across the platform to the right until you 
reach the wall. Go down past the switch and through the door. There are bushes 
on the right and left of a small staircase. Go down the stairs and then all the way 
left past the small towers and into the next room.
	You are in a corridor with many rock pillars. Defeat all the soldiers in the 
room. The flames at the top of the room recede. Go up the small staircase and 
cut down the bush. This reveals a spike ball. Hit it to start it moving and to 
change its direction of movement. (It will hurt you if you touch it.) Remember 
this technique. You must hit the spike ball around so that it will break the rock 
pillars at the top of the end of the corridor. It takes patience. Go up through the 
the opening and all the way to the top and into the next room.
	There are real chests and fake ones in this small room. Get all the items 
and beat the chests. In the Red chest is Level 2 Rod. Just like Level 1 Rod. 
Slightly more powerful. Go back down into the next room.
	From here, run straight down until you go down a hidden staircase at the 
end of the long corridor.
	+Bawu+ Open the crack in the ground to release a fountain, then go down 
into the next room.
	Open both cracks in this small area to open the door below. -Bawu- Go 
down through the doorway and fill HP and SP. Then save the game. Then go 
back up into the next room. 
	Go to the top of the room where a door way is on the left and a switch is 
on the right. Stand right in the very edge of the doorway. Aim up and shoot an 
arrow over the wall at the switch. While the arrow is in the air, go up through 
the doorway. The door will close behind you and the door in front of you will 
open. Here there are two bushes. Cut them both down to reveal spike balls. Hit 
the spike balls towards the bottom-right and down off of the platforms. 
Follow the spike balls. The object here is to break every pillar in the area below. 
They contain items including a key and a Blue Jewel. (Do not go into the room 
below.) After collecting these items, go to the right and up some stairs to a 
doorway. Stand right in front of the green door and wait for a spike ball to hit 
the switch behind you. Be patient. Then continue up and then right, up some 
stairs, then down. Open the Black chest and get the Green Jewel. Jump down 
off the platform. You are now in a large area with soldiers throwing bombs from 
a higher platform. Go all the way down, the left, then down into the next room.
	Go down past the rock switch and up the staircase. Go right and then up 
the next staircase. Go left and push the iron ball onto the rock switch. Then go 
down and jump off both platforms. Go down until you see a bush on the other 
side of the wall. Crawl to the bush and cut it down to reveal an opening. Go 
down, then left until you reach the wall. Then go up until you reach a rock 
switch and a Spring plant. Use the spring plant to get onto the platform. Go up 
and recover SP and HP. Save the game. Push the rock down and onto the rock 
switch. Go back down and right, back to where you cut down the bush. Go down 
right to a staircase and go up the stairs. Go right then up some more stairs. Go 
up to the iron ball. Push the iron ball down, then right, then down off the 
platform onto the rock switch below. Go back to where you cut the bush and 
crawl back through the opening. Go back up the two staircases to the doorway 
and get the Bombs out of the chest. (See Bomb Info) Go down to where the 
grave is and go right. Do not fall off the platform. Move to where you can throw a 
Bomb onto the Large Button on the floor below. This makes a chest fall. Get the 
Iron Arrows scroll out of the chest. Go down and crawl back through the large bush opening. Go right and back up the two sets of stairs to where the locked door is. Go through the door then go right into the next room.
	+Bawu+ Eat the large iron ball. -Bawu- Go up until you reach the grave 
then go right and down the stairs. Go down until you reach a bush with an 
Electric switch nearby. Cut down the bush and step on the Small Button. This 
drops a MoveRobo that will walk to the switch and activate it. Go down, then 
right until a small hall with a bush is above you. Cut down the bush and step on 
the Small Button. This drops a MoveRobo below you to the right. Follow it to the 
right and use it to jump to the next platform. Push the iron ball off of the Large 
Button it is covering. Then go back left and jump off the platform and go up the 
hall way where you just pressed the Small Button. Go up, then right into a small 
area with an iron ball in the upper right corner and a Bud. +Bawu+ Eat the iron 
ball. -Bawu- Go back left then up the stairs. Get the Fire Sword scroll out of the 
chest. (See Fire Sword Info) Switch to Scimitar then go up and empower the 
Fire Sword in the Fire Sword Power Ball above. Use the Fire Sword to cut down 
the gray dead tree to your right, then go up the stairs above and cut down the 
next two dead trees. The second reveals another Fire Sword scroll. Open the 
chest and get the Fire Sword Gem inside. Go right and cut down the next five 
gray dead trees. The fifth will reveal another Fire Sword scroll. Continue right 
and cut down the last gray dead tree and it reveals another Fire Sword Gem. Get 
it then go down. (If you hit the zombies with the Fire Sword, it kills them in one 
hit.) Jump over the iron ball below and push it up until it no longer covers the 
Large Button. Go up then left then down, back to where the Fire Sword Power 
Ball is. Go down past the Small Button you pressed and then go right to where 
the MoveRobo is still standing. Use it to jump to the next platform and move 
right. Go up through the doorway and continue until you reach a grave. Go left 
and up the stairs into a large open area with four bushes. Under each bush is a 
spark. Cut down all four bushes to release the sparks. (They will hurt you if you 
get close to them. Be careful.) Wait until they activate the Electric switch in the 
middle of the room. This drops four chests. There is nothing important in them. 
SP fruit and a Half Elixir and such. Go back to where you first entered the 
entire room. Go up the small staircase on the right wall and hit the switch. This 
opens the door. Go up and fill all HP on the red circle. Then go up into the next 
room.
	Go up right past the soldiers until you reach a staircase. Go up the stairs 
then go left until you reach the wall. Crawl down and push the iron ball over the 
edge. Crawl through the opening and use the iron ball to jump to the platform 
on the left. (If you step on the Orange Large Button, it turns on the bomb 
cannons. You can use this to kill the four guards. Turn them off with the Blue 
Large Button to the left.) Go left past the guards. Go down left until you reach a 
hall going up. Hit the Blue MoveRobo until he is facing up. Then go up until you 
reach a bush. Stand on the right of the bush near the RoboBox and cut down the 
bush to reveal a spark. Wait for it to go down to the bottom of the hall and 
activate the MoveRobo. Then wait for it to reach the top of the hall and go down 
again. Let it do this a total of four times until the MoveRobo is to the left of the 
RoboBox. Quickly hit the MoveRobo so that it is facing the RoboBox. Then wait 
for the spark to come back and hit the MoveRobo again. The MoveRobo will walk 
right and then open the RoboBox. Get the Iron Arrows scroll out of the chest. Do 
not go into the room on the left. Go right and jump off of the platform and 
move right. Hit the switch to open the door. Throw a bomb at the switch and 
before it explodes, move up through the doorway. Go right and save the game on 
the white circle. Then go back left and then up to the stairs. Go up the stairs 
and then left to where the barrel and switch are. Break open the barrel if you 
need Bombs, then go left into the next room.
	Defeat all three soldiers to lower the flames and open the door below. Go 
down and get the key from the Black chest. The go back up-right and back into 
the other room.
	Go right and back down the stairs. Go right, then down, then right, save, 
and go right, then up through the locked door. Go up the stairs into the next 
room.
	Go up until you reach the wall then go right, up the stairs and into a large 
area with bushes and dead trees. You must cut down everything within the time 
limit to open the door. In the far right bush, there is a Fire Sword Gem. Switch 
to Scimitar and get it. Now you can quickly cut everything down. Go down and 
through the doorway. Go down to where the bush is and cut it down revealing a 
black chest. Get the key from the chest and go down the stairs on the right. Go 
down, then right, then up through the locked door. Go up and restore all SP on 
the blue circle, then go right, down the stairs and then down into the next 
room.
	Go down, then all the way left to a save spot. Save the game. Then go up 
past the crystals to the top of the room where a brass coloured robot and three 
switches are. Hit the switches so they face right or left in this order: 1) Right, 
Left, Left  2) Left, Right, Left 3) Left, Right, Right. This will open the door. Go 
up and into the boss room. (See Boss #4) Get Brass. (See Brass Info) The Gold 
grave tells you how to use him. Then leave the room. Here Red Demon talks to 
you. Let him talk then he will leave. +Brass+ from the Brass coloured robot in 
front of you. Go up into the middle of the area with the crystals. Use Wide Sound 
Wave (Press A x 2) to break the white crystals. Collect the treasures, especially 
the Elixir if you do not have one. Go back up past the bush then left to find 
more crystals. Use any Brass technique to break the crystals and go left into the 
room. Get the Holy Rod scroll out of the chest. Go back right and down to where 
the Large Yellow Crystal is. Use Super Sonic Blast (Hold A then release) to break 
the crystal and reveal a portal. -Brass- Go down left to the save spot and save the 
game. The go back and walk into the portal. You appear on an outside part of 
Brass's Shrine. Go left and +Brass+ from the iron box. Then go right and break 
the crystal. -Brass- Hit the switch to open the double doors. Do not go through 
the doors. Go back left and jump down off of the platform. Go down. Go back to 
the room outside with a platform in the middle and soldiers all around. (Not the 
one with the large statue of Reharl, below that room.) This platform has a large 
gray dead tree on it. Use a bomb to destroy the dead tree. Get the Red Jewel 
from the chest. Go back towards town until you reach a dead guy on the bridge 
right in front of town. +Dytto+ Heal the guy. -Dytto- Talk to the guy then go into 
town.

				END BRASS'S SHRINE
	
	Meet Blue Arm and let him speak. Go up to where Ordan is on the ground. 
+Dytto+ Heal Ordan. -Dytto- Talk to him and get Scimitar Level 2. Save the 
game. Go back to the Water Shrine until you reach the room with the moving 
water on the floor and the floating jellyfish. +Brass+ Hit the crystal with sound 
and get the Green Jewel. -Brass- Now return to the first room of the Earth Maze 
(See part #1) go to where the save spot is. Save the game. +Bawu+ Go right, into 
the next room. Do not fall off of the platform you are on.
	You are on a small platform. Bawu will eat open the crack revealing a Holy 
Rod scroll. -Bawu- Go back left into the other room. Go to the room with the six 
ghosts, and the hole and platform in the middle.
	Go to the left and use the square to reach the platform. Go down then left 
and follow the path through the trees to the left and then go down into the next 
room.
	You are in the small area with the hole in the ground. Jump down the 
hole. +Brass+ Destroy the Yellow crystal with Super Sonic Blast (Hold A, release) 
Enter Shade's Dungeon.

