==================================================================[DRM-INT]===

Hey everyone, Bkstunt here with a FAQ for DoReMi Fantasy: Milon no Dokidoki
Daibouken. This game was released in Japan only in 1996 and then appeared on
the Nintendo Wii's virtual console... still untranslated. Ha! Anyways, this
guide should help you out with beating the game and answering any questions
you may have (such as how to translate it - see the tips section below). I
also write down all of the text in the game, so you COULD just read it if
you wished...

The rest of this introduction section tells more about me (I've done a guide
or two in my time) and how we can hang out. Anyways, hope you find the guide
helpful!

First of all, let me say that my primary motivation for writing guides is,
and always will be, for the gamer. However, as I've learned by writing just
a few guides on new games, it can hit your pocket book! I wish they'd give me
these games so I could crank out great guides, but they don't! Ah, maybe one
day!

Until then, if you've found this guide helpful please consider donating to
help me offset my costs. You can donate to my paypal account below:

                             Game Basics and Tips
==================================================================[DRM-GBT]===

This section is here to answer some basics about the game and give you tips
to help you beat the game. A semi-FAQ section, if you will.

 o First of all, I'm sure some people are wondering how you can play an
   ENGLISH version of this game. Yes, the game WAS translated and if you are
   playing a ROM you can download a .ISP file and use it to play in English.
   you'll need to name the file (rename) the SAME as the rom file (leave the
   .ISP different, of course) and then ZSNES and SNES9X will do the rest (I
   only KNOW ZSNES, but I've read the other one is good too).

   Google the game's japanese game and add on "English Patch" and you will
   find it easily. I tell, I don't show! :)

 o Ok, onto game tips. Milon doesn't have a health bar. Instead, he has three
   different colored outfits: GREEN, BLUE, and RED. With a GREEN outfit you
   can take a hit but you'll go down to a BLUE outfit. With a BLUE outfit you
   can take a hit but you'll go down to a RED outfit. Take a hit at RED and
   you'll die! The different colors mean nothing else.

 o Collect 100 music notes for a 1-up. You can also collect additional outfits
   when you don't need them for 10 music notes. You can get 10 music notes
   from extra BUBBLEGUM and pretty much any other item you already have as
   well.

 o Break blocks whenever you can! Items often hide in the blocks! Just be
   smart about what blocks you break, ok!?

 o Speaking of items, you can find a variety of them as you play. The START
   SCREEN displays many of these:

   ITEM

    - Balloon Gum: Saves you from falling once.

    - Fluffy Shoes: Hold B in midair to fall softly.

    - Multi-Shot Boost: Blow multiple bubbles 3 Max.

    - Range Boost: You can shoot bubbles further.

    - Maze Key: You can open the door of the maze.

    - Spike Shoes: You won't slip as much on ice.

    - Crystal: You can go to Amon's castle.

   COLLECT

    - Flute: You can push certain blocks.

    - Accordian: You can swim under water.

    - Trumpet: Shoot a twinkle to make a block.

    - Ocarina: You can make musical ladders.

    - Harp: You can seal Amon's spirit.

   LEVEL

    - Bowling Ball: Use it as a weapon.

    - Picture of Milon: 1-up item.

    - Star with picture of Milon: Makes Milon Invincibile.

 o You can REPLAY levels (and you'll likely need to) as the game has a world
   map just like Super Mario World. Just FYI.

 o Enemies respawn, just like the Megaman games. Move away from where they
   were and they'll be back. Some will come back even when you ARE there.
   Stay on your toes at all times.

 o You can exit stages by pressing select. You can use this to get items
   (like uniforms) and then exiting the stage so you can take more hits for
   say a boss fight.

 o You can't have more than NINE lives built up at any given time. If you get
   a tenth life, instead of a 1-UP you get a free INVINCIBILITY STAR.

====================================================================[DRM01]===

 ~ INTRO Movie plays, leading to a scene at Milon's House:

   Milon: Help! Something terrible!

   Baron: What's all this?!

   Milon: Father! Alis was taken by Amon!

   Baron: What?! The mage Amon?! If she isn't saved, who knows what
          may happen?

   Milon: I'll save Alis! As tough as it may be!

   Baron: Hmm... so be it! It must be done!

   Colin: Wait! I'll tell you the ways of the woods first!

        - Use the springs to break through hard rocks.

        - Take care where the strong winds blow.

   Polom: Seek out Tosa. He may be able to help you.

   Milon: Okay! Just leave things to me! Well, I'm off!

   ~ World Map appears.

 RETURN BACK TO MILON'S HOUSE:

   Baron: Why have you come back Milon? Are you afraid?

   Milon: No, I just need to find my way!

   Colin: Did you forget what I told you?

   (Repeats small tutorial)

   Milon: Oh, I will! Gotta go!

   Porom: Milon, take care!

 ===========
  WORLD 1-1
 ===========

 Time to do this. This world is super-easy, so get used to your controls here.
Note that there is NO time limit. Grab the notes and move forward to see a
group of block. There's a uniform inside, so you can see what it's like to get
two more units of health. Further on you'll see plant enemies. Try capturing
one in a bubble. You can now touch the bubble to make it fly offscreen. Notice
how it hits the enemy above and takes them both out.

 Continue on to see another shrub enemy. Try jumping on his head. This will
just phase him, so get off (you'll get hurt if you stay on his head and he
wakes up). Continue on until you come to some spikes with a bird. Look past
the bird and you'll see a double-cleft. These are worth 10 music notes, so
jump on his head and use him as a platform to reach it.

 Head onward and shoot the next block for a BOWLING BALL. You can throw this
to kill the shrubs in front of you. Continue on past another spike pit to a
spring. Use this (walk into it) to break the rock wall in front of you and
keep running to kill two more shrubs. You've reached the end of the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 1-2
 ===========

 This level is fun. Get into the log to ride downhill. You'll see a 1-up in
the water, but we can't swim yet. Continue on. This stump here isn't an enemy
and the blocks here house a outfit, but make a good ledge. To the right is a
row of blocks. You can proceed on this lower path if you wish, but I just go
on it to gather notes and then head back to the stump. There IS a MULTI BUBBLE
BOOST in the blocks on the lower path though.

 Head up form the stump and you'll see clouds to the left and right. The left
leads to a uniform past some birds, so head right when you're ready. Ride
another log and head up. To the left for a trove of notes and then right to
end this level.

 ===========
  WORLD 1-3
 ===========

 Head forward and note the leaves. These are obviously platforms, but the
color of the leaves mean something. Normal green is a stable platform, but
the sickly looking leaves will fall after a short amount of time. Proceed
past the first sick leaf to some blocks, one of which has some BUBBLE GUM
in it. The bubble gum saves you from a deathly fall once, which is cool.
Head right and when the stream of leaves floats down go RIGHT (not up). The
slope here is a trap: logs will fall on it and roll down. The logs take a
second to settle, so you have time to dodge them. There will be two here.

 Keep heading right and using the leaves and platforms to continue. You'll
come to another slope with two logs. Past it are some blocks below with an
outfit in them and then another slope with THREE logs to jump over until you
get to the end of the stage.

 ===========
  WORLD 1-4
 ===========

 You'll notice the lift here. These things are neat! They require you to press
forward to go up! Go up until you see a bird below you. You can jump down here
to find a secret area (press up in the cave) to play a mini-game!

 MINI GAME: Bird Hunter

 Shoot the toy birds before they get across!

 Press B to fire!

 The objective here is to shoot birds for points. They come in on the left and
head to the right. The quicker you shoot, the more points you get. Aim for 70+
points for a 1-UP. Anything less will likely be an outfit! Shoting wildly also
DEDUCTS POINTS, so know what you're doing.

 You'll be dropped outside once its over. Head up and right to see a ladder.
You can go back up here to see what you missed (notably an outfit in a block
near the lift). You have a choice of going up or down on a lift now. Go down,
as you can destroy more blocks and find a spring to take you up while giving
you an INVINCIBILITY STAR, which acts just like a star from mario. Head to the
right and use the ladders (you can choose to FALL too, which shows a cute
animation and lets you land safely if you hold left.

 Down here head left past the baddies to see a dead end, but its not as you
can jump THROUGH the wall on the right to the goodies up there for an outfit
and a BUBBLE REACH powerup. Head back and continue on where you'll get another
choice to go high or low. Go low and jump off to keep going low. You'll come
to a large wall, and when you see it jump off and fall down to find another
cave down below on the right. This cave is FULL of music notes and near the
top a block has some BUBBLEGUM in it.

