How do I use the rods?

I can't catch a fish, using emulator don't know if there is a button I should be pushing during fishing, or what.

Check to make sure your inventory isn't full, I know others have had that problem.

Answer

First, check to see if your inventory isn't full, like Camden said, then go into Ryu's equipment and equip the rod and some bait to his etc. slots. Now approach a fishable spot and hit A, that should allow you to fish