				BEGIN SHADE'S DUNGEON

	(Do NOT get rid of Brass until I indicate. You need him for the first 
section of the dungeon.) Go down the stairs in front of you and break the 
crystals. Get the Tan Jewel. (See Jewel Info) Continue forward. Break all crystals 
in the lower area of the room. Continue up right until you see a switch on a small 
platform. Jump and hit the switch to open a door above you downward. Go back 
left then up. Go up the stairs to the entrance again. Go right, then up, through 
the doorway, then right until you reach the wall. Run-jump up to the platform. 
Go up and then break the crystal. Go right and get the key from the Black chest. 
Stay on the platform, and go up into the next room.
	Go up, then push the rock onto the rock switch below. This makes a 
square in the upper-left start moving. Ignore this for now. Go right, across the 
bridge and then go down into the next room.
	Get the Blue Jewel from the Black chest. Then go back up into the other 
room.
	Go left, across the bridge and then down, into the other room. (Ignore 
the Black chest in the upper-left, it is fake.)
	Go left, then run-jump to the platform on the left. Go up left and push the 
rock on to the rock switch below. Go left, then all the way up until you reach 
four Large crystals together. Three contain zombies, the other contains a Black 
chest with a key. Go down through the locked door and get the Sword of 
Destruction scroll in the chest. (See Sword of Destruction Info) Go back up then 
left, then down until where the rock was. Jump off the platform and save the 
game. Go down into the next room.
	The crystal near the door contains SP fruit. Get it. Go down-left then up 
to the stairs and then back to where the entrance is. Go right, then up, then 
right again. Go down, down the stairs and into a small area with four metal 
pillars. Ignore the crystals. Jump onto the pillars and go up. You have to jump 
quickly or they will move down. Go right, then up, down a small staircase and 
continue up. Go up a small staircase on the right past two crystals going down-
right until you reach a grave and a small glowing, color-changing orb. (This orb 
can be used to summon any spirit whose colour corresponds to the one 
presently shown by the orb. You will see these again, remember them.) Go up-
left, then continue up and into the next room.
	Go up under the bridge and into the main part of the room where all the 
crystals are. Break all of the crystals including the Yellow crystal. One reveals a 
key, get it. The Yellow crystal reveals a Sword of Destruction Power Ball. -Brass- 
Switch to Scimitar and power up the Sword of Destruction. Go up and break the 
rock pillars with the Sword of Destruction. Power up the Sword of Destruction 
again and then go down the staircase into the next room.
	You are now in a large room with many platforms, undead monsters and 
pillars. Break every pillar in the room. If you run out of power, kill any monster 
in the room, the ALL give you Sword of Destruction Power Gems. From the 
chests on the pillars, you will get A Sword of Destruction scroll, a Green Jewel, 
an SP potion (Do NOT get it unless you have no potion now.) and a "Mighty 
Mint". Go to the bottom-right of the room and then go right into the next room.
	Defeat all the skeletons in the room to open the door at the top. Go 
through the doorway and up past a blue circle on the right. There is a large 
platform with guards at the top of the room. Go to the upper-right part of the 
platform, right in front of the next room. Jump and hit a soldier with the 
Scimitar. Wait for him to jump down and then jump off of his head to reach the 
platform. Go down-left until you reach the middle of the platform and then go 
up, through the locked door and get the Short Sword level 2 and another key in 
the chests. Go down out of the small room and back onto the platform. Go to the 
left edge of the platform and jump off. Then go up into the next room.
	There is an iron ball in front of you and a small staircase on the right. 
Carefully push the iron ball all the way to the top of the room. (This takes careful 
aiming and patience.) When you get it to the top, push it to the left until you can 
use it to jump onto the platform with the iron ball and save spot. Save the game. 
Go back to the entrance of this room and then up-right and up the staircase into 
a small area with a Large Button, an iron ball, a door, and a torch. Push the iron 
ball onto the Large Button to raise metal pillars behind the door. Then light the 
torch with a Bomb. This will create fire and a large, golden guard. Defeat him to 
open the door and eliminate the fire. Go up through the now-open door and 
cross the metal pillars and go through the locked door. Continue up, then defeat 
the Ghost Arm to create a Sword of Destruction Power Ball. Power up the Sword 
of Destruction and then go up-right and break the rock pillars. Go right into the 
next room.
	 You are on a platform. Jump off at any point.
	You fall into a room with water on the floor. Equip the Rod and get a Holy 
Rod Power Gem out of any plant. Use this to defeat ghosts in the room. Get onto 
the platform in the middle of the room where the chest and switch is. Jump 
and hit the switch. This starts a square moving. Go down-right until you find 
another moving square going between two platforms. Jump across or ride the 
square. Go up until you reach a staircase with a nearby switch. Hit the switch 
from on the square and ride it until it reaches a platform at the bottom-middle 
of the room. Step off of the square and onto the platform. Go left past the door 
and wait for the square to arrive on the left. Ride it until you reach the upper 
left platform. Run-jump to the platform and get the Holy Rod scroll out of the 
chest. Go back to the right part of the room and hit the other switch to open 
the door. Go down through the doorway. Go down then right and up the 
staircase into the next room.
	Walk up then left then down, then left, up the staircase and onto a 
platform. +Brass+ Break the Yellow crystal. -Brass- Hit the switch and then move 
down-left and jump down. Go left then run-jump up and on to the above 
platform. Light both torches with Bombs. Jump off of the edge and fall back into 
the room with the water. Go back right to where the door you just went through 
is and now go up to a staircase and go up it into the next room.
	Go up and left to a small platform with a black chest on it. Go left then up 
around the platform. Jump to the left and find a metal pillar, get on it, and it 
will raise you to the next platform. Go to the bottom part of the platform and 
wait for the square. Ride it back to the right and step off of it onto the platform. 
Get the Green Jewel out of the chest. (You now have 4 Green Jewels. See Jewel 
Info) Ride the square back to the platform on the left. Get on the other square 
that is waiting above the platform. It will carry you back to the left. Step off of 
the platform and go left into the next room. Continue left then go down past 
the Power Ball. Continue down then right then down into the next room. Go all 
the way down, then right, then up until you reach a staircase. Go up then left 
then down, then left across the bridge past the switch until you reach a wall. 
Go down, then left into the next room. Go all the way left then up and get the 
Tan Jewel out of the chest. Go back right and out of the room. 
	Go back to the bridge with the switch on it. Hit the switch to start the 
square moving up. Wait for it to come back and pass under the bridge going 
down and then step off of the platform onto it. Ride it down, then jump to the 
next platform. Go left until you reach a staircase. Go down and get the key from 
the Black chest. Go back all the way to the right and off of the platform. 
Continue right, then go up to the top of the room where a locked door is. Go 
through the door. Go all the way up and defeat the monster. Get the key and Red 
Jewel out of the chests. Return to the very beginning of the dungeon.
	From here, follow the directions to the first rock switch. When you are 
next to the rock that you originally pushed off onto the switch below, go up and 
wait for a moving square. Stay on it until you can step off of it onto another 
square coming from the right. Ride that square to the right and then step off of 
it onto the platform. Cut down the nearby bush to reveal a Sword of Destruction 
Power Ball. Power up the Scimitar and then go down and break the pillars. 
Continue down, then right, then down (You must crawl.) into the next room.
	Go down, right, up into the next room.
	Go all the way up into the next room.
	Go left, down, then through the locked door on the bottom-right. Go right 
into the next room. Go right, then up past the sparks. Get the Bombs from the 
chest, then continue up into the next room.
	Go up until you reach an area with a large tower. Defeat it and get the key 
and Sword of Destruction scroll from the chests. Now return to the room with 
the water on the floor and the ghosts and spiders with the moving squares.
	Go to the right part of the room on the platform with the two switches 
where you opened the door. Go back through the doorway and go back to the 
platform with the two torches you lit to start the squares moving. Wait for the 
squares to come from the bottom. Ride the left one to the left and then step off 
onto the platform. Light the torch then step off of the platform to the left. Jump 
down the small hole to the left.
	Kill the spiders if you want to then break the dead trees at the bottom-
right of the room. Go right and hit the switch to open the door. Then go down 
into the next room.
	Go left until you reach a grave and a rock switch. Go down the stairs and 
then go right until you see a dark gray platform. Go down between the walls 
until you reach the bottom of the room. Go up the staircase and onto the 
platform. +Bawu+ Go down-right into an area with a platform and two Large 
crystals. Go up between the crystals and onto the save spot. Save the game. Call 
Bawu to you (A x 2) he will eat open a crack in the ground and reveal a Sword of 
Destruction Power Ball. -Bawu- Power up the Sword of Destruction. Go back to 
the upper-left where the Grave and rock switch are. Hit the rock switch with 
the Sword of Destruction. This opens a door on the right. Go through and hit 
the rock switch to the left. Wait for the square to come back, then ride it 
across to the platform. Get the key out of the Black chest. Ride the square back 
up and onto the platform. Go right until you reach a small gap with moving 
square. Cross over and hit the chest. Go right-up past the fire and to a gray dead 
tree. Destroy it with the Rod. This reveals a Holy Rod Power Ball. Power up the 
Rod and then go down. Go right and activate the spring plant. Go back left then 
up and defeat the zombies with the Holy Rod. Go back to the Sword of 
Destruction Power Ball and power up the Sword. Then return to the spring 
plant. Use it to get to the next platform. Go up to the top of the room and then 
right, into the next room.
	Break a White dead tree by kicking or with the sword. Kill the "Fire" and 
then go down right and hit the rock switch with the Sword of Destruction. 
Enter the room and get Bomb Level 2. Go down out of the small room and then 
go right. Go up and into a large room. Kill everything, but make sure to kill the 
huge amoebae before killing every other small one. In the first chest that falls, 
there is SP fruit. After killing all the small amoebas, another chest falls that 
contains a Sword of Destruction scroll. Go back down and out of the room. Go 
left until you reach an iron ball. Go all the way down, then left, then down into 
the next room.
	 Walk over to the far right MoveRobo. (Be careful not to step on the Small 
Button near the upper-left switch.) Step on the Small Button next to the upper-
right switch and the MoveRobo will start moving. When it is in line with the 
large electric switch on the left of the room, strike the Robo once, and it will 
turn left and continue. It will set off the electric switch and drop a Black chest 
from the sky. Get the key out of the chest and go back out of the room. 
	Go back right, then up to where the iron ball is. Push it off of the edge, 
then follow it off. Go left past a staircase and then down through a locked door. 
Continue down then into the next room.
	Here there are several sparks. Follow the one in front of you down then 
move right the first time you can. +Brass+ from a nearby iron box. Then go right 
until you reach a staircase. Go up and then left until you reach a spark. Use 
Sound to deactivate the sparks for a short time. Use this method to continue 
left, then up until you reach some stairs. Go right, then down then right again 
until you reach a small area of the platform that sticks out facing down. -Brass- 
Run-jump down but be careful not to fall. Jump again from the middle platform 
and onto the next platform. Go right then up through the locked door. Step on 
the Small button and manipulate the MoveRobos to stop next to the brass-
coloured robot in the middle. Talk to it. Then go up left and right to the two 
circles to restore SP and HP. Then save the game and go up into the next room.
	In this room, there are monsters corresponding to each of the four spirits 
you now have. If you want a spirit for the boss battle, hit a monster with the 
Spirit Ball. Then go through the locked door into the boss room. (See Boss #5) 
Get Shade. (See Shade Info) +Shade+ from the Gold grave, then leave the room. 
Use Shade to kill the Thorn at the bottom-middle of the room. This reveals a 
portal. Step into it. You are now on the bridge in front of the town. Go up into 
the room. Go to the upper-right and find a bar on the wall near a fountain. Use 
Shade to pull the bar and open another portal. -Shade- Go into town and save 
the game.