 Exit the cave and head right. You'll see another section of land past the
sea of clouds. The lower right area has a bunch of blocks with an OUTFIT and
a 1-UP in it. After grabbing those, head up and use your charged bubble attack
to break the blocks above you and finish the stage.

 ===========
  WORLD 1-5
 ===========

 Now we're at the windy stage! Shrub enemies will show up here bouncing across
the stage, so be ready for them as they come in randomly as you go. The first
blocks you see have an outfit in them, as do the second, but by the time you
get to the second LIGHTNING BOLTS will start to fall down. Just don't get
under them and you'll be ok. The wind will really pick up here and the only
real threat is lightning bolts. Go at a deliberate pace and try to stay in the
middle of the screen and you'll be ok. Watch out for sickly leaves. The last
one has a double-cleft note if you want it, but only if you're good with your
jumping. The end of the stage is nearby.

 After the stage you'll be at a house, where another scene takes place.

   Tosa: Ah, hello Milon! How've you been?

   Milon: Tosa, I've reached you!

   They talk about all that has happened...

   Tosa: Ah, I see! You need some advice on how to save Alis! To defeat
         Amon, you'll need the 5 legendary instruments, but they were
         stolen by his minions. On top of that, Amon has cursed the
         instruments, sealing their true power.

         If you obtain an instrument, you should then collect 5 stars.
         With the 5 stars my friends can lift the curse! Milon, you must
         hurry if Alis is to be saved! Good luck! I'm counting on you!

   Milon: Yes! I must not fail!

 ===========
  WORLD 1-6
 ===========

 We're in a log cabin of sorts now. Head forward and kill the enemies in
your way. There's an outfit in all of the logs here. The woodpecker past that
needs to be shot to open up the path ahead. After him watch out for the
cucoo-clock and head UP (the right path needs unlocked still).

 Head up and the first cubby on hte left has some blocks and an outfit at the
end. Head up and go right. There's another woodpecker here and past him a
SWITCH on the floor. Hit it and then go all the way left and enter the room.
You of course want to NOT jump on the axe enemies: just shoot bubbles at
EVERYTHING in this level. In here head left to find another SWITCH and then
shoot the blocks for an OUTFIT and a KEY (we DEFINITELY need the key). Head
back outside and go down as the locked door to the bottom right is unlocked
now.

 Head to the right and at the end you'll see a spike pit with one of those
dolls where you'll NEED to get on the doll nose to head up. At the top kill
the enemies, destroy the blocks for an outfit, and use the key we got earlier
to finish the level.

 We can now fight the boss of this world. Let's do this!

 BOSS FIGHT: TREE CLIMBING ROBOT
 -------------------------------

 Being the first boss, the tree climbing robot isn't too hard. He essentially
has two attacks you should watch out for:

 - He opens his chest and tries to either punch you with a boxing glove or
   sends out a bird at you. Directly after that he:

 - Climbs up a tree in the background and tries to drop ontop of you. This
   also makes the ground shake, making you shake as well, but the robot shakes
   too so this doesn't really hurt you (you can also jump when he lands to be
   unaffected).

 And so our strategy is to shoot him with bubble like crazy. To dodge the
first attack you can simply jump over him. To dodge the second attack, just
keep on the move when he climbs and he'll jump down to where you WERE instead
of where you ARE.

 Keep hitting him and you'll destroy him, leading to a scene:

 Milon: Yes! I've beaten one of Amon's henchmen!

        Yeeouch!

        Oh! Is this flute one of the legendary instruments?! Now to find
        the stars and undo the curse! Those stars are mine!

==============================================================================
                            World II: Candy World
====================================================================[DRM02]===

 A world filled with candy?! Sounds fun!

 A scene will start upon entering the first level (which isn't actually a
level at all):

   Kurey: Hey Milon! Listen up! This city of candy was made by a great
          chef. But, the chef is now controlled by Amon's magic. If
          anyone eats his candy they get a toothache. We can't eat it so
          it's piled up, making a huge, impassable wall!

  Milon: I have to get by. What to do? Ah! Are you a d..d..dentist?!

  Dr. Memory: Why, yes I am. I can help you. Here's the new Bombermen I
              just constructed. Pick one to blast the wall.

              BLACK BOMBERMAN
              WHITE BOMBERMAN

               Black Bomberman: Destroy! Destroy!
               White Bomberman: Just leave it to me.

   Milon (With Black Bomb.): I have a feeling something bad is gonna happen...
   Milon (With White Bomb.): Ok, I trust you.

   ~ Moves to wall with Black Bomberman...

   Milon (With Black Bomb.): I pick the White Bomberman instead.

   Black Bomberman: Too late!

   Milon: Ouch!

   Black Bomberman: The wall's gone, so don't sweat the small stuff! Besides,
                    your dorky bubbles couldn't do it!

   ~ Moves to wall with White Bomberman...

      White Bomberman: This is quite dangerous, so please back up.

   Milon: Thanks a lot White Bomberman!

      White Bomberman: No problem, it's my job. Now, good luck Milon!

  WORLD 2-1
 ===========

(-NOTE-) You'll notice STARS on the levels now. This means there is a STAR in
         the stage and as you know we need FIVE to unlock the instruments
         powers. Just follow the guide and we'll get them!

 Here you'll see a candle enemy. This guy turns his flame on and off when he
pleases, and you can only kill him when his flame is off. Continue past the
pits until you come to some rotating spikes. Get past the first one and run
under the second one. The upside-down party hats here bounce you upwards.
Continue to an area FILLED with blocks. There are notes and an outfit here,
as well as another candle and a jack-o-lantern enemy who throws pumpkin heads
at you (I'll call him Jack from now on). The .: STAR :. is just beyond the
blocks here.

 After grabbing it head down and you'll see a scale. Jump on the right side
and it'll launch you forward. Cool! Just go with it. You'll land safely. Do
it again and continue to the left, breaking the two walls as you go (the
first wall has an outfit in it). Use another scale and a party hat to reach
the exit to another screen (you can get the notes above there by saving the
bottom green block and using it to jump upwards).

 Above you you'll see some boots, but we can't get there yet. The blocks here
have an outfit in them and a candle past it. Keep going and destroy more blocks
before seeing some party hats. Here you can head to the lower right to find
some blocks. The ramp here drop oranges so watch out, but note that you can
DESTROY the right wall to get to more blocks with an outfit and a 1-UP. Head
back to the party hats and head up. Head left when you can and follow the path
past the trapped candle and spike swings. Go past the ladder and to the left
you'll get to where those boots are. These are the FLUFFY SHOES, and now when
you hold jump you will FLOAT DOWN. Very handy indeed!

 Head back right and head up the ladder. Kill the two enemies here. The LEFT
set of blocks has a MULTI BUBBLE BOOST in it and will let you blow THREE
bubbles now. The right set has an outfit in it. Head right now to the top of
the party hat area and go to the upper right to end the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 2-2
 ===========

 You'll be trapped here, but you can destroy much of this area so blast your
way out. To the right is a milk streak. Ride it down and kill the jack before
going up. You can head left here to find another section of the level you can
destroy the walls of. There's also another pair of FLUFFY SHOES. You can also
destroy the walls here to make your way to the door (if it seems like you can't
do it, go to the "floor" and do a short jump to destroy one block to the left;
after that head up and stand in the block you destroyed to destroy the next
left block which should let you in the door). This leads to a "How many
birds?" minigame:

 MINI GAME: How many birds?

 Count the toy birds that fly all the way across the screen.

 You have to be able to keep track of multiple objects on screen in this
mini-game! Birds (and other objects) will fly across the screen and you must
cound how many fly ALL THE WAY ACROSS. Some of them fly ALMOST across and
turn around. THOSE DO NOT COUNT. There are FIVE levels in total, but each
level throws a random amount of birds at you, so I'm really no help. If you
can get through all five levels with a "pass", you can win up to THREE lives!

 Head right now. Instead of taking the upper path (which merely has silverware
trying to attack you) take the lower path. You can blast through the wall here
and get an INVINCIBILITY STAR (which doesn't do much good) and some more FLUFFY
SHOES. Continue on to the right and head all the way up using the party hats.

 Destroy the wall to your right and you'll see the star. Go down the ladder
and destroy the wall to your right. Now destroy the blocks under the star
using your charged up shot and grab the .: STAR :.! Sweet. Keep following the
path and do down the next ladder (you can head right for some BUBBLEGUM and to
destroy more of the stage) but soon you'll be free of the fake wall area. This
next area is just a series of jumps, but knives will come up and try to hit
you, so do some float jumps here. You can climb up the ladder that you see to
face another pancake flipper enemy and to the upper right are some blocks with
a MULTI BUBBLE BOOST if you need it. Drop down to the lower right to go to a
new screen.

