    In my opinion this is a very large FAQ and I would suggest letting the 
    page load completely before using any internal links or it could mess up 
    the way the page looks. It would probably look best if you maximized 
    your screen too, Maybe.

    I really need some help with my FAQ. I need a few people that have the 
    game to find all the combos you can for new guys in trilogy and put them 
    in kombo initializer format. Also I need someone to copy down the 
    storylines for all the guys and any moves you can find for me too. If 
    you help you WWIILL get CREDIT!!

    There is a mailing list for this FAQ and this time I mean it unlike my 
    other FAQ. But it won't be an entire message of the FAQ it will be a

    Welcome to my MKT FAQ or move list (whatever you want to call it). I 
    still have some touching up to do in the Moves section but bear with me 
    please. I was going to make a graphical FAQ and a text FAQ so I made a 
    graphical text FAQ instead. It's not too graphical but it's got enough 
    graphics to make it look cool. I'm workin very hard at this and hope to 
    get most of it done soon. I decided to put the kombat kode section back 
    in. I removed the ones that would more than likely be removed and I'll 
    just have to edit or remove the ones that don't work once the game is 
    released. This FAQ is for all versions of MKT. But some things will not 
    work on some systems. If it says only N64 by it that means it only works 
    on the N64 version. otherwise most things should work on all versions 
    but not all (I'm not going to clutter up tis page with stuff like PSX 
    only or PSX and N64 type stuff). I decide to add Brutalities to the 
    characters moves.. All I can say about em is that there big combos that 
    are supposed to end with an uppercut. There is also a rumor of third 
    fatalities. Your supose to tap HP real fast but I'm sure that's just 
    temporary (if true). There is also a new character named Chameleon or 
    Kameleon. In the Playstation version it will be Chameleon and it will be 
    a male ninja. In the N64 version it will be Kameleon and will be a 
    female ninja (Grey female ninja). There is also suppose to be 2 more new 
    characters that are yet to be named. Rumor has it that one is named 
    Terra and has the power of sand but that is unconfirmed.

    What's New
    All Brutes are found now. Added about 25 new moves and finishers. i know 
    it's hard to believe that that much stuff is being added but it's true. 
    Added a feature right below that says what character your selecting at 
    the select screen. Kinda nice. And major combo update.

    Chameleon is just a special ninja that morphs from one ninja to another 
    every 10 seconds and you can do that ninjas moves while you are that 
    ninja. It's just like randper kombat but only changes to ninjas. This 
    kinda tells me that Kameleon is a female ninja that morphs into other 
    female ninjas, Huh?

    "Classic" Character Kodes
    
    These codes are done at the character select screen. The rehgular 
    version of the character must be selected also. Once you do the code the 
    character on the bottom will explode like the old Smoke code for UMK3 
    and the old one will jump out. Also the character icon will flip around 
    into the old icon.
    
    
    
    Chameleon: You have to be playing as any of the seven male ninjas. Then 
    at the beginning of any round, you can switch from your character to 
    Chameleon by holding Back, R1, R2, Square and Triangle.
    MK2 Kung Lao Kode: Highlight Kung Lao and hold select while you pick him
    MK2 Jax Kode: Highlight Jax and hold select while you pick him
    MK1 Kano Kode: Highlight Kano and hold select while you pick him

    MKT Story Line
    
    For nine generations Mortal Kombat was ruled by Outworld's finest 
    warrior - Prince Gprp. The Earth was on the brink of it's destruction 
    when a new generation of warriors were victorious in defending it's 
    realm. The warrior monk, Liu Kang, would become the new champion. But 
    his victory was short lived as he and his comrades find themselves lured 
    into the Outworld to compete in a second tournament. Little did they 
    know that the tournament was merely a diversion. A scheme devised by the 
    dark emperor to break the rules set forth by the Elder Gods and witness 
    the reincarnation of his former queen Sindel on the Earth realm itself. 
    This unholy act gives Shao Kahn the power to step through the 
    dimensional gates and reclaim his queen, thus enabling him to finally 
    seize the Earth. These are the trilogy of events which comprise Shao 
    Kahn's final attempt at taking the Earth.

    How It Began:
    As a chosen warrior, his identity is a mystery to all. It's believed

    artificial respirators and a rage for ending Shao Kahn's conquest. 
    
    How It Ended:

    How It Began:
    Kano is thought to have been killed in the first tournament. Instead 
    he's found alive in the outworld where he once again escapes capture by 
    Sonya. Before the actual outworld invasion, Kano convinces Shao Kahn to 
    spare his soul. Kahn needs someone to teach his warriors how to use 
    Earth's weapons. Kano is the man to do it.
    
    How It Ended:
    Kano's true intention is to take over the souls which Kahn once 
    possessed. But Kano is unable to control the spirits as they escape and 
    attack him. Rumoured to have suffered a violent death Kano was ignorant 
    of the fact that he saved the world he tried to conquer.

    How It Ended:
    When Kahn invades Earth, Kung Lao must scrap his plans of reuniting the 
    White Lotus Society. He instead must focus on the new tournament. He 
    seeks Liu Kang and together they battle Kahn's forces fearlessly.

    Kung Lao (MK2)

    Liu Kang
    
    How It Began:
    After the outworld invasion Liu Kang finds himself the prime target of 
    Kahn's extermination squads. He is the Shaolin champion and has thwarted 
    Kahn's schemes in the past. Of all the humans, Kang poses the greatest 
    threat to Shao Kahn's rule.
    
    How It Ended:
    After thwarting Shao Kahn in the past Liu Kang finds himself the main 
    target of Kahn's extermination squads. But Kang is the reigning Mortal 
    Kombat champion and proves it by easily defeating Kahn's minions.
    