				END SHADE'S DUNGEON 

WEAPONS
	
	Bombs. These are very useful. They can be used as weapons, they have the 
same effect as fire. They can activate switches, press buttons, light torches, the 
explosion can be used as fire to summon Efreet. If you find an Ice Block, hit it 
with a Bomb and it will turn into water that can be used to summon Dytto. If you 
then hit that water with another Bomb, it turns into vapor that lasts for a short 
time and can be used to summon Airl.

GENERAL POINTS

	Point #1 Kills. The game counts how many things you kill. It counts bosses 
and also if a monster kills itself. Certain monsters do not count as kills in 
certain circumstances. Undead monsters do not count if you use Holy Rod 
power on them. You are supposed to get through the game with as few kills as 
possible, so do not kill anything you do not need to.

	Point #2 Rank. This is somewhat confusing to explain. I do not know how 
it was programmed so I describe in my own terms. For every point of HP you 
heal, you get one Rank Point. Rank Points are tallied every time you fill your HP 
to full. If it took 100 rank points to make you go up a rank, and you healed 80 
HP thus getting 80 Rank Points, and healed to full, you would not get a Rank Up 
yet. But, if you then healed 30 HP you would go up to 110 Rank Points. The next 
time you healed HP to full, you would get a Rank Up. Then the Rank Points 
would reset to zero. To avoid getting Rank Up, you can heal almost to full and 
not completely and you will not Rank Up.

	Point #3 Two player cheat. If you press Z the hold X and press L, a second 
player falls from the sky. You can play the game two player though it is difficult 
to play this way. However, if you really want to cheat, you can use this trick to do 
so. The second player always falls from the sky on your right. If a chest is too 
high to reach, stand to the left of it and summon the second player. Use him to 
open the chest and push the item over the edge to you. (He can not get items, 
only push them) This is completely unfair, and often makes you have items that 
are not intended for you to have yet. I recommend never using this. But it is 
possible.



MAGIC WEAPONS

	General magic weapon points. Empowering a weapon is done one of three 
ways. First you must always have the correct weapon already equipped to 
empower it. Then use one of the methods 1) Walk through a Magic Weapon 
Power Ball. The colour of the ball tells what power it is. Tan-Iron Arrows   Blue-
Holy Rod   Orange/Red-Flame Sword   Green-Sword of Destruction   Black/Gray-
Dark Arrows   Pink-Wind Rod. 2) Get a Weapon Power Gem. The colour of the 
flame in the gem is the same as one of the Power Ball colours. These Gems are 
one use so make sure if you need the power, that you have the correct weapon 
equipped before getting the Gem. 3) Have a spirit empower your weapon with 
their power. Brass-Iron Arrows   Dytto-Holy Rod   Efreet-Flame Sword   Bawu-
Sword of Destruction   Shade-Dark Arrows   Airl-Wind Rod. This can only be 
done after getting at least four Jewels for that spirit. You can see how many 
Jewels you have for each by looking at the number below each spirit on the sub-
screen.
	When you empower a weapon with a magic power, several things happen. 
1) You have a pink energy surrounding you. 2) Your weapon changes color to that 
of the spirit the power corresponds to. 3) A number appears next to the picture 
of your weapon in the upper left of the screen. This number tells how many uses 
of the power you have. You get three uses for each scroll you have. Every time 
you press B with that magic power on, it uses one of the numbers up. To avoid 
this, you can use special techniques to attack and cut down plants such as jump-
kicking. If you change weapons, you lose the empowerment. Saving the game 
does not save the weapons empowered.

	Iron Arrows. This is a Bow power. Iron arrows can go through metal and 
some other objects. Essentially, these are never needed.

	Holy Rod. This is a Rod power. This is very useful. When you have this 
power on, press B to shoot a Holy Energy Ball. This has several uses. 1) This 
turns Buds into Spring plants. 2) Use it on an undead monster to release the 
spirit, this is the only way to defeat ghosts. 3) Animate skeletons that are lying 
on the ground. Talk to them and they will help you. 4) There may be other uses. 
Experiment. 

	Fire Sword. This is a Scimitar power. It can cut down all dead trees 
including gray and will kill many monsters in one hit. Basically the same as 
Efreet's fire power.

	Sword of Destruction. This a Scimitar power. This will break rock pillars 
(except Orange ones), activate rock switches, break iron pots and in general, 
destroy objects. If you dash and roll, it only takes one use to break a rock pillar. 
With Level 3 Scimitar and by using the Destruction special attack (See Weapons 
in Part #1) you can destroy Orange rock pillars.

SPIRIT INFO

	General info. Spirits are summoned by hitting the corresponding element 
with the Spirit Ball. (Press A) Having them summoned and activating their 
powers uses up SP so be careful.

	Dytto Info. Dytto is the spirit of water. The Gold grave where you got her 
discusses how to use her techniques. You can press X while she is healing you to 
stop it. Healing can heal dead Bulbs to make them Holy Power activatable. Dytto 
can be summoned by hitting water with the Spirit Ball. Any water. This includes 
fountains, waterfalls, rivers, water related monsters, puddles, frozen monsters 
and any other water related object BESIDES ice spires. You can summon Dytto 
from water on the ground or over an edge by crouching and pressing A. Dytto 
can extinguish fire and kill or hurt fire enemies. Regular enemies she will freeze 
and you can jump off of them to reach higher places. She will freeze fountains so 
you can walk on them.

	Efreet Info. Efreet is the spirit of fire. While he is in shooting fire-ball 
state (press A twice) you can press X and a direction to make him change 
directions. Efreet can be summoned by hitting fire with the Spirit Ball. This 
includes, fire, lit torches, lava, flames, fire related monsters, bomb explosions 
(Including your own), and anywhere else where there is fire. Efreet can melt 
most ice with his fire powers.

	Bawu Info. Bawu is the spirit of earth. Bawu can be summoned by hitting 
any earth-related object with the Spirit Ball. This includes trees, bushes, plants, 
Buds, Spring plants and any other plant-like object BESIDES Thorn and the 
ground itself. Bawu can eat iron balls and also enemies. If you see a crack in the 
ground, (They are all over the place, look carefully everywhere.) Bawu will bite it 
open often revealing important objects. 

	Brass Info. Brass is the spirit of metal. Brass can be summoned by hitting 
any metal object with the Spirit Ball. This includes Iron pots, iron balls, spike 
balls, metal walls, iron boxes, switches, MoveRobos, Brass Robots, and any other 
metal-related object. He can break crystals with his sound waves and can break 
Yellow crystals with Super Sonic Blast (Hold A then release) His sound waves 
will deactivate sparks for a short time so you can pass.

	Shade Info. Shade is the spirit of darkness and death. Shade can be 
summoned from graves, ghosts, zombies, skeletons, ice spires, crystals and in 
general, anything dead. Shade can kill Thorns and pull the bar switches on the 
walls of certain places. Shade also will sometimes take hits for you that costs you 
SP instead of HP.

JEWEL INFO

	There are six kinds of Jewels. One kind for each spirit. Each time you get 
a Jewel, it makes that spirit more powerful. When you have four of a certain kind 
of Jewel, that spirit can now empower your weapon by pressing X one time. (See 
MAGICAL WEAPONS)

BOSS STRATEGY

	Boss #4 - TimTim. He first appears as a skull made of sand. Use triple 
sword flip to quickly break him out of the skull. Then chase him and use triple 
sword flip on the small bug creature that is TimTim itself. If you do not kill him 
this first time, he makes sand people appear. One of them has TimTim inside. 
Quickly hit each until you find him, then hit him with triple sword flip again. 
Repeat this until he is defeated.

	Boss #5 - Ghost Egg. If you wait, the ghost egg will suck up all of the ghosts. If you destroy ghosts with Holy Rod, the snake will be shorter. Then it turns into a large snake-like creature. Attack the tip of its tail with triple sword flip to kill it.



				Legend of Oasis Walkthrough Part #3

	This is part three of three in this walkthrough. It gives step by step 
instructions on how to get from the point of getting Shade to the end of the 
game. It tells how to get most major items such as Gems and Scrolls. And it tells 
how to get every weapon. This part assumes you have read Part 1 and 2 so refer 
to it for additional information on weapon techniques and abbreviations. For 
instance, +Dytto+ and -Dytto- means to summon Dytto and get rid of Dytto 
respectively. This abbreviation is used for any spirit.

PART #3 Shade to end.

	Walk out of town and into the portal beside the door. You are in Shade's 
Dungeon again. +Shade+ from the crystal. Go up into the next room.
	Use Shade to defeat the upper-left Thorn to reveal a portal. -Shade- Walk 
into the portal. You are now in front of the Valley of the Dead in the Earth Maze. 
Go up and into the Valley of the Dead.