 This next area is cool but dangerous. Head to the right using the chocolate
piece. A knife will come out of the ceiling and forks will drop in front of
you. You need to use these forks to continue to another chocolate piece and
grab the uniform between them. More knives will show up, so duck! Jump to
the land beyond the spikes. Go slowly in this next area as knives will show
up still! One comes before the uniform (nice of them to put one there. Go
down a slope and past some knives you'll see a ladder. Quick, jump on it, as
a giant knife comes up! Another ladder lets you get further up. You can use
a charged up blast here can let you get up and nab the blocks to the right
for a MULTI BUBBLE and RANGE BUBBLE power icons. Head to the right and quickly
destroy the blocks to get to the end of the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 2-3
 ===========

 The background here is cool. Head forwards and ride the chocolate piece across
the spikes and a cookie upwards. Here you can head up and left to find some
blocks with FLUFFY SHOES if you wish, or right and up the blocks (don't destroy
them) to find an outfit. Head right now and drop to the bottom and kill the
candle. You can destroy the bottom right wall here and kill the jack, then
jump up to claim the .: STAR :. of this level. Nice! Use the scale to get
launched to a platform and then destroy the blocks, nab the outfit you find,
and avoid the spikes to get past it. You'll have to travel up soon on falling
cookies, so make quick jumps and reach the door above you to get to the next
screen.

 There are a couple jacks to the right here. Don't blow up the blocks right
away; let them attack first THEN kill them. A bowling ball shows up to help
you at. The other blocks here hide an outfit. Continue on to see a set of
champagne glasses fill up (how cool!) and if you try you can head left.
You'll find some enemies and a door to the far upper left. We're not supposed
to reach that door, but if you can manage to JUMP ON THE CANDLE while he's
in the air and NOT LIT you can do it (this is likely too much trouble for
most people, so don't worry if you can't do it). This leads to a minigame!

 MINI GAME: What was that?

 Remember the items that fly between the curtains!

 (-NOTE-) Press 'A' to choose an item.

 In this minigame, simply choose what you see between the curtains. Your
 choices are:

  Picture of Milon

  Fluffy Shoes

  Bubblegum

  Green Shirt

  Blue Shirt

  Bowling Ball

 The curtain gets drawn in with each level you pass and there are five levels
in total. If you can manage to pass all five (which isn't TOO hard, but I
can't help you as it is random), you will get THREE extra lives.

 Back out into the real world (or fake candy world...), go back to the
glasses. The lower left area has some blocks to break and you can walk through
the wall to find more blocks with a MULTI BUBBLE in them. Head up to the upper
right now to find the end of the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 2-4
 ===========

 Hey, it's a moving level! Yea, I like these. Shoot the blocks for an outfit
and some bubblegum, then start using the platforms to continue. There's not
too much to say here: just watch out for falling cookies and at times wait
for chocolate to show up to help you across gaps. Use your slower falling
power if you must. You'll find additional bubblegum and an extra outfit as
you go. Past the glass stand the screen will fade to black and you'll be in
a second area.

 Here you'll come to some scales. Since the screen is slowly advancing, wait
a bit before using the scales (you can jump on them and then jump before you
are launched if you have to). Also, don't be too quick to jump to falling
cookies, as they can lead to more falling cookies (hang back a bit when you
see one to give yourself more times. Keep going and you'll be at the end of
the stage in no time.

 ===========
  WORLD 2-5
 ===========

 Don't destroy ALL the blocks in front of you, as one of the top blocks on
the ceiling has a RANGE BOOST in it. The blocks by the rotating spikes have
an outfit in them. Continue on and head up. The upper right here has some
blocks with another outfit in it. Continue on up a ladder. Before going up
the slope you can head right and destroy a wall for some notes. Head up the
slopes now and jump over any oranges you come to.

 You'll soon come to a champagne bottle. Jump into it and get shot up. Before
you jump in the next one, head right past the broken blocks you crashed up
through, and destroy the wall. This area leads up to the .: STAR :. of this
level. Grab it and if this is your fifth one a little scene will play.

 Continue up shooting up the champagne bottles until you can climb to a milk
ride and continue further up to where you go against a milk ride. Continue up
past a set of spikes rotating (the blocks under them have an outfit in them)
and further up past a candle and orange piece. Climb the platforms you find
until you have a choice to go left or right (via champagne bottles). The left
one leads to blocks and an outfit while the right one continues the level.
Follow it to another champagne bottle that will shoot you to the goal post.
If you hold back and don't let it shoot you all the way you can nab a MULTI
BUBBLE powerup if you still need one, but this is still the end of the level.

 After the level you'll be at another house and see another scene:

   Hoshi: You're Milon? I heard from Tosa. You have all 5 stars. Great. I
          can dispel the curse!

          (Scene plays where Hoshi dispels the curse)

  Milon: Yes, the curse is broken!

  Hoshi: You now have the power to push certain blocks! If you find an odd
         looking block, try to push on it. It will move! It's quite handy!
         Oh, and Milon, don't let Amon's Chef defeat you!

 ===========
  WORLD 2-6
 ===========

 Well, its castle time again. Head forward and shoot the blocks for an outfit
and then break up the candycane and make your way past the new enemies (a donut
man and a cookie dog). You'll soon have to head up, so time your jump through
the moving hole. The shark-plane things here can't be shot with a bubble, so
avoid them and use the ladder to head up. Continue up and head left, watching
out for enemies (especially the gumball one, since he can fire things at you).
When you see the blocks above you destroy them and go left through the wall to
find more blocks to destroy, one with the all-important KEY.

 Head back down and head down the ladders avoiding enemies. When you get to the
log with the hole in it, go RIGHT (down leads down to the start of the level).
Head up from here. The blocks on the right have an outfit in them. Head left
now and destroy the candycane. The blocks past the candycane ALSO have an
outfit (can you tell the boss is coming up?). Continue down to the locked door
and use your key to continue to the boss fight:

 BOSS FIGHT: CHEF
 ----------------

 You'll have to wait for the Chef to be drawn in before you get to fight him.
Like the tree robot, the Chef only has two moves:

 - Arm Swinging: The Chef starts to swing his arms and charges back and forth
   across the screen. You can either jump over him or go over to the glass on
   the left and jump over him on there.

 - Cake throw-up: After he is done swinging his arms, he'll move to the middle
   of the screen and throw up cake into the air (yes, out of his... mouth).
   These then float down to the floor and hurt if they hit you. Two pieces
   will be on each side, but where they fall down can be random. You're best
   bet is to get down to the floor and quickly get inbetween them when they
   come down.

 To kill the Chef you must blow bubbles at his head. The glass on the right
puts you at the perfect height to do so, and is the best place to chill out
EXCEPT for when the cake falls. Get down to the floor for that attack and
you'll come out on top.

 Once you beat him you'll see a scene:

   Milon: Chef, you're okay now!

   Chef: I feel like I've been baking for ages. I'm so very tired. Please
         let me rest. For helping me, I'll give you this accordian.

   Milon: Ouch! Watch it! What power does this accordian have? Alis! I'll
          save you, just hang on!

==============================================================================
                           World III: Concert Hall
====================================================================[DRM03]===

 Like the other worlds, you'll get a scene as you try to start the first
level, so here it is:

   Pee Wee: Hi, I'm Pee Wee from Chacha village. I have some hints to tell
            you.

     Hints:

      You can climb freely on curtains!

      Also, there are false exits, but the door with the card mark is the
      right way!

   Milon: If I get lost, I'll come back!

   Pee Wee: Take care!

 ===========
  WORLD 3-1
 ===========

 Well, we're in a music world now. The statue ahead can be stepped on. Keep
going and watch out for flying sheet music! Kill the sheet music off! Past a
gap further on you'll see some blocks with an outfit in them and a movable
block. We don't HAVE to use it as to the right you'll see some blocks you
can use to jump up, but if you destroy said blocks and release the enemy you
HAVE to use the movable blocks. To the right of that you'll see a drum.