    But It's the aparent death of his friend Kung Lao that enrages Kang and 
    enables him to find the strength to defeat Shao Kahn. Then before the 
    portal closes, Liu Kang is greeted by princess Kitana and thanked for 
    saving the Earth and the Outworld.

    How It Began:
    In the realm of the Outworld, Motaro's race of Centaurians has long

    was appointed to head this elite group of savage warriors.

    Nightwolf
    
    How It Began:
    He works as a historian and preserver of his people's culture. When 
    Kahn's portal opens over North America, Nightwolf uses the magic of his 
    tribe's sacred land. This area becomes a vital threat to Kahn's 
    occupation of the Earth.
    
    How It Ended:
    Nightwolf helps other Earth warriors escape to his sacred land. Once 
    there they regroup and form a plan of attack against Shao Kahn's 
    invasion. Nightwolf has trained hard for this battle. Finally he faces 
    Shao Kahn and emerges victorious.
    
    When the Earth returns to it's normal state, nightwolf peacefully 
    regains the lands his Native-American people lost over many years. They 
    establish their own proud nation and soon become the great leaders of 
    Earth.

    Noob Saibot
    
    How it Began:
    Not Word for Word: Noob is a brother of the Dark ninjas. He and his 
    brothers serve a fallen god. Noob has been sent to the tournament from a

    Outworld and the Earth Realm and report back to his Omnius leader.

    How It Began:
    Shang Tsung is Shao Kahn's lead sorcerer. He once fell out of favor with 
    his emporer after failing to win the Earth realm through tournament 
    battle. But the ever-scheming Shang Tsung is instumental in Kahn's 
    conquest of Earth. He has now been granted more power than ever. 
    
    How It Ended:

    Shao Kahn
    
    How It Began:
    Many decades ago, Shao Kahn rose to power in the Outworld, usurping the 
    realm from Kitana'a parents and taking Queen Sindel for his bride but 
    she died. Now Centuries later, Sindel is reborn. And since Shang Tsung 
    failed to win the Earth realm through Mortal Kombat 1 and II, her 
    rebirth is the means by which Kahn will finally seize the planet forever 
    unless . . . 
    
    How It Ended:

    Sheeva
    
    How It Began:
    She was hand-picked by Shao Kahn to serve as Sindel's personal 
    protector. Howerver, she becomes suspicious of Shao Kahn's loyalty 
    towards her race of Shokan when he places Motaro as the leader of his 
    extermination squads. On the Outworld, Motaro's race of Centaurians are 
    the natural enemy of the Shokan. 
    
    How It Ended:
    While Sheeva serves her master on Earth her race of Shokan are being 
    punished on the Outworld. Kahn now favors Motaro's race of Centaurs and 
    aids them in defeating the Shokan. After learning of these events Sheeva 
    turns on her master.
    
    She defeats Motaro and in a rage brings down Kahn. In freeing the Earth 
    she also frees the Outworld. She then returns home and works to restore 
    the pride and respect of her race.

    Sindel
    
    How It Began:
    She once ruled the Outworld at Shao Kahn's side as his Queen. Now, 
    10,000 years after her untimely death, she is reborn on Earth. Her evil 
    intent is every match for Shao Kahn's tyranny. She is the key to his 
    occupation of Earth. 
    
    How It Ended:

    Smoke
    
    How It Began:
    Third of the three prototype Cybernetic ninjas, Smoke's unit designator 
    was erased in a computer crash. Lost as he is to software control, no 
    one can be sure that he will complete his ultimate programming, i.e., 
    kill Sub-Zero. So, he is somewhat of a wild card in the tournament deck. 
    
    How It Ended:

    Sonya
    
    How It Began:
    Sonya Blade disappeats in the first tournament, but is later rescued 
    from the Outworld by Jax. After returning to Earth, she and Jax try to 
    warn the U.S. government of the looming Outworld menace. Lacking proof, 
    they watch helplessly as Shao Kahn begins his invasion. 
    
    How It Ended:
    Sonya defeats her arch enemy Kano high atop a skyscraper near Shao 
    Kahn's fortress. She then comes face to face with the emporer himself. 
    In an incredible display of courage Sonya wins.

    Stryker
    
    How It Began:
    When the Outworld portal opens over a large city in North America, panic 
    and chaos rage out of control. Kurtis Stryker was the leader of a riot 
    control brigade when Shao Kahn began taking souls. He finds himself the 
    lone survivor of a city once populated by millions. 
    
    How It Ended:

    How It Began:
    The ninja returns unmasked. He was betrayed by his own ninja clan, the 
    Lin Kuei. He broke the sacred codes of honor by leaving the clan and is

    machines. He must not only defend against the Outworld menace, but must 
    also elude his soulless assassins.

    The agression meter is just a meter that fills up on the bottom of the 
    screen if you pick agressor mode that spells out Agressor and once it's 
    filled your moves are shadowed and do more damage.

    Credit lists in a FAQ get way to long so in a while once I actually get 
    a few people to add I'll make a seperate page for credits with a link 
    that says credits here. Don't let this discourage you from sending me 
    stuff though. If there is something you think I should know send it. And 
    please none of that your FAQ sucks type of stuff or you have to many 
    images. 
    Oh that reminds me. It looks like I have a lot of images (726 to be 
    exact) but actually the only images you load are the main character 
    icons. I know a few tricks on reducing images using netscape. That's how 
    I did the smaller select screen. It's cool cause I use the same images 
    as the big one, except I reduced em usin netscape or whatever browser 
    you use and you don't need to load any extra images. Cool, Huh?