		BEGIN VALLEY OF THE DEAD AND PATH TO AIR SHRINE

	Go up until you reach a rock behind two small crystals. Jump onto the 
rock and go up-right into the middle of the room. +Shade+ defeat the Thorn at 
the upper part of the room. This reveals a Sword of Destruction Power Ball. 
Power up the Scimitar. Go right a bit to a rock switch. Hit it. Go back to the 
rock. Break the rock and reveal a purple circle. Restore SP and HP if needed. (If 
you want to see something very strange, go back to where you hit the rock 
switch. Go up the nearby stairs. +Efreet+ Go back to the left and use Efreet to 
light the torch next to the Power Ball. -Efreet- Then go to the very right of the 
room then up. +Dytto+ Go back and put out the torch. Enjoy. -Dytto-) Make sure 
you have the Sword of Destruction and go back to where the purple circle is. 
Jump off of the crystals to the right, then use the spring plant to get to the next 
platform. Go right, across the bridge until you reach a flame. Go down the stairs 
to the small fountain. 
+Dytto+ Freeze the fountain. -Dytto- Use the ice spire to reach the platform. Go 
down until you reach three Large rock pillars. Break them and down through to 
outside. Get the Flame Sword scroll out of the chest then go back up. Go left, 
then down, back outside. Cut down the bush to reveal a Black chest with a Red 
Jewel. (You now have four Red Jewels. See Jewel Info) Go back up. Go back to 
the top of the room where the fire is. Go right to a fountain against the wall. 
+Dytto+ Go back to the fire and extinguish it. -Dytto- This reveals a spring plant. 
+Shade+ Use the spring plant to reach the platform. Go right and defeat the 
Thorn. -Shade- Go right into the next room.
	You are now on the path to the Air Shrine. Go up into the room right 
above you to the right.
	+Shade+ Pull the bar switch on the wall to open to the door. -Shade- Go 
up into a larger area. Go right and jump off of two platforms. Go right until you 
reach a bush. Cut it down to reveal a Holy Rod Power Ball. Power up the Holy 
Rod. Activate ALL spring plants in the room. On the platform just above the 
Power Ball is a bush with a spring plant. Activate it also. Use it to get to the next 
platform. Go right to where the stairs are then run-jump down to the platform. 
You land on a platform next to a higher one with a chest on it. Activate the tiny 
spring plant and use it to reach the platform. Get the Elixir out of the chest. Go 
back to the stairs and walk up the stairs into the next room. Go left then down 
until you reach a staircase to the higher, tan platforms. Go up the stairs and 
jump right from the small piece of the platform that is sticking out to the right. 
Go up until you reach a grass area and a moving square. Ride the square to the 
left until you reach another platform with another moving square. Go left again 
to another platform with another square. (Noticing a pattern?) Ride it left again 
to the last platform next to a crystal. Go down to a staircase and go left around 
the stairs and continue down. When you reach the edge, jump down and go right 
to where the next platforms are and jump up to the highest platform you can 
reach, the green one with the bush on it. Cut it down and reveal a Sword of 
Destruction Power Ball. Power up the Scimitar. Go right until you reach a 
platform with a bush on it. Go up around it then continue right, then down to a 
spring plant. Use it to reach the next level. Go down, then hit the rock switch 
with the Sword of Destruction. The way to the Air Shrine opens. Go through the 
doorway.

				BEGIN AIR SHRINE

	Go down to the purple and white circles. (Convenient, huh?) Restore SP 
and HP then save the game. Go left to a grave. +Shade+ Go down until you reach 
a door. Go right past the sparks (Careful, it is easy to get hit.) until you reach a 
bar switch. Use Shade to pull it. -Shade- Go back to the left, then up through the 
door. (I advise you return to the circles and restore SP and HP and save, but . . .) 
From here go right and fight the ghosts to lower the flames. Go right into the 
next room.
	Go right until you reach the third small, fire-shooting tower. Go down 
past the torch and square then go right into the next room.
	Go right past the tower. You are looking for a Button on the ground. It is 
to the left of the third tower. Pressing this drops a portal onto the ground below 
(Which is the regular area outside of the town. If you fall off any area of the Air 
Shrine, you fall to there. Use the portals to get back. If you have Shade 
summoned, he will not let you fall. He will pick you back up. VERY useful.) 
Continue right and fill your Bombs from the barrels. Go back left into the other 
room.
	Go left, then up the stairs, past the torch and square, then right, into the 
next room. 
	Jump and throw a Bomb up onto the high square with the torch on it. 
Lighting the torch starts the squares moving. Jump across and continue right 
past two moving squares above to a grave and a bar switch. +Shade+ Pull the 
switch and go down and defeat the Thorn to get a peach that restores your SP. 
-Shade- Go back left to the moving squares. Ride one of them up then go up past 
the blue circle and into the next room.
	+Shade+ Go up-right, then right to the Thorn. Defeat it to reveal a Holy 
Rod Power Ball. Power up the Holy Rod. Go up to the edge and wait for a moving 
square. Ride it up to another square. Wait for another square and ride up to a 
platform with two spring plants. Activate both of them. Use the right one to get 
to the platform. Go right and down to two torches. Light both of them with 
bombs. Defeat both soldiers to get some bombs. (If you have no Elixir, go down 
to the edge and ride a moving square down to a square with a chest with a half 
elixir. Then go back up to the platform.) Jump down to the left and jump off of 
the other spring plant onto the platform on the left. Go down, then left. Defeat 
all three soldiers and get a chest with a key. Go up through the locked door and 
pull the bar switch. -Shade- Go back to where you entered the area, where the 
grave is. +Shade+ Now, go up-left then left until you reach a torch. Light it with 
a Bomb, then go down-left and get some Bombs from the barrels. Go back right 
to the edge and wait for a moving square. Ride it up to a locked door and wait 
for a moving square from the left. Ride it left. When it reaches the first stop, 
quickly jump and throw a Bomb onto the square to the left with a torch on it. 
Ride the square up, then step off onto the platform. Use Shade to defeat the 
Thorn across to the right. This reveals a switch. Hit the switch with an arrow. 
Go up through the door. Defeat all the soldiers to get Bow Level 2. Go right to 
find a Black chest with a key. Then go back down to where the barrels with the 
Bombs are/were. Go all the way left and get the Black Jewel from the Black 
chest. Go back right and ride the square to the locked door and go through. Pull 
the bar switch with Shade. -Shade- Go back to where the grave is and go down, 
back into the other room.
	Go down past the blue circle (Restore SP if needed.) and ride the square 
down. Go right to the torch. Light it with a Bomb and the go right to the edge 
and wait for a moving square. Ride the square all the way down to a platform at 
the bottom of the screen. Save the game, then go down into the next room.
	Go down the stairs to the two graves. +Shade+ Go down to where the 
Thorn is. Defeat it to reveal a Sword of Destruction Power Ball. -Shade- Power 
up the Scimitar. Hit the rock switch to the left to drop a Black chest to the 
ground below. Go back to where the graves are. Go left until you reach a rock 
switch. Hit it to make a portal fall to the ground below. Jump off of the edge 
where you dropped the portal.
	You are on the ground. Go right to find the Black chest you dropped. It 
contains a Black Jewel. Go back left and into the portal. Go back left to the 
second rock switch and now continue left. Go to the upper beam and walk left 
until you reach a platform. Defeat all the guards to get some bombs. Go to the 
bottom of the platform and walk on the beam to the right, then down. Carefully 
jump right, then continue down until you reach a platform with beams going 
right and left. Walk left on the upper beam to a platform with a rock switch. Hit 
it with the Sword of Destruction. This drops a chest. Walk off of the platform up.
	Get the Holy Rod scroll from the chest, then go back to the portal you 
dropped.
	+Shade+ Go left and then back down to the platform with the beams 
going right and left. This time, go right until you reach another platform, then 
continue right until you reach another platform. Defeat all of the Thorns to 
reveal a purple circle, and to open the way forward. Restore SP and HP, then go 
down into the next room.
	Go down and across the beams to a platform with a torch. Light it with a 
bomb, then continue down until you reach a platform with a Button. Push it, 
then go left, across the beams to a platform with a torch, a switch, and a square 
with a torch on it. Light both torches but do NOT hit the switch. Go left, across 
the beams, then left into the next room. Go left until you reach a platform. Go up 
on some beams and platforms until you reach the top of the screen, on a 
platform. +Brass+ Send sound waves to the left, then quickly run-jump onto the 
left platform. Go left, and run-jump to the left onto another platform on the left. 
Get the Dark Arrows scroll out of the chest. (See Dark Arrows Info) Send sound 
waves to the right, then quickly run-jump right across the platform and onto , 
back to where the blue circle and iron box are. -Brass- Go down to a platform 
and then go right, into the next room.
		 Go right across the beam to where the switch and torch are. Light 
the torch with a bomb, but do NOT hit the switch. Go right and light another 
torch, then go back left, and out of the room.
	Go left, then down, onto a platform, then down again, then right, into the 
other room. 
	Go all the way right to the platform with the Button on it. Go up to where 
there is no a staircase made of squares. Go left, up the stairs and into a small 
area with a statue. Activate the statue with the Spirit Ball. Talk to the statue and 
wait. DO NOT MOVE until a chest falls from the sky at the bottom of the room. 
Ignore everything else. Get the Sword of Destruction scroll from the chest. Go 
down-left and cut down the bush. Push the Button, then go back down the stairs 
and return to the left room.
	Go left to where the Dark Arrows Power Ball is. Power up the Dark 
Arrows. Go back right, then up to where three squares are in a row. Go onto the 
squares and aim up towards the Thorn with the bow. Hit it with Dark Arrows to 
defeat it. Go up the staircase the squares make to a platform with a save spot. 
Save the game. (At this time, you can return to the beginning of this entire 
sky/beam area where the two graves and two rock switches are, power up the 
Sword of Destruction and return here. Go across to the left and break the rock 
pillars, revealing a Button. Push it to drop a chest. Jump off the edge and get the 
Dark Arrows scroll from the chest, then return to the save spot.) Go left and 
ride the moving squares to the left and go into the next room.
	Go left (If you need Bombs, go up onto a beam then continue up to a 
platform with soldiers. Defeat them and get bombs from the chest. Then go back 
down.) Go down then left to a torch. Light it with a Bomb and ride the moving 
square to a platform with a Black chest. Get a key from the chest, then ride the 
square back to the first platform. Go left to two barrels. Break them both open to 
reveal mice, and a Dark Arrows Power Ball. Power up the Dark Arrows then go 
through the door. Go right, onto the squares and defeat the Thorn with the Dark 
Arrows. Ride the square to the right, to another platform below. Jump off onto it 
get the key out of the chest. Kill the mice, then wait for a square from above and 
ride it to the top of the room. (This entire square riding/jumping sequence is 
very annoying. Be patient.) Go up through the locked door and into the next 
room.
	Go up into the main part of the room and 1) Kill all towers. 2)Cut down all 
plants. 3) Light all torches. Then go up to the top-right part of the room, and go 
into the next room.
	+Shade+ Pull the bar switch. -Shade- Go up through the door. You are now 
at the beginning of the Shrine. Go up left to the save spot and purple circle. 
Restore SP and HP then save the game. Then go back down through the door 
way and back into the room you were just in with the three torches.
	Go down, then all the way to the left. (If you do not have an Elixir. go up to 
a staircase made of squares. Go up to a platform, then left into the next room. 
+Bawu+ Go to the middle of the room and have Bawu eat open the crack to 
reveal an Elixir. -Bawu- Get the Elixir then go right out of the room and back 
down the staircase.) Go left into the next room.
	Go down-left until you reach six switches. Hit each MoveRobo twice, so 
that it faces the Buttons. Hit the switches in the order that the sign indicates. 
Go up through the doorway and into the next area. Kill the Gargoyles to open the 
door and reveal a purple circle. Go down left into the water. Go left, then up to a 
ripple in the water fall. Jump-kick to open a chest with a Black Jewel inside. Go 
back to the purple circle and go up through the door.
	Go all the way up until you reach a grave. +Shade+ Go left and defeat the 
Thorn to reveal a Holy Rod Power Ball. Power up the Holy Rod, then go left. Go 
left, then down, jump up to the platform and go right to where the Thorns are. 
Defeat them both. -Shade- The second has a bud beneath. Activate the spring 
plant with the rod and use it to jump to the platform below. (If you need an 
Elixir, go left then jump across to the platform. Go up to the chest and get the 
Elixir. Then return to the spring plant.) Jump off to the right and walk left until 
you reach a staircase and platforms similar to the ones on the left. Go right onto 
the platforms, then down, then left, then down through the opening. Continue 
down until you reach a Large gray rock pole. Go right until you reach a switch. 
Hit the switch to lower the flames. Go up and run-jump onto the Button. (It is 
easy to fall. You must be patient.) Go back to the gray rock pole and go left 
through the door.
	You are in a room with water and a large, lit torch. +Dytto+ Extinguish the 
torch. -Dytto- Jump onto the platform in the upper left to restore SP and HP on 
the purple circle. Then go right and down through the door, back outside.
	 Go left and jump across. Go left, past the Large gray rock pole and then 
down the stairs. Go left into another area. Defeat all of the soldiers to open the 
door. Cut down the bushes to reveal a Sword of Destruction Power Ball. Go 
down-left and break the rock pillar. Go down, then right and back up the stairs 
to the rock pillar. Break it. Go right and jump off the platform to the right. Go 
down and break the pillar. Go up to the middle of the room where the grave is. 
Break the rock pillar above. This reveals a save spot and opens the door. Go back 
to the Holy Rod Power Ball and power up the Holy Rod. Go right to an opening 
in front of the water and wait for a moving square. Ride it to a platform with a 
spring plant. Activate it with the rod and jump onto the platform. Go to the 
upper-right of the platform and break open an invisible chest that contains a 
Fire Sword scroll. Do not get the life potion in the left chest unless you have no 
Elixir. Go back to the save spot. Save the game and then go up into the boss 
room. (See Boss #6) Get Airl. (See Airl Info) Leave the room. 
	Save the game, then go all the way down past everything, into the next 
room. 
	Go all the way down until you reach the switches. +Airl+ from the electric 
switches. Go back up then go right into the water. Go up to the waterfalls and 
use Airl to hit the Iron box with electricity. (Excuse me, but this is harder than 
HELL to do. Keep trying.) -Airl- In the box is a Dark Arrows scroll. Go back to 
the switches and go right into the next room.
	Go all the way right, then down to where the stairs are. Go down the 
stairs and into the next room.
	+Airl+ Fly to the left and onto a square. Open the Iron box and get the 
Red Jewel. Ride the square back to the bottom of the screen. (If you were on the 
right one, stay on until it comes back to the upper-left corner, than get on the 
other one.) Go down through the doorway and then go left to a brass robot and a 
door. Activate the robot with electricity and talk to it. -Airl- Go up through the 
door way and continue up. Go left and into the next room.
	Go left into the middle of the room and up the staircase to the grave. 
+Shade+ Go down, then right and find a Small Button on the ground. This starts 
water falling from the sky. Go to the edge that directly down from the grave. 
Watch where the water is falling and go down then left on an invisible beam 
until you reach a platform. (Shade will pick you up if you fall.) When you reach 
the platform, go up and step on another Small Button. Then go back down to the 
bottom of the platform and go right a bit. Watch the water and go down, then all 
the way right to another Small Button in mid-air. Then go back left a bit and 
watch for water going down. Go down, then right, then down onto a platform. 
Go left and restore SP on the blue circle. Go down-left to an area with a statue, 
two spring plants, and a Thorn. Use Shade to defeat the Thorn and reveal a 
Shade/Airl Orb. -Shade- 
+Airl+ Jump up to the top of the statue and hit the switch with electricity. -Airl- 
+Shade+ Go to the left part of the room. Go up onto the invisible beam where 
the water is falling. Follow the water to the upper right of the area. It takes 
jumping and careful precision. When you reach the platform, press the Button to 
drop an iron ball. Use it to get to the next level. Go up some stairs and right into 
an area with a mouse with an chest on its head. Break open the chest and kill 
the mouse. Defeat the three ghosts to get a chest with a Dark Arrows scroll 
inside. Go back left, then down, then left again until you reach a crystal. Jump 
across to the left and restore SP and HP on the purple circle. Jump off of the 
platform to the right and go up into the next room.
	Go up until you reach a torch. Light it with a Bomb to start a square 
moving. Ride the square to the left and onto the other platform. Go up until you 
reach a spot where you can hit the bush to the right with an arrow and hit the 
switch. Get on the metal pillar to reach the platform. Go up to the top of the 
screen and cut down only the upper right bush. +Bawu+ Eat open the crack to 
reveal a Tan Jewel. -Bawu- Go back down and into the other room. Go up to the 
stairs and then jump across to the purple circle. Restore SP and HP. +Airl+ Go 
to the bottom of the platform you are on and then fly all the way down to the 
bottom of the room. Go right, up the stairs, past the ghosts, and then jump off of 
the edge and fall.