 This drum is a trampoline. Try it out: just stand on it for a second. Further
up you can head left or right. Left leads back to the start but you CAN get a
RANGE BUBBLE POWERUP if you need it in some blocks. Head left and you'll see
spikes and platforms. These platforms will flip you downward if you JUMP on
them, so either jump quick or use the real blocks to walk on them. Head left
and you'll see the .: STAR :. of this level under one of these platforms, so
drop down and get it. From here you can get another OUTFIT in the blocks to
the lower right. To the FAR lower right is a FALSE EXIT, so get back up to the
top (use the movable block if you need to) and proceed past where you got the
star. You'll find a real door here, so use the block to get up to it.

 In this new area the blocks above you have an outfit in them. Continue on
and destroy the blocks for a bowling ball to continue. You'll see a curtain
soon. Climb up it for more blocks and an outfit. Down below you must slowly
get under the bouncing balls, so take your time. On the other side head up
the next curtain and to the left is another bird hunting mini-game.

Continue to the right afterward and
watch out for enemies hidden behind pillars. You'll find another bowling ball
before some snapper enemies, but it may just be easier to trap them in bubbles
then to use the bowling ball. Continue to the right to end the stage.

 ===========
  WORLD 3-2
 ===========

 Ominous music plays here. You have two choices on proceeding: either use
the ground or use the bells. If you use the bells you can destroy the blocks
you see for an outfit, and another outfit will be on the way, but the PINK
bells will FALL when you touch them. If you go on the ground you can find
blocks at the end with some bubblegum and an invisibility star. You can also
just go down from the bell path to get to those blocks.

 Either way, continue to the far right and use the curtain here to head up,
watching out for the enemies to the right who throw things (you can make them
retreat if you shoot them). Head to the left at the top on top of more bells.
You'll face enemies here. The ones standing on bells aren't hard, but there
WILL be some sheet music flying in from the left so shoot between jumps! At
the end, climb up another curtain but notice the one hole WITHOUT an enemy by
it!? Drop down to it and CLIMB IN to find a hidden stage with notes for you
to collect!

 Head back out and up. You'll come to a choice to either go right or up. Head
up and left, using the platforms you find to go down. Once you're at the
bottom take the left path back up and use your charge attacks to break the
blocks to get to the .: STAR :. of this stage. You can take the right path for
notes if you want them. Then head back to the split and go right across the
bells. Watch out for more sheet music and pink bells until you reach the upper
right and exit the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 3-3
 ===========

 Destroy the blocks for an outfit and continue. Take the upper path for more
blocks and FLUFFY SHOES if you need/want them, then head down. You'll come to
more bouncing balls, so head left under them when you can to fall down and
find even MORE bouncing balls. Continue to a split where you can head right or
down. Right leads to an outfit, so grab it if you want and head down to yet
another left/right choice. Now, to the right is a door that you can get to
with the help of a drum, but the only thing here is some notes and two outfits
so unless you REALLY need the outfits head left. Kill the sheet music that
flies at you and find a moveable block. Push it to the right and then once it
drops push it further to the right so you can jump up to the door with the
spade on it.

 In this new area you'll have an option of using the left or right drum. The
left drum leads to an outfit. Use the right one and on the third drum watch
out for some sheet music. If it keeps going and you have to jump twice on the
drum you MAY be propelled right into it. Thankfully, there's an outfit up here
on the left in the blocks. Continue up using the carpet to THREE drums. Use
the middle drum to reach the .: STAR :. of this level, then use the left drum
to continue. Kill the snapper once you get to it, and note that if you need a
RANGE BOOST power-up you can go down to the bottom zapper, destroy the blocks,
and drop down to it.

 Continue up the level killing enemies and you'll get to some more drums. Use
the first one and if you can kill some sheet music flying in from the left.
Use the second drum to get to the third (and an outfit!), but be careful of
that sheet music! Continue up to find blocks with arrows on them. These things
simply move in the direction the arrow points, so keep following the path to
find the end of the stage.

 ===========
  WORLD 3-4
 ===========

 More ominous music. Shouldn't... shouldn't music world be more, I dunno,
upbeat? Meh, stand on the music box and notes will come out. Jump on one and
float up to a platform. From here you can head down using more arrow blocks.
Just be sure to head RIGHT and not LEFT when given a choice to find another
music box. Use this one to get up again and then go down the curtains while
dodging those cheese throwing rats. At the bottom kill the rat and break the
blocks for an outfit, then head up. You can either go right or left, but be
sure to go right and DON'T break any blocks here to nab the .: STAR :. of
the level! An outfit is in the blocks once you grab the star, then head back
to the path split.

 Head left now up, watching out for more mice. You'll have to use the curtain
to the right to head right. Sheet music will bother you here, but remember you
can shoot bubbles while on curtains! At the end follow the arrow blocks to
reach another music player, then ride it up to some rats and blocks. Kill them
all (KILL! KILL!) and grab the outfit in the blocks if you need it, then
continue on. You can drop down to a music player that leads to more arrow
blocks and then another two music players. Use the top one to reach some
NARROW curtains. Carefully climb these and kill the enemies to head further.
Here you need to use more blocks and music players to go up which leads to
the end of the stage.

 ===========
  WORLD 3-5
 ===========

 Head forward and kill the rat. You have a choice of heading down or right
now, if you head right you can use the mouse in the hole (who peeks out and
retreats every now and again) to get up and destroy the higher blocks for a
pair of fluffy shoes and head even further right to find some mouse traps
and blocks with a double outfit in them, so unless you need either of those
items head down (the down blocks have an outfit in them too!). Dodge the mice
while you're on the curtain and be sure to jump to the right curtain to avoid
the spikes below!

 Destroy the block you find for a bowling ball to kill three rats in a row and
then the next block to kill three more rats (even though they pose no challenge
to you, you jerk!), and then you'll come across some more blocks in a swuare.
Destroy these and fall through them for an outfit. This drop is important to
illustrate fake blocks, as more drops will be coming up!

 Continue on and make your way up some curtain watching out for the rats! Head
right and note the blocks below you as they contain another outfit. Past that
you can either go down or up. There IS a reason to go down in that you can
find another bird-hunting mini-game. If you don't feel like doing that though
head up (and skip the mini game info below):

 MINI GAME: Bird Hunter

 Shoot the toy birds before they get across!

 Press B to fire!

 The objective here is to shoot birds for points. They come in on the left and
head to the right. The quicker you shoot, the more points you get. Aim for 70+
points for a 1-UP. Anything less will likely be an outfit! Shoting wildly also
DEDUCTS POINTS, so know what you're doing.

 Head back up if you did the mini game and go up now (if you DO go right
while being down below, it leads to a FALSE EXIT). Head up using the mouse
and head right. There will be rats and STACKS OF BLOCKS here. I put the block
info in capitals as you can FALL THROUGH the floor where the blocks are
guarding, so skip them (the second set has an outfit) and continue right to
reach the right door to go to a new screen.

 WATCH OUT as you head forwards as a cheese throwing rat is right here. Use
the mouse to get up and destroy the blocks for an outfit, then carry on but
watch out for another cheese rat and some sheet music. Also beware of rats
hiding behind pillars! Soon you'll have to choose to go up or down. Up leads
to an outfit if you need it, but then choose to go down and destroy all the
blocks to the left. Head left and push the block to the left to get past the
spikes, then push the next block so you can get to the mouse and reach the
.: STAR :. of this level. If this is the fifth star you will get a small
scene.

 Head back now and go right. Here you'll have to travel up using several
mice and symbols. Wait on the mice and chill out on the symbols until you can
go on. On the way is a door leading to some blocks that i'm sure spell out
something in kanji (If, by chance, any Japanese readers can tell me what
these symbols mean please email me!). Reach the top and watch out for sheet
music and you'll be at the end soon.

 As you head to the house next you'll get a scene:

   Duben: Oh! You've got all 5 stars! Hey! I just finished writing a
          great tune! I'll play it as I dispel your instrument!

          (Accordian gets dispelled...)

          It worked! I'm a genius! The accordian lets you dive down
          into the water!

   Milon: Alright! Thanks! Bye!

 ===========
  WORLD 3-6
 ===========

 This stage is pretty short, but can be a pain if you make a mis-step. Head
forwards and kill the church mouse (ha!) and you'll see some black and yellow
switches! Step on them! Yep, this level plays with lights! There's no reason
to have it dark, so keep it light and continue. Kill the weird walnut rapping
thing but watch out for his "WOW" attack, as it electrifies you! Further on
you'll see an orb that circles whatever it can. You can't kill this thing
either, so avoid it.