				END AIR SHRINE

	You appear in the Earth Maze. Go up-left, past the skeleton on the ground 
and up into the next room.
	You are in the room with the six ghosts. Go right to the edge of the 
platform and then fly up to the middle of the room, onto the platform. 
-Airl- Jump down the small hole. Get the Blue Cube from the White chest. Go 
down through the door, then go right up the stairs. Leave the Earth Maze and 
return to town. In town, go to the bottom of the screen and break the dead tree 
to the lower-right of the grave and power up the Holy Rod. Go up to Ordan's 
grave then go right then up to a bush. Cut it down to reveal an Ice Stone. Use a 
Bomb to turn the Ice Stone into water, then another Bomb to turn it into vapor. 
Quickly use the vapor to summon Airl. +Airl+ Go back left to Ordan's house. 
Activate the spring plant outside. Jump on top of Ordan's house. (The chest has 
an HP potion. Do not get it unless you have no Elixir. The barrels have SP fruit 
and HP meat.) Run-jump down to the house below. (The barrel has a Half Elixir. 
Do not get it if you have an Elixir.) Stand next to the iron box an use Electric 
Ball (A x 2) Airl will break open the box revealing a Pink Jewel. -Airl- Now, 
return to the Valley of The Dead. In here, go up, over the rock, and continue up 
until you reach an Air Fountain. +Airl+ Go back down, onto the rock, then right 
to where the spring plant is. Use the spring plant to reach the platform above. 
Go to the upper-left edge of the platform then quickly fly up-left to another 
platform. -Airl- Go down to the small fountain. +Dytto+ Freeze the fountain. 
-Dytto- +Shade+ Go up and defeat the Thorn to reveal an Electric Switch.   
-Shade- +Airl+ (Aim down at the Air Fountain) Activate the Electric Switch with 
Electric Ball. (A x 2) -Airl- This drops a chest. Get the Dark Arrows scroll from 
the chest. Go right, then up onto the platforms and use the spring plant. Leave 
the room to the right. Go near the edge on the right. 
+Dytto+ Go up-left into the next room. Go up until you reach a fire on the right. 
Extinguish the fire to "reveal" an invisible chest. -Dytto- Get the Fire Sword 
scroll out of the chest. Go right until you reach the Holy Rod Power Ball. Power 
up the Holy Rod. Go back out of the room. Go down right to where the sign is. 
Cut down the bush to the right to reveal Tokipin trapped in ice. Back up and use 
the Holy Rod to release him. Make Tokipin go right into the pit and break the 
Large Orange rock pole. Jump down to the left and get the Red Jewel out of the 
chest.  Cut down the bush to the bottom-left of the pit to reveal a Sword of 
Destruction Power Ball. Break the three rock pillars below. Jump on to the 
platform and go down into the next room. (You can kill Tokipin first for a weird 
message.) Go all the way down, then left into the next room. Cut down the bush 
and get the Iron Arrows scroll out of the chest. Go back to the pit. Now jump off 
of the platform to the right and into the water. Go up into the next room. Go up-
left to an Air Fountain. +Airl+ Go right to the door and electric switch. Activate 
the electric switch to open the door. -Airl- Go through the doorway into the 
next room. (If you still have Holy Rod, skip to the part after you get Holy Rod.) 
Break open the dead trees to reveal a Sword of Destruction Power Ball. Power 
up the Sword of Destruction. Go down, then right, then when you reach the 
open area, go up-right to a spot with grass and a small spring plant. Use the 
spring plant to reach the platform. Cut down the bush. Ride the square down to 
another platform. Break all of the rock pillars to reveal a Holy Rod Power Ball. 
Power up the Holy Rod. Go up-left, jump off of the platform and continue up-left 
until you reach a dead tree between to platforms. Break it to reveal a spring 
plant. Use it to jump to the platform above. Jump up to the platform then go 
right. Activate the spring plant and use it to jump to the next level. Go right 
then all the way down into the next room. Go down, then run-jump to the 
platform below. Go down, then left until you reach the edge. Jump left then 
continue until you reach four sets of "Tiny Thyme" on the ground. Eat them then 
quickly go up-left to a hole and crawl through. Go up to a chest. Get the Dark 
Arrows scroll out of the chest. Go over to the grave and hit the invisible chest on 
top of the grave to reveal a Tan Jewel. (You now have four Tan Jewels. See Jewel 
Info.) (I am getting really tired of pointing out certain items. You can now search 
through every area you have been in and every dungeon (Except the Water 
Shrine) and get items. Then return to town.) Save the game in town. Walk down 
the stairs then right into the portal. Walk down to the crystal. +Shade+ Go up 
into the next room. Defeat the lower-right Thorn. Walk into the portal. Equip 
Scimitar. Go up-left to the grave. Break open the invisible chest on top of the 
grave to reveal a Sword of Destruction Gem. Go down-right to the rock switch. 
Hit it with the sword of destruction. This activates a MoveRobo. +Shade+ Use 
the MoveRobo to reach the platform. Go down and defeat the Thorn. -Shade- Go 
down through the opening and jump down off of the platforms until you reach 
an Air Fountain. +Airl+ Go up-left to the edge of the highest platform. Fly left to 
the next platform. Go left into the next room.