 Head up using the tamborine and jump to the right. Ride the next one up and
shoot the blocks on the right (just to open the stage up) and jump to the right
again, but stay on the EDGE. Jump up again to the left (stay on the edge) and
again on the right (stay on the edge). No sense in making it dark. Here trap
the WOW guy in a bubble and kill him by jumping over there and grabbing the
fluffy shoes. Now from here jump over to the ledge on the LEFT. Get on top,
but watch out for the electricity orb! Now, head over to the next ledge on the
left, then turn around and destroy the blocks on the platform you jumped from!
Head over there now and grab the key (watch out for the dark lights!).

 Head to the left now and at the upper corner DO NOT destroy the blocks. You
can use them to get to the 1-UP in the corner. Now destroy the blocks for a
double outfit. Head down and to the left to reach the door, where you can use
your key to end the level.

 You'll now be facing this world's boss:

 BOSS FIGHT: CARDMAN
 -------------------

 The Cardman is the toughest boss yet! Easily tougher than those other
two chumps. This fight is all about patience! You can't hit him any time
you want, as he floats too high for you to get his weak point (his face),
so you must bide your time. Check out his attacks to see what he does:

 - Card Throw: The Cardman stops and throws two cards out on either side of
   him, which go down to the floor and travel across the room. You can ENTRAP
   these in a bubble, and then hit the bubble up to HURT the Cardman.

 - Fire/Hat Combo: An IMPRESSIVE move, and probably the hardest you've faced
   up to now. The Cardman throws out four roses which stop randomly in the
   air and fall down, creating pillars of fire, meaning you MUST get inbetween
   them! He then takes his hat and makes it travel across the bottom of the
   screen, so jump over it! You can also hang out on the far left as the hat
   doesn't go into that corner. You can shoot his legs when he does this
   attack!

 - Bouncing Around: The Cardman will stop and begin bouncing around the room.
   Watch the angles he bounces at and don't let him run into you! You can shoot
   him easily like this and even bounce on his head to hurt him, just be very
   careful of not LANDING on him after bouncing on him as you'll get hurt!

 Keep at it and focus on dodging his attacks and being patient and with enough
countering he will go down. There will be a scene afterwards:

   Cardman: What?! I can't believe I was beaten by a little kid armed with
            a bubble blower! This is so embarassing!

   Milon: Yes! It's a trumpet! Don't fear Alis! I'm getting closer!

                           World IV: Fairy Village
====================================================================[DRM04]===

 Like the other worlds, you'll get a scene as you try to start the first
level, so here it is:

   ???: Hey Milon! Wait a minute!

   Milon: What is it, Cirus and Celea?

   Ciris: It's not safe ahead you know!

   Celea: I'll give you a hint.

      There's a neat surfboard in area 4.

      And be careful of Elena's heart attack! If hit, push the D-Pad and
      Y+B buttons rapidly!

   Milon: Should I do the same if trapped in a bubble?

   Ciris: Yes! How did you know?

   Milon: Thanks for the help! I'm off!

 ===========
  WORLD 4-1
 ===========

 Head forward and nab the notes, but be careful of the new enemy you'll see: a
pink little ogre thing. He throws spears that travel straight, but drop after
a bit. Jump over the spears and kill them. The acorns by the water have an
outfit in the, by the way. You'll soon be forced into some water, just to try
out your swimming skills. Here there are three new enemies to avoid: the
floating yellow ogre, the fish, and down by the outfit are some small spikey
green balls! Note how you can still shoot underwater and then note the star
down here that we can't get to yet!

 Grab the outfit if you wish then head up and right. NOW you can go down and
left to get the .: STAR :.. Head back and continue right now (there's an area
above you with obvious blocks of acorns and notes, but we can't reach it right
now). You'll come to a river of sorts and you can either follow it to the right
and watch out for birds or use the clouds above to travel while getting notes.
If you use the clouds, note that you'll fall THROUGH them unless you jump
quickly! At the rivers end you'll HAVE to jump on some clouds so be QUICK as
it is death if you miss! The acorns at the end have some bubblegum in them.

 Further on some water will fall out of a log. Drop down the hold and hug the
left side, but don't let the water sweep you down! You'll find a RANGE powerup
and an outfit in the acorn, as well as a 1-UP up above. Continue on to a lake
(that has ANOTHER outfit in the acorns below the water) and kill the fish.
Dodge the next log with water and use the water spout to head up. The second
little area with a second water spot has some Fluffy Shoes at the bottom, and
you can take it up and float to the left to find an area FULL of notes. Grab
them all and head back out. The exit is a short way to the right past another
log with water, so time your jump and finish the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 4-2
 ===========

 Head forward and watch out for diving birds! At the top of the water you can
break the acorns for an outfit, but you can also use the clouds to the upper
LEFT to reach a platform with 30 notes on it! From the frog you can head right
and down into the water to find some acorns you can destroy from below (use a
charge shot) that lead to more acorns with a double outfit in them. You can
then head up and use the fish to shoot you up (you can jump to the left to
kill a spear ogre and get the outfit in the water).

 Head to the right and down the water, but use the slope to jump onto the
cloud at the bottom. Jump up the clouds and to the next frog, then jump over
his water shot and continue to the right and use another cloud to reach a
platform with the .: STAR :. of this level. Continue to the right (you aren't
missing ANYTHING underneath you, trust me) and kill the spear ogres, then move
onto some water spouts. On the third one ride it up and continue to the levels
exit to the upper right!

 ===========
  WORLD 4-3
 ===========

 Here, wait for the fish to jump up to kill him (just to be safe). You can
then jump on the ogre to reach the acorns and get an outfit, then dive down
and head right. The first piece of land you can reach has ANOTHER outfit in
it and you MUST go onto the second piece of land, just watch out for the
green ogre and his harpoons! After the second piece of land you can head down
and reach a door that leads to a "What was that?" mini-game:

 After the game head up and out of the water and then right over the river
area. Nothing fancy here so continue to a second river area but watch out for
a bird here dive-bombing all over the place. At the top of the slope you'll
see the star! Jump into the water and head straight down avoiding the air
bubble, then head right and up when you can. Kill the two fish you meet and
jump onto the land you get to, then destroy the acorns above you (the third
one from the right has a double outfit) to get up and to the left is that
.: STAR :. we want! From here head right. You can go down into the water
you find if you REALLY want to go get an outfit, otherwise head on.

 There's a large pit of water next, with quite a few fish. At the bottom
right of this pit of water is a 1-UP, but watch out for fish and green spike
balls! Head up and up the water slope next, watching out for a bird (don't
jump) and spear ogre to find the end of the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 4-4
 ===========

 THIS level is fun! It's time to surf! Grab the double outfit from the acorn
and jump in the water to get on the surfboard! You have a VERY enhanced jump
with this thing!

 Like most SONIC levels, you can do this level FAST if you have fast enough
reflexes and go with the flow! Jump the first bird you see and go under the
second. Keep on the water and a board will shoot you forward! You can go under
the first cactus and bird, but duck under the second cactus and next three
birds, then drop down and head right. Here you'll need to alternate between
ducking and jumping things, but as the water drops again jump to the far left
for the .: STAR :. of this level. From here head right and alternate ducking
and jumping again, then go fast and hit the next two boards to quickly finish
off this level!

 ===========
  WORLD 4-5
 ===========

 Head DOWN into the water at the start only if you want to face two fish and
reach some blocks with an outfit. Continue on and dive down and head right
(you can stay out of water and go right for some notes) and down. Watch out
for those darn (me being PG) ogres with spears! You'll see acorns below you
but and that's where we need to go. You CAN keep going and head up to find
more acorns, which when destroyed lead to a launch board and a room with a
TON of notes in it.

 Return to the acorns below you and here under water we can destroy them.
Head down now and REALLY watch out for spear ogres here as they are EVERYWHERE!
Stick to the bottom. The first hole you see leads to some blocks and an outfit.
Continue past it and head down when you can until you hit the bottom and must
head right. The first acorns you see block more acorns with another outfit in
them if you need it. Keep swimming to the right and head up when you can and
follow that path out of the water and watch the bird to find the .: STAR :.
in this level. If this is your fifth one watch the scene.

 Retrace your steps to the water and continue to the right. The acorns in the
bottom right hide a double outfit if you need it, but then head up and be very
careful of the green ogres and fish in each small area and work your way up
to the top to reach the exit.

 After finishing the stage, we'll be at our mandatory house visit:

   Toyin: Hey Milon! I'm a student of Gawa! Ah, you've come to dispel the
          trumpet's curse!

          [He dispels the trumpet's curse.]

          You will need to use the trumpet later on. Try hitting a twinkling
          spot with a bubble!

   Milon: Cool, I can't wait to see what happens!

 ===========
  WORLD 4-6
 ===========

 Time for our dungeon! Break the blocks for an outfit and head right. Don't
head up, but dive and go right. Watch out for the guppy things of course!
You'll come to another piece of land with more water on the right and a
lilypad on the left. There's an outfit in the lower right corner of the water
if you want it, but head left on the lilypad and watch out for the electric
spark on the rock past it! Get past the spark and head left up here to see a
red frog! This guy sits in place and shoots sparks so take him out when he
isn't shooting and head left again to see a normal frog. All he does is jump
around so kill him and destroy the blocks you see and hit the SWITCH behind
them!

 Head back down to the water now and head back to the LEFT where you came
from! Return to the first set of lilypads and this time head up! Water falls
between them, so time your jumps and watch out for another spark ball and head
to the left. Kill the frog and jump on the next SWITCH, which we couldn't get
to before!

 Head back to the RED FROG now (back to the water and right, then up to the
upper left) and defeat it, then on the ledge after it go UP. This path is open
now thanks to the last switch. You will have a choice to head either left or
right. Head LEFT. Watch out for sparks, frogs, and some water (especially the
water) and take out some blocks (and grab the outfit) and to the far left you
will find the KEY. Gotta have that! Head back to the path split and break the
blocks to your right (another outfit here) and use the rocks and lilypads to
the right to continue. Watch out for more water and sparks and time your jumps!
The door with the keyhole is at the end. Note that you CAN drop down to the
lower right to kill a red frog and break the blocks by it for an outift and
a MULTI BUBBLE POWERUP if you wish, but you'll have to climb back up. Make
your way to the upper left to reach the door and end the level.

 And now that we're at the end of the world, we'll face a boss:

 BOSS FIGHT: ELENA
 -----------------

 Elena isn't THAT hard, actually. Easier than the Cardman I think. For
starters, she sits in the same place the entire fight and her weak point,
her face, has ZERO protection. Her attacks can be tricky, especially the
Axe one, but with a green uniform you can often prevail by dodging (read
the attacks below) smartly and laying on a thick attack. Also, notice how
Elena changes when you hurt her!

 - Axe Throw: For being a "beauty", this is an awfully vicious attack! She
   reaches behind her back and brings out a silver and gold axe. She then
   throws them at you. They'll travel to where you are and come back, but
   thankfully she only does one at a time. I recommend standing to the left
   and jumping the first axe, the FLOATING down. This will make her throw the
   second axe high and protect you.

 - Starfish Throw: Elena will throw three starfish up in the air and they
   will come down past the dock. The arc of the throw changes, causing this
   attack to be random, but you can pretty much head to the left and jump to
   avoid them with ease as they hurt if they hit you. This isn't the point of
   the attack though: once the starfish land they'll shoot up water spouts
   that try and make you touch the ceiling where SPIKES wait for you. Dodging
   the water is easy and you should get a LOT of hits in when she does this
   attack!

 - KISS!: This is the kiss attack you were warned about at the start of the
   world! If she gets you with this attack, you must jam on the directional
   pad and buttons to get free. She aims this at where you were, so she will
   often shoot it UP as you SHOULD be jumping and attacking all the time,
   meaning you can duck/stay down and let it pass you, the resume your attack!

 After defeating the boss, you'll come to a scene:

   Elena: How shocking! This is so unfair! I'm far too beautiful to have
          lost!

   Milon: Old woman! Please give me an instrument! I defeated you fair and
          square!

   Elena: O...Old woman!? How dare you! It's no matter! You'll never beat
          Master Amon! Take the Ocarina! You can dispel the curse!

   Milon: You sure are a mean old lady! yes! It's an ocarina! Now I'll go
          dispel it!

==============================================================================
                             World V: Ice World
====================================================================[DRM05]===

 It's a new world, so as you try to begin conquering it you'll have yet
another scene to watch:

   Mimi: Hi! You're Milon? My name is Mimi. My father wants to meet you,
         please this way!

   Samil: You're the son of the hero Baron! Let me share my wisdom of this
          world with you.

           If you shoot a twinkling spot with a bubble, then a block will
           appear!

           And if you get frozen, rapidly push the D-Pad and Y+B buttons!

   Mimi: Be careful, the ice is slippery! If you get stuck, come back here.

   Milon: I got it! I'll do my best!

 ===========
  WORLD 5-1
 ===========

 The stones in front of you will break when you step on them, so hurry to
the right and shoot the blocks for a double outfit and big note, and note the
star here as you fall down. Use the spring to break through the blocks and
kill the rabbits, but stay on the ground. Up ahead is a penguin enemy that
throws snowballs. Wait for it to attack and kill it, then kill the patrolling
snowman after it. A spiked section comes up next but just wait for the
platform here to take you right. Here, you will use your new "create platform"
power and shoot the twinkles on the right to MAKE blocks appear!

 Use the blocks you make to head up, watching out for rabbits and a penguin
on the right. At the top head left but watch out for the ice club from under
the ground and spikes from the ceiling. Go slowly as you head left as it is a
gauntlet of clubs and spikes but at the end you can break some blocks for an
outfit and get the .: STAR :. we saw earlier.

 Head back and go right now, killing the penguin. Head down the slope and at
the end, if you wish, you can use the spring at the bottom to blast through
some more blocks and kill some rabits (watch out for the statue that can
freeze you) and then use the next spring to launch up for an outfit. Head
back and continue on using the floating platforms. You can either head high
or low here, it doesn't matter, but watch out for more icicle spikes, penguins
and seals (who slide). The upper right has the exit, but you CAN also visit
the door under it for a ton of notes. The blocks by the door have Fluffy Shoes,
a RANGE Bubble increase and an outfit as well. Head to the exit to continue.

 ===========
  WORLD 5-2
 ===========

 Destroy the blocks for an outfit and bubblegum, then use the platforms to
continue. You'll have to make two platforms and destroy MORE blocks for yet
another uniform after that. Now we can continue by heading down or up, but I
highly recommend staying on the TOP part of the screen. The star here is the
trickiest one to get yet. Stay on the top and at one point you'll have to jump
on those disappearing ice blocks to continue. Do so but jump quickly until you
reach reach a higher area. There is a penguin here, but GET UP THERE, as it is
vital to reaching the star. Take a hit if you have to! If you don't make the
jump you can still get up there by having a piece of bubblegum and dropping
down the hole on the left side and floating up there.

 However you get up there, kill the penguin and stay on top of the screen and
head right. You'll reach the .: STAR :. this way. The platform by it also has
TWO outfits, a piece of Bubblegum, and Fluffy Shoes. In case you are wondering,
the only stuff your missing out below is a double outfit to your lower left in
a block, but it's not worth it. Continue right and jump past a section of more
breakable ice blocks (do NOT drop here) and continue on. Keep making platforms
and killing rabbits to find the exit to the upper right.

 ===========
  WORLD 5-3
 ===========

 Another fun level! This is a snowboarding level, but as usual you have a TON
of control on the snowboard. Head down and beware of rabbits and icicle spikes.
You have so much control that you can just wait for them to fall, so no reason
to rush! At one point after 2-3 drops you can either continue right or drop
down. Continue right here to make life easier on yourself. Keep heading down
and you'll come to some spike pits. Remember you can float, but don't hang out
in the air too long due to the icicles. Past the spikes you have another option
to drop down again but DON'T! Head left and stay up to find the .: STAR :. of
this level. Continue on watching for spikes and rabbits and at the bottom jump
a seal to reach the end of this (admittedly short) level.

 ===========
  WORLD 5-4
 ===========

 Break the blocks around you for a double outfit, then continue on and watch
out for more icicles and clubs under the floor popping out (take it slow).
Break the blocks you come to and then dodge the TWO ice statues afterward!
Past that is an area you can make platforms to go up. BEFORE going up though
break the blocks to the right and make platforms to head over the spikes. THIS
path leads to a penguin and the .: STAR :. of this level, but we can't go any
further this way so head back.

 Head up now, as we have no other choice. To the left you'll see a platform
moving in a 'U' formation. Now, if you head to the left by destroy blocks,
killing enemies and making platforms you can access a room where you can rack
up the notes. If you don't care about notes by this point, you COULD just
stomp on the snowman here and reach the 'U' platform that way (if you can't
manage to do that, head left and up and then right to reach it). Now, BETWEEN
the first and second moving platforms shoot your bubbles to find some blocks
to stand on. Once you're on the blocks, look up and see the breakable blocks.
You can actually spring through these as there are INVISIBLE springs to your
left and right. Below the "---" lines represent the invisible springs:

 |_|_|_|_|_|_|   |_|_|_|_|_|_|
             |___|

    ---     _ _     ---
           |_|_|

 The left path leads to notes. The right path leads to a spring (which I
wouldn't use) that leads to another upper platform and a NEW mini-game!