			BEGIN FINAL DUNGEON PART 1

	Go all the way up to the top of the screen. Go left onto the edge of the 
platform and fly left to the next platform. Get the Fire Sword scroll out of the 
chest. Jump left to the next platform, then jump left again. Go all the way down 
to a door with a nearby electric switch. Activate the electric switch. -Airl- Go 
right along a long thin platform until you reach a Black chest. Get the Black 
Jewel out of the chest. Go back left then down through the doorway. Go down, 
then right, then up through a door into the next room.
	Go left and fill your Bombs from the barrels. Go right through/over the 
three large chimneys and onto a larger area of the platform. Go up and run-jump 
to the next platform. Go up, then right, into the next room.
	Go right, past the BIG Thorn and then up to a bud and a purple circle. 
+Bawu+ Eat open the crack to the right of the purple circle to reveal an Air 
Fountain. -Bawu- +Airl+ Go all the way down to the lower-right of the room. Go 
up the stairs to the corner of the platform. Break open the RoboBox with 
electricity. This reveals a Dark Arrows Power Ball. Power up the Dark Arrows. 
(These will kill those annoying octopuses in one hit.) Go left to the edge and 
carefully run-jump left onto the small platform with the electric switch. Activate 
the switch. Make sure you have full Dark Arrows then, from the small platform, 
fly left until you reach another platform. Defeat the Thorn with the Dark Arrows. 
Activate the Electric Switch underneath. Go down-left to a torch. Jump onto the 
torch so that it hits you up onto the platform. Get the Black Jewel from the 
chest. Jump back down. Go back to the purple circle and restore your SP and 
HP. Go back to the Dark Arrows Power Ball. Power up the arrows. Go to the 
upper-left edge of the platform. Fly up-left to a platform in the middle of the 
room. Activate the switch. Go back to the Dark Arrows Power Ball. Go to the 
upper part of the platform. Fly up to the square. Get off of Airl onto the square. 
Run-jump up onto the platform. Break open the Iron Box to reveal SP fruit. 
Activate the switch. Go through the doorway and defeat the Thorn. Get the key 
from the Black chest. (Way too much work for one key.) -Airl- Go back to the 
purple circle and restore SP and HP. Go back to the platform at the beginning of 
this room. (If you need an Elixir, defeat the BIG thorn with the Dark Arrows.) 
Leave the room to the left.
	Jump left off of the platform and save the game. Go down, under the 
bridge, until you reach two large chimneys. Defeat them and continue down, 
then go right until you reach the Air Fountain. +Airl+ Go left until you reach a 
chimney. Defeat it then continue left. Go past the big MoveRobo and get the 
"Giant Ginger" from the chest and jump to the higher platform. Go up to the 
electric switch and activate it. Go back down to the big MoveRobo. Make sure it 
is pointing left and activate it with electricity. When it reaches the left wall, hit 
it so that it will face up. Continue activating it until you can use it to reach the 
locked door on the high platform. Go up through the locked door. Go up to the 
chest. Equip the Bow and break open the chest to reveal a Dark Arrows Gem. 
Power up the Dark Arrows and go left into the next room.
	Defeat the Thorn. This reveals a flame. Then go up-left into the next 
room.
	Go all the way up to the edge and jump to the platform with the spiked 
ball on it. Hit the spike ball downward. Jump up to the next platform. Jump left 
to another larger platform. Hit the spike ball off of the platform then jump onto 
the platform it was on. Jump left and quickly run around to the other side of the 
spike ball and hit it to start it moving in the opposite direction away from the 
rock pillars. Continue left to where the large rock switch is. (Never hit this rock 
switch. It activates the cannons and creates fire balls.) Go right to a spike ball 
and hit it up. When it bounces back, hit it left. Continue hitting it to lead it down 
to the left part of the room and down the corridor to break the rock pillars. 
+Brass+ Break the crystals. -Brass- Go right onto the platform. Go up until you 
reach a small opening. Crawl through it then go right until you reach an Ice 
Stone. Hit the stone with a Bomb. (If you need to heal, +Dytto+ and heal yourself. 
-Dytto-) Hit the water with a Bomb and +Airl+ from the vapor. Go left (If you 
need SP, use the rock pillars to jump up to a platform at the top of the screen 
with a bush covering an SP circle.) until you reach the edge. Jump off of the 
platform to the left then go down to where the crystals were. Go left into next 
room.
	Go to the middle of the platform and stand on the edge. Fly up to the 
platform in the middle of the room. -Airl- Step off onto the square on the left. 
Ride it to the upper-left and go through the door. Get Rod level 3 from the Red 
chest. Go back to the doorway and wait for the square. Ride it to the platform 
and step onto the square on the right. Ride it down to the beginning of the 
room. Go right back into the other room.
	 Go back to the SP circle at the top of the room by jumping on the rock 
pillars. Go back down left to where the pillars were and go down into the next 
room.
	Go down, then right, across the room. +Shade+ Go up onto the platform 
and kill all the Thorns. -Shade- Go back to the room where you got Rod level 3, 
and +Brass+ Return to this room and onto this platform. Go into the upper-right 
room.
	Go right across the platform and go into the upper-right room. (Get the 
SP fruit from the plant near the doorway.)
	Break all the crystals in the room for SP fruit, HP meat, a Sword of 
Destruction Power Ball and a save spot. -Brass- Save the game, then power up 
the Sword of Destruction. Go down, and out of the room.
	Go back across the platform and, this time, go into the upper-left room.
	Go to the platform in the upper-right. Use the Happy Mouse Method to 
reach the platform. Get the Sword of Destruction scroll out of the chest under 
the bush. Go back down and out of the room.
	Go back to the beginning of this room, where the rock pillars are on the 
left. Break the rock pillars with the Sword of Destruction. Go into the left room.
	Go to somewhere on the edge of the platform you are on and aim down to 
hit a zombie with the Spirit Ball. +Shade+ Look around on the platform and 
defeat all Thorns. -Shade- Go down into the middle of the room and defeat 
zombies until you get a Holy Rod Gem. Go back to the upper-right where you 
revealed the bud under the Thorn. Activate the spring plant and use it to get to 
the platform. Go right into the next room and get the Sword of Destruction 
scroll from the chest. Go back left into the other room. Go left and then down, 
then left all the way over to where the Air Fountain is. 
+Airl+ Jump off of the platform and go to the top of the room near the platform. 
Jump off of a small zombie's head to reach the platform with the electric switch 
and the bud. Activate the switch to drop a MoveRobo. -Airl- +Bawu+ Use the 
MoveRobo to jump to the platform and then go down-left. Look for a crack in 
the ground and have Bawu eat it open, revealing a fountain. 
-Bawu- +Dytto+ Extinguish the big fires above. -Dytto- Defeat the two Gargoyles 
to create an SP circle and an HP circle. Restore SP and HP. Go up through the 
door.
	+Brass+ from the metal guard then jump on his head to reach the 
platform. Break the Yellow crystal to reveal a Sword of Destruction Power Ball. 
-Brass- Go up-right to a rock switch on a platform. Jump and hit it with the 
Sword of Destruction. +Dytto+ from a jellyfish. Go up-left to the top of the room, 
then go right until you reach a rock. Go down-left into a small opening and 
extinguish the torch. Empower the Holy Rod with Dytto. 
-Dytto- Push the rock down to the bottom and jump to the platform. Go all the 
way down into the next room.
	Defeat the ghost soldiers with the Holy Rod. Get Scimitar level 3 from the 
Red chest. Go back out of the room.
	Go back up, then left, then down to where the metal soldier is. Jump on 
over him or defeat him, then go down into the next room.
	Go down to the bottom of the room and onto the platform. Go all the way 
right, then up, then right into the next room. Go down to where the zombies 
are. Go onto the platform the into the upper-right room.
	Save the game, then empower the Sword of Destruction. Go back out of 
the room.
	Go down into the area with the zombies and use Destruction scimitar 
technique (Turn lever 360 press forward, back, forward.) on the Large Orange 
pillar. This reveals a Black chest. Get the key and then go back to the room with 
the small zombies.
	Go to the bottom-left of the room and onto the platform. Go all the way 
right and into the next room.
	Go into the middle of the platform where the locked door is. Go through 
the door and down the stairs into the next room.

			END FINAL DUNGEON PART 1

			BEGIN FINAL DUNGEON PART 2

	Go right to the save spot and save the game. Go back to the left, then 
down to the wall. Go right, then down to an Air Fountain. +Airl+ Go back to the 
left then, continue left, go down to a MoveRobo. Activate the MoveRobo. Follow 
it and then use it to jump to the platform. Go up and break open the iron box 
with electricity. -Airl- This reveals a Dark Arrows Gem. Power up the Dark 
Arrows. Get the bombs, SP fruit, and key from the chests, then go down-left, 
down the path to where the Thorns are and defeat them with Dark Arrows. Go 
back to the MoveRobo. +Brass+ Go all the way to the upper-right, then down the 
path to the crystals. Break the crystals. -Brass- Go right, into the next room.
	Go right to a staircase, then up onto the platform. +Bawu+ Go up, then 
right to a locked door. Go down through the locked door to get Bow level 3 and 
a purple circle. Go back out of the small room and go right. Go down and cut 
down the lowest bush to reveal a ghost. +Shade+ Go up and pull the bar switch 
to raise the metal pillars. Jump on the pillars to the right to get to the chest and 
get the Dark Arrows scroll. Jump off of the platform to the left. +Bawu+ Go 
down, then right into the next room.
	Go up, then right to a large crack in the ground. Eat it open to reveal a 
Blue Jewel. Go right, then up, then left to a bunch of cracks. Eat them open to 
reveal a fountain, flame, and Air Fountain. -Bawu- +Airl+ Return to the room on 
the left.
	Go up to the platform on the left and cut down the lower-right bush to 
reveal a small RoboBox. Break it open with electricity to get a black chest with a 
key. -Airl- Go back right into the other room. Go back to the big crack where 
you got the Blue Jewel. Jump onto the thin, brown platform to the right and 
follow it left to the other side. Jump down onto the next thin platform the go 
down, then right to a larger platform. Run-jump right onto the higher platform 
and break open the invisible chest to reveal a key. Jump down off of the 
platform to the right and continue right to a pond with plants. Cut them all 
down to reveal Koh trapped in ice. +Dytto+ Empower the Holy Rod. -Dytto- Back 
up and use the Holy Rod on Koh to release him. Kill Koh to get an Elixir. Go up 
onto the platform and to the locked door. Go through to get Bomb level 3. Go all 
the way back to the beginning of this section of the Final Dungeon where the 
save spot is.
	Save the game. Go left, to the upper-left part of the room. Go down the 
path to where the Thorns were and go left into the next room. There is water. 
+Dytto+ Go back right into the other room. Go to the middle of the room, then 
go up to the fire wall. Extinguish the fire. -Dytto- Go up, through the locked 
door and into the next room.
	Go right, jump off of the platform. Continue right until you reach a rock 
switch. Go up to a locked door and go through. Go up and hit a spike ball out the 
doorway, towards the rock switch. When it hits the rock switch, go down 
through the now-open door.
	Walk left to the chests. Get the key from the Black chest. (Ignore the iron 
box. It contains an SP potion.) Go back up-right and through the doorway.
	Go to the middle of the room where the moving squares and water are. Go 
to the left, then up along the left edge of the water to a bush. Cut it down to 
reveal a grave. +Shade+ Go to the bottom-left part of the room then go up 
through the locked door. Defeat the Thorn. -Shade- This reveals an opening. 
Crawl up through the opening, then up into the next room. 
	Equip the Scimitar. Open the chest to reveal a Sword of Destruction Gem. 
Power up the Sword of Destruction. Go back down, out of the room. 
	Light the Torch next to the door to open it. Go through the doorway and 
left into the next room.
	Hit the rock switch with the Sword of Destruction to drop a MoveRobo 
that will push the iron ball off of the edge. Go down to the doors and wait for 
them to open. (The bush hides a portal that leads to the beginning of this part of 
the dungeon. Do not go through it.) Jump off of the platform to the left and use 
the MoveRobo and ball to reach the platform. Go up and hit the switch. Go up 
into the room.
	You have freed the townspeople. You can talk to them if you like, then go 
back down into the other room.
	Go back down-right, then up back to the rock switch, and right into the 
room before this.
	Go back down-right to the water. Go right, then up to another bush. Go up 
into the next room.
	Go left to the edge of the water on the thin rock edge. Run-jump left onto 
the platform and get the key from the Black chest. Jump off of the platform to 
the right and go into the water. +Dytto+ Go up and onto the water fall When the 
small fountain is in the high position, freeze both fountains. Use the ice to reach 
a Black chest with a key. Go down, then left and up the stairs to the top of the 
room. Go up through the locked door.
	Go up to the purple circle and restore SP and HP. Save the game. Go up 
the stairs to a chest and get two Air Rod scrolls from the chest. (See Air Rod 
Info.) Go back down and then back to the room with the water and four moving 
squares in the middle of the room.
	Go to the bush on the right side of the water and cut it down to reveal an 
Air Rod Power Ball. Power up the Air Rod. Go to the middle of the room on the 
edge of the water and jump onto a moving square. Use the Air Rod to push the 
key off of the platform and into the water. +Dytto+ Get the key, then go to the 
bottom-right part of the room, then go all the way up, through the doorway, past 
the three spike balls and into the next room.
	Go down the stairs to the door and use the Air Rod to push the mouse 
onto the switch, opening the door. Go up and into a larger area. Defeat the Big 
Guard (TM SquareSoft) to drop two MoveRobos and a chest with a key. Use 
them to reach the two platforms and go through both locked doors and open 
both chests to get an Air Rod scroll and a Pink Jewel. Go to the top of the room 
and up through the doorway and into the next room.
	Go up to the bud. Empower the Holy Rod. Activate the spring plant. 
-Dytto- Use the plant to reach the platform and go up to a chest with a Pink 
Jewel in it. (You now have four Pink Jewels. See Jewel Info.) Go back to the 
spring plant. +Bawu+ Eat open the crack in the floor to reveal a key. -Bawu- Go 
up-left and through the locked door. When the squares are well aligned, hit the 
switch to stop them from moving. Use the squares to reach the platform. +Airl+ 
Open the RoboBox. -Airl- Empower the Air Rod. Go left and push the bottom 
spark with the Air Rod until you can safely pass under the others and continue 
left. Go down the corridor to another Air Rod Power Ball. Makes sure the Air 
Rod is fully powered up, then go up, then left down the hall to the wall where 
two iron balls are. Use the Air Rod to push the balls down the hall so you can go 
right. Go up to the chest and get an Air Rod scroll from the chest. Go down-
right, then down to a spot with a Power Ball of every colour except Pink. Pick a 
magic weapon for the battle against several enemies. (I recommend Dark Arrows 
because, by far, the most annoying enemies you will have to fight are tentacle 
balls that only take one hit from the Dark Arrows. Pick what ever you want.) Go 
down into the next room.
	Defeat all of the monsters to get the White Chest with the Purple Cube 
inside. Now, return to the very beginning of this entire part of the dungeon 
where the save spot is.
	Save the game. Go back to the left, up, then left over to where the Thorns 
were. Go left into the next room.
	(If you do not have Holy Rod powered, +Dytto+ Empower the Holy Rod. 
-Dytto-) Go all the way left, then up the stairs to the platform. Go up, then right, 
to the edge, then down and around to a spring plant. Activate it with the Holy 
Rod. Jump to the higher platform. Go up and run-jump up to the next platform 
and get the key from the chest. Jump off of the small platform down then run-
jump right to the next platform. Go down to the iron ball. Get above it and push 
it down off of the edge. Push it right so you can use it to jump up to the 
platform. (Do NOT push it up into the space or it will get stuck and you still 
need it.) Go up and cut down the bush to reveal a Holy Rod Power Ball. Power up 
the Rod then go back down. Push the ball right some more until you can jump to 
the next platform. (Do NOT push it all the way to the right wall. Make sure you 
still have space to push it left again.) Activate the spring plant and get the key 
from the Black chest. Go down, off of the platform. +Brass+ Push the ball all the 
way back to the left and use it to jump to the platform. Go down-left to the 
spring plant and use it to jump to the higher platform. Run-jump up to the next 
platform. Break the crystal in front of the door. -Brass- Go to the left to a small 
opening in the wall. Crawl up. Go left to the sign. Go all the way down to a chest 
with a Pink Jewel inside. Go back up, then right, then down through the 
opening. Go back to the entrance of the room where the water is. +Dytto+ Go 
back to the door where the crystal was and go through. Go up to the torch and 
extinguish it. Go all the way right and extinguish the other torch to open the 
door. -Dytto- Get the Elixir from the chest. Go left, then up through the 
doorway.
	Equip the Rod and get the Air Rod scroll from the chest. Stand on the 
rock and face left. Use the Air Rod and you will move the rock. Do this twice, 
then go up three times to another platform. Jump onto the platform and get a 
Dark Arrows scroll from the chest. (The bush has a portal under it that leads 
back to the beginning of this entire area of the dungeon.) Get back on the rock 
and push it down to where you can jump onto the platform on the left. (Do NOT 
miss the platform or you will appear back on the platform at the top and have to 
take the portal back to the beginning.) Go over to the SP circle and go up to the 
door. Go right, then up to a bush. Cut it down and empower the Air Rod. Go back 
to the door and use the Air Rod to push the pot onto the switch. Go up through 
the doorway and into the room. Go up and cut down both bushes to get an Air 
Rod scroll out of each. Go back down through the doorway and to the left, then 
up to another bush. +Bawu+ Go back into the room and go up into the next 
room.
	Go up along the edge until you reach an outcropping of the floor on the 
right. Eat open the crack there to reveal an Air Rod Scroll. There is an identical 
area on the other side of the room. Go over there and eat open the crack to 
reveal a Pink Jewel. -Bawu- Go up-left and into the centre of the room. Go up to 
a door. Myra will talk to you. Go up through the doorway.