 MINI GAME: How many birds?

 Count the toy birds that fly all the way across the screen.

 You have to be able to keep track of multiple objects on screen in this
mini-game! Birds (and other objects) will fly across the screen and you must
count how many fly ALL THE WAY ACROSS. Some of them fly ALMOST across and
turn around. THOSE DO NOT COUNT. There are FIVE levels in total, but each
level throws a random amount of birds at you, so I'm really no help. If you
can get through all five levels with a "pass", you can win up to THREE lives!

 From the door head to the far-right (or from the platform by the hidden
springs head right using the 'U' platforms) and to the far right past some
breakable ice blocks you can find an outfit. Head down now and watch out for
the ice statue, then head further down by letting the ice blocks fall by the
statue and you'll see the goal. An icicle falls down by the goal post so
quickly get past it and finish the stage.

 ===========
  WORLD 5-5
 ===========

 This level is dangerous! It has enemies (I have no idea what they are) that
bounce at you throughout, so keep shooting! Destroy the first block for an
outfit. Continue on until you reach spikes, where you have to jump onto the
moving platform as it comes to you (it goes too high otherwise). Past that are
ice blocks that disappear but try to get past them to the blocks for notes and
outfits if you can then head down.

 Down here the blocks on the left have another outfit. Stay on the ground down
here to avoid all of the penguins snowballs and continue to the left. You can
also jump over the spike pit coming easily since the wind is now at your back.
Further on you can find a door to the upper left that you can reach by making
blocks. This leads to a "How many birds?" minigame:

 MINI GAME: How many birds?

 Count the toy birds that fly all the way across the screen.

 You have to be able to keep track of multiple objects on screen in this
mini-game! Birds (and other objects) will fly across the screen and you must
cound how many fly ALL THE WAY ACROSS. Some of them fly ALMOST across and
turn around. THOSE DO NOT COUNT. There are FIVE levels in total, but each
level throws a random amount of birds at you, so I'm really no help. If you
can get through all five levels with a "pass", you can win up to THREE lives!

 Once you're done head down. Get the blocks on the left for an outfit if you
can then head further down. The bouncing enemies come back here. There's a
ledge here with a door on it that you can get to if you use the enemies and
jump up, that has a ton of notes and a double outfit in it. Continue on to
another ledge and jump on it and make blocks heading upward to reach the
.: STAR :. of this level. Continue on and make more blocks when you reach the
spikes to reach the end of this level.

 You'll come to another music house after the level ends:

   Kone: Ah, You're Milon? I'm Kone!

   Milon: Wow! Hubba hubba!

   Kone: Shall I dispel the curse? Hand me the Ocarina. Okay, here I go!

    [Kone dispels the curse...]

   Kone: I did it! That was so easy!

   Pushing B+UP will now create a ladder.

   Kone: If you progress, learn more!

   Milon: Thank you! Well, I must go!

 ===========
  WORLD 5-6
 ===========

 This stage can be a lot more complicated then it has to be... so let's just
make this easy! There are a LOT of disappearing blocks in this level. Stay on
TOP of the screen and head right, killing the enemies. Keep going until you
see a path going down with TWO COLUMNS of disappearing blocks. FALL THROUGH
these (this is very important). Jump over the gap to the left and JUMP ON the
snowman (don't bubble him)! Use him to get higher and break the blocks for an
outfit and the KEY of this level.

 From here simply fall down and head to the right to find the exit.

 You can now face the boss of this world:

 BOSS FIGHT: MIGHTY SNOWCONE
 ---------------------------

 Well, time to fight a snowman. This guy is pretty hard, but has some
predictable attacks. His snowball throw attack gives me the hardest time,
but his other two attacks are easy to dodge. His weak point, like other
bosses, is his head, so read up on his attacks below and keep blowing bubbles
at his head and he'll go down, just as long as you can dodge his attacks!

 - Head Juggling: This attack is pretty easy to dodge with good timing. The
   snowman will bounce his head off his torso as he walks across the screen
   and back. You MUST jump over his torso when he does so, but you have to
   time it so his head is off screen when you jump. You get two chances to
   do so as he walks both ways. Pretty easy with good timing; just jump when
   his head is going up! Also, be wary of his fists and do a long jump. You
   CAN hurt him but targeting his head when it's bouncing is rather hard.

 - Snowball Throw: The snowman packs a snowball for a bit and then lets loose
   a FLURRY of snowballs. There are 4-5 snowballs and they range in height.
   Your best bet is to get to the far left and dodge the snowballs there. You
   can jump over all but the highest snowballs, so jump and duck as needed.
   Floating can help. This attacks gives me trouble and I still take a hit
   every three times he does it, but if you keep on the attack to the max
   he'll only do this attack about twice before the fight is over.

 - Head Toss: The snowman does this attack RIGHT after the snowball throw.
   He will either throw his head across the screen (you'll be safe on the
   left), or he'll throw his head up and off screen. If it goes off screen,
   it will drop down to where you are on the floor, so if it goes up stay on
   the move. You can shoot it when it drops too, as if you are moving it will
   miss you.

 After defeating the boss, you'll come to a scene:

   Milon: Yippee! I won! I won! Well, don't I deserve an instrument?

   Mighty Snowcone: Huh? I don't have one.

   Milon: What!? Aren't you Amon's minion!?

   Mighty Snowcone: No. I just like to scare people! Well, I guess I'll go
                    home now. See  ya!

   Milon: At least I can move onward now!

==============================================================================
                             World VI: Fire Peak
====================================================================[DRM06]===

 Like all other worlds, try to continue to see a scene:

   Old Man: I'm a magician from Fire Peak! I can help you with some hints,
            so listen well!

             You can cling to certain cliffs and climb!

             And press A+UP to create a ladder!

   Milon: Thanks, old man! See you later!

   Old Man: Good luck!

 ===========
  WORLD 6-1
 ===========

 Watch out for the gaps in the bridge and break the blocks for an outfit.
A hedgehog will be past here; he dashes along the ground. Avoid him and kill
him when he's not dashing. Now it's time to practice our ladder! See the ledge
above you? Press up + A to make notes appear and climb up to it (these notes
stay on the screen if they connect to a ledge but disappear if they don't).
Climb up and kill the caveman. We're going to take the upper path now (if you
want an outfit really bad, continue on the lower path and watch out for the egg
and fire-shooting lizard in it and destroy the blocks you come to, but come
back to this ledge).

 Continue to the right. The next log bridge has two middle logs that will fall.
Kill the caveman past that and at the next bridge you can make a ladder and go
up for an outfit and note. Continue on and kill another caveman and make
another ladder. Destroy the blocks you find and go down the LEFT drop and then
destroy all the blocks you see to get to a room on the right. Make a ladder
here and go through the door to reach another screen.

 Destroy the blocks here for an outfit. Ahead is a log bridge with two sets of
weak logs. Stand on the first section (to the left) and watch the fireballs
come down! Yep, we need to be careful here! Jump past the first one and
quickly get to the safe zone. Keep going right and kill the egg and colorful
birds that appear. You will soon have a choice to go up, but STAY DOWN and
continue on, watching out for birds and weak logs until you get to a .: STAR :.
surrounded by blocks.

 Nab it and head back. Make a ladder this time and head upwards. Watch out
for the egg and continue on to another bridge and more fireballs (this one
is easier though). Continue on to the right and you'll hit the goal shortly,
after another egg.

 ===========
  WORLD 6-2
 ===========

 Ah, another moving world! Cool! Head forwards and note the flame leaping out
of the fire. There'll be a lot of these, but simple timing will get you past
these. Keep going and note that when you jump on the NARROW piece of land you
and the column of rock will SINK. You can jump to get it back up, so jump in
place if you must! You'll also soon run into the .: STAR :. of this level.

 Right past the star is another narrow column that goes in and out of the
lava, so even more timing is required. Be sure to hang back so you don't get
TOO far ahead at any given time. Hang back and make your jumps count. Keep
going watching out for those columns and the weight columns and even at one
point a place with two fireballs in a row (jump as soon as the fist one goes
down). You'll have a chance to grab an outfit before coming to solid ground.
Watch out for lava puddles and fireballs here. The lava puddles move and are
actually enemies, so watch out! Continue on and soon you won't have safe
ground anymore. More disappearing columns are up ahead with fireballs, but
don't hang back too far on this part. Soon you'll pass a finger pointing
and come to a new screen.