				END FINAL DUNGEON PART 2

				BEGIN AGITO'S TOWER

	Go up to the save spot, then right, then up to a purple circle. Restore SP 
and HP. Go back to the save spot and save the game. Go left, then down, onto 
some stairs, then left, then up to the top, then right, then down, them left to 
the door. (Once you go through this door, you can not leave. There are hidden 
things you can now access with the Air Rod. Such as the rock race in Shade's 
Dungeon. If you wish to see these things, do NOT go through the door. Leave the 
dungeon and then come back to this point. This is the LAST chance to leave.) Go 
through the door.
	Fight Blue Arm. (See Blue Arm Info) Then go up through the doorway and 
into the next section.
	(If you need an Elixir, go right and follow the path to the chest to get it. 
Then return to this spot.) Go left to the wall, then all the way down, then right 
the edge to wait for a moving square. Ride it to the right then up to a platform. 
Go up through the door and into the next room.
	Fight Red Demon. (See Red Demon Info.) Then go up through the 
doorway and into the next section.
	Go all the way left, then down, then right to an area with zombies and 
invisible ghosts. +Shade+ Kill the Thorns on both sides of the area. Empower 
the Holy Rod then defeat all of the monsters to open the door to the Elixir and 
the purple circle. Restore SP and HP and get the Elixir. Go back to the middle 
of the room. Go up into the next room.
	Fight Dark Will. (See Dark Will Info) Then go up into the next area.
	(If you need an Elixir, go right and follow the path to get it. Then return 
here.) Go left then down, then right to a pit. (If you jump down, you can get 
some scrolls but must go back through the other areas to return here.) Go right, 
then down through the door. Go right, then up to the Brass Orb. +Brass+ for the 
final time and he will sacrifice himself to create Short Sword level 3. Go up 
through the door.
	Fight Myra. (See Myra Info) Then go up into the final section of this great 
game.
	Go up to the save spot. (If you save here, you can never get back to 
previous parts of the game.) Go right, then down, then left to the Ice Spires. 
+Shade+ Open both of the doors on the sides of the room by pulling the bar 
switches. -Shade- These rooms contain an Elixir and a purple circle. Restore SP 
and HP in preparation for the final battle. Go to the middle of the room. Go up 
the stairs to the Air Fountains. +Airl+ Go up through the door.
	Airl becomes an SP circle. Go to the top of the room and destroy the red 
orb. Defeat Agito. (See Agito Info)
	Enjoy the short ending.


GENERAL POINTS

	Point #1 Kills. The game counts how many things you kill. It counts bosses 
and also if a monster kills itself. Certain monsters do not count as kills in 
certain circumstances. Undead monsters do not count if you use Holy Rod 
power on them. You are supposed to get through the game with as few kills as 
possible, so do not kill anything you do not need to.

	Point #2 Rank. This is somewhat confusing to explain. I do not know how 
it was programmed so I describe in my own terms. For every point of HP you 
heal, you get one Rank Point. Rank Points are tallied every time you fill your HP 
to full. If it took 100 rank points to make you go up a rank, and you healed 80 
HP thus getting 80 Rank Points, and healed to full, you would not get a Rank Up 
yet. But, if you then healed 30 HP you would go up to 110 Rank Points. The next 
time you healed HP to full, you would get a Rank Up. Then the Rank Points 
would reset to zero. To avoid getting Rank Up, you can heal almost to full and 
not completely and you will not Rank Up.

	Point #3 Two player cheat. If you press Z the hold X and press L, a second 
player falls from the sky. You can play the game two player though it is difficult 
to play this way. However, if you really want to cheat, you can use this trick to do 
so. The second player always falls from the sky on your right. If a chest is too 
high to reach, stand to the left of it and summon the second player. Use him to 
open the chest and push the item over the edge to you. (He can not get items, 
only push them) This is completely unfair, and often makes you have items that 
are not intended for you to have yet. I recommend never using this. But it is 
possible.

MAGIC WEAPONS

	General magic weapon points. Empowering a weapon is done one of three 
ways. First you must always have the correct weapon already equipped to 
empower it. Then use one of the methods 1) Walk through a Magic Weapon 
Power Ball. The colour of the ball tells what power it is. Tan-Iron Arrows   Blue-
Holy Rod   Orange/Red-Flame Sword   Green-Sword of Destruction   Black/Gray-
Dark Arrows   Pink-Wind Rod. 2) Get a Weapon Power Gem. The colour of the 
flame in the gem is the same as one of the Power Ball colours. These Gems are 
one use so make sure if you need the power, that you have the correct weapon 
equipped before getting the Gem. 3) Have a spirit empower your weapon with 
their power. Brass-Iron Arrows   Dytto-Holy Rod   Efreet-Flame Sword   Bawu-
Sword of Destruction   Shade-Dark Arrows   Airl-Wind Rod. This can only be 
done after getting at least four Jewels for that spirit. You can see how many 
Jewels you have for each by looking at the number below each spirit on the sub-
screen.
	When you empower a weapon with a magic power, several things happen. 
1) You have a pink energy surrounding you. 2) Your weapon changes colour to 
that of the spirit the power corresponds to. 3) A number appears next to the 
picture of your weapon in the upper left of the screen. This number tells how 
many uses of the power you have. You get three uses for each scroll you have. 
Every time you press B with that magic power on, it uses one of the numbers up. 
To avoid this, you can use special techniques to attack and cut down plants such 
as jump-kicking. If you change weapons, you lose the empowerment. Saving the 
game does not save the weapons empowered.

	Iron Arrows. This is a Bow power. Iron arrows can go through metal and 
some other objects. Essentially, these are never needed.

	Holy Rod. This is a Rod power. This is very useful. When you have this 
power on, press B to shoot a Holy Energy Ball. This has several uses. 1) This 
turns Buds into Spring plants. 2) Use it on an undead monster to release the 
spirit, this is the only way to defeat ghosts. 3) Animate skeletons that are lying 
on the ground. Talk to them and they will help you. 4) There may be other uses. 
Experiment. 

	Fire Sword. This is a Scimitar power. It can cut down all dead trees 
including gray and will kill many monsters in one hit. Basically the same as 
Efreet's fire power.

	Sword of Destruction. This a Scimitar power. This will break rock pillars 
(except Orange ones), activate rock switches, break iron pots and in general, 
destroy objects. If you dash and roll, it only takes one use to break a rock pillar. 
With Level 3 Scimitar and by using the Destruction special attack (See Weapons 
in Part #1) you can destroy Orange rock pillars.

	Dark Arrows. This is a Bow power. These have exactly the same effect as 
Shade's powers against enemies.

	Air Rod. This is a Rod power. This power will move objects. Use it by 
holding B and releasing. It will blow pots, rats, balls, keys, and probably many 
other small objects. Experiment.

SPIRIT INFO

	General info. Spirits are summoned by hitting the corresponding element 
with the Spirit Ball. (Press A) Having them summoned and activating their 
powers uses up SP so be careful.

	Dytto Info. Dytto is the spirit of water. The Gold grave where you got her 
discusses how to use her techniques. You can press X while she is healing you to 
stop it. Healing can heal dead Bulbs to make them Holy Power activatable. Dytto 
can be summoned by hitting water with the Spirit Ball. Any water. This includes 
fountains, waterfalls, rivers, water related monsters, puddles, frozen monsters 
and any other water related object BESIDES ice spires. You can summon Dytto 
from water on the ground or over an edge by crouching and pressing A. Dytto 
can extinguish fire and kill or hurt fire enemies. Regular enemies she will freeze 
and you can jump off of them to reach higher places. She will freeze fountains so 
you can walk on them.

	Efreet Info. Efreet is the spirit of fire. While he is in shooting fire-ball 
state (press A twice) you can press X and a direction to make him change 
directions. Efreet can be summoned by hitting fire with the Spirit Ball. This 
includes, fire, lit torches, lava, flames, fire related monsters, bomb explosions 
(Including your own), and anywhere else where there is fire. Efreet can melt 
most ice with his fire powers.

	Bawu Info. Bawu is the spirit of earth. Bawu can be summoned by hitting 
any earth-related object with the Spirit Ball. This includes trees, bushes, plants, 
Buds, Spring plants and any other plant-like object BESIDES Thorn and the 
ground itself. Bawu can eat iron balls and also enemies. If you see a crack in the 
ground, (They are all over the place, look carefully everywhere.) Bawu will bite it 
open often revealing important objects. 

	Brass Info. Brass is the spirit of metal. Brass can be summoned by hitting 
any metal object with the Spirit Ball. This includes Iron pots, iron balls, spike 
balls, metal walls, iron boxes, switches, MoveRobos, Brass Robots, and any other 
metal-related object. He can break crystals with his sound waves and can break 
Yellow crystals with Super Sonic Blast (Hold A then release) His sound waves 
will deactivate sparks for a short time so you can pass.

	Shade Info. Shade is the spirit of darkness and death. Shade can be 
summoned from graves, ghosts, zombies, skeletons, ice spires, crystals and in 
general, anything dead. Shade can kill Thorns and pull the bar switches on the 
walls of certain places. Certain enemies are weak against Shade's Dark Power 
such as the floating tentacle balls. Shade also will sometimes take hits for you 
that costs you SP instead of HP.

	Airl Info. Airl is the spirit of air and electricity. Airl can be summoned 
from Air Fountains, previously activated electric switches, vapor from an Ice 
Stone puddle, sparks, electricity on a MoveRobo just before it deactivates, 
certain electric monsters, and in general, anything related to air or especially 
electricity. Airl's main attack (A x 1) will automatically hit monsters near you. 
She can open iron boxes with either power. (A x1 or A x 2) When you activate 
her flying, you must jump up onto her back and move quickly because she 
descends. Press C for a boost. This can be done only once per flight. Certain 
objects do not count as starting points, you must be on solid ground.

JEWEL INFO

	There are six kinds of Jewels. One kind for each spirit. Each time you get 
a Jewel, it makes that spirit more powerful. When you have four of a certain kind 
of Jewel, that spirit can now empower your weapon by pressing X one time. (See 
MAGICAL WEAPONS)

BOSS STRATEGY

	Boss #6 War Head. As soon as the battle begins, use triple sword flip 
repeatedly on the mass of rock. When it turns into a bird, get as many hits in as 
you can, then avoid the falling rocks and the bird itself until it lands. Then hit it 
again with triple sword flip. When the red ball is revealed, hit it with triple 
sword flip. Repeat this until it is defeated. 

	Blue Arm. Use triple sword flip. Avoid his electricity and his attempt to 
fall on you. End of story.

	Red Demon. Attack with triple sword flip. Avoid his dropping from the 
sky. When you beat all the fakes, he will sit for a moment on the ground. Quickly 
use triple sword flip to defeat him.

	Dark Will. Attack with triple sword flip. When he makes copies, quickly 
attack all of them and find the real one. Attack it with triple sword flip.

	Myra. Attack with triple sword flip then move away. Then move in and 
repeat. When she flies, hit her out of the air and sword flip again.

	Agito. Switch to Scimitar. +Efreet+ or +Bawu+ from the spirits that shoot 
at you. Empower the Fire Sword or Sword of Destruction. Attack Agito 
repeatedly. When he shoots the green light rays, run off of the edge of the 
platform. You will not be hurt. If you run out of weapon power, summon again, 
and empower it again. Kill him.