 Continue on here just like before but note the new obstacle: an orb that
arcs over blocks. Get in the middle to have it miss you. Hang back here so
you can see these orbs coming. Keep going and at one point small blocks fall
from the ceiling and hang in the lave before sinking (then another one falls
down). Be QUICK on these: they don't float too long. Continue on and don't
rush. There will be more blocks falling from the ceiling combined with orbs
and weight columns, but the end of the level is close.

 ===========
  WORLD 6-3
 ===========

 Drop down and destroy the blocks for an outfit then cross the bridge watching
out for fireballs. Watch out for the egg and past that is a column going down
into the fire. Get past it and to the weight column. The blocks to the right
hide a double outfit, but make it harder to get across. To the right is a
door to a new screen.

 Break the blocks for an outfit and continue past another bridge. Watch out
for the lava monster and at the end make a ladder up. Kill the bird here and
you'll have to choose the left or right side. The left side ultimately leads
to a dead-end with a fake goal, so avoid it and go up the right side a few
times. Head right now and you'll see a path going down and one going right.
The down path ends the level but we need to go out of our way for the star
first, so go right. Watch out for another lava monster and at the end of the
right path head up. At the top, do a quick jump to fake the egg out and then
kill it, then head left staying on top past a lava monster and another egg
and enter the door.

 Break the blocks you find and grab the outfit, then head left. There is a
long bridge section where you need to avoid fireballs, but its rather easy,
just watch out for weak logs. Also, to save ourself some time, DO NOT destroy
all the weak logs as you go. Past the bridge you can make a ladder to get the
.: STAR :. of the level. From here you can go left or right. To save time
head back the way you came (heading left returns us to the start of this
level) and go back through the door.

 From here drop down to get to the down/right path we encountered earlier
and go down. Break the blocks for an outfit, then avoid a bird and egg to
find the end of this level.

 ===========
  WORLD 6-4
 ===========

 Another scrolling level. Destroy the blocks for the outfit and continue on,
killing all the cavemen as you come to them. Soon lava will rear its ugly head
so jump to the platform watching out for the fire orb. Past that is a series
of weight rocks and fireballs, and past that is a falling rock you need to
quickly use to continue. Grab the outfit you come to and get ready for even
more obstacles.

 You'll face weight columns, disappering columns, and small columns from the
ceiling, all mingled with fireballs and orbs. Hang back on the left side and
carefully make your jumps. You'll get breaks with solid ground and even some
blocks with an outfit before following a hand to a new screen.

 Continue on and don't stop under any holes (falling hazards!) and you'll
soon get to the .: STAR :. of this level. Continue on and watch out for any
fire orbs and grab the outfit you find. Keep going past sections of land until
you can destroy more blocks for ANOTHER outfit (y'know, just in case you are
getting hurt...). Continue on and take out a ton of blocks that block your
path. Past that really watch out for holes in the ceiling and hang back a bit
to avoid them, then you'll have to destroy even more blocks (one of which has
a MULTI BUBBLE powerup) before getting to the end of the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 6-5
 ===========

 Here we have a climbing level. If you wish, head to the far right on the
bottom for a double outfit, then to the left to climb up. Continue up killing
foes. You have a ways to climb making ladders and heading ever up until you see
some REAL ground above you (keep under it and head right to find some blocks
with an outfit).

 Get on the real ground and head up. Watch out for boulders coming down, as
moles or cavemen or something drop them on you. Head up and watch out again,
then start climbing again. You will FINALLY see the off-color cliffs that you
can climb naturally, so keep heading up. At the top before getting on another
slope you can head right and break several blocks for a MULTI BUBBLE powerup
at the end. Head up the slopes now and watch out for boulders. At the top of
the second one break the blocks for an outfit. Head up the slope now and
notice the climbable background to the upperleft. You'll need to run back to
it and climb up soon. Continue on to see why as a HUGE boulder comes down, so
quickly run back and climb up!

 Continue on and kill some enemies and you'll head right up another slope soon.
There is ANOTHER HUGE boulder coming up, but no climbable wall. I recommend
making a ladder right past the egg above you and climbing it, then letting the
egg attack while you are below it, then getting up there (and killing the egg)
so you avoid the boulder all together. Continue right and avoid the boulders.
Now, since the slope above you is too far up, make a ladder JUST to the right
of the blocks above you, then wait for the boulder to fall and jump to the
ladder you just made and climb up.

 If you WANT to play a minigame, DO NOT destroy the blocks. Jump up onto them
and build a ladder to access a door to play bird hunt!

 Continue up the slopes and drop down when you can to destroy some blocks and
get an Invincibility Star! Head up now and kill the cavemen you find. Climb
the center mount now, watching out for eggs and at the top you can FINALLY
claim the .: STAR :. of this level. Head right to end the stage.

 After the level you'll visit another music house:

   Honma: Wow! The stars! Are you Milon?

   Milon: Yep, that's me!

   Honma: As a reward, I'll play a tune! Ooops! Silly me! I don't have an
          instrument! Heh! Milon, I'll pray for your safety on this quest!

   Milon: Thank you Honma! I won't fail!

 ===========
  WORLD 6-6
 ===========

 Another dungeon. Head forward and see the fire spout. These things go off at
set intervals. Destroy the block for a double outfit. Continue to the right
watching out for fire and find some new enemies: a volcano that spits small
fire balls and a squirrel that runs back and forth on fire and jumps! Now, to
the far right we are told to go down, but the way is blocked. Head up instead.
Be careful going up as the gray blocks get hot and dangerous. The second gray
block has a fire spout by it too. At the top to the left is a bomb that spits
fire THREE ways as well, so be careful before killing him. Head to the left
and watch out for fire spouts before reaching some blocks under you you can
destroy to hit a SWITCH.

 With the switch hit, head down now via the falling blocks by you and return
to the path you opened. You'll have to either go left or right down here.
Choose to go LEFT first. Go slowly killing the enemies and avoiding the fire
spouts until you hit a SWITCH. To the left of the switch is a block that you
MUST get as it houses the KEY. Once you've done both of those things, go back
and head right this time.

 You'll deal with more fire spouts and squirrels as you head left. Multiple
fire spouts in a row sometimes, so just be careful. At the end you'll have to
head up, but watch out for those gray steps! A short jaunt to the left and
you'll head up again, but now you must go either left or right. If you go
left you can get an outfit in some rocks, but watch out for the falling blocks
underneath you. Head right and watch out for fire spouts and enemies until you
can reach the door. Above the door behind the bomb is a double outfit. Grab it
and head down through the door to finish the level.

 We'll now be able to face the boss of this world:

 BOSS FIGHT: SUN & MOON
 -----------------------

 Time for our hardest fight yet! You're facing off against the Sun at first,
which has its own set of moves but will occasionally turn into the Moon, which
has ITS own set of moves. Both float out of your reach and thusly you MUST
know their moveset to stand any chance. They also both occasionally dip down
into the screen (making a "U" shape). Read up on their moves below, learn to
dodge them, and keep hurting them to come out on top.

 SUN
 ---

 - Lava Puke: The sun will stop randomly around the screen and throw-up.
   BLEGHH! This places a portion of lava on the screen that's more annoying
   than anything. It goes away after some time.

 - Sun Punches: The sun gets into either the upper left or right corner and
   starts to throw punches at you. His arms EXTEND, so you aren't safe even
   at the other side of the screen. The best thing to do here is to jump
   BEFORE he punches so he aims in the air. You can make him whiff above you
   each and every time like this.

 - Fire wave: The sun gathers energy and throws it down, releasing a wave of
   fire that travels across the screen. Jump over it with good timing to be
   safe.

   The best time to hit the sun is when he dips. None of the above attacks
   let you counter attack him, unfortunately.

 MOON
 ----

 - Homing Stars: The moon draws a bow and shoots an arrow towards the middle
   of the screen. DO NOT react to this. The bow splits into four stars that
   hover in the air and come at you. TO avoid them all, run across the bottom
   of the screen left to right (or right to left).

 - Starfall: The moon stops in either the upper left or right and twirls his
   mustache. Stars then start to fall down, from the upper right, to the
   ground below. This is the single hardest attack to dodge given the number
   of stars and its random nature. Do your best to go with the star direction
   and find gaps in the attack to avoid all the stars.

 - Body Thrust: The moon stops on one side or the other and extend his arms
   above and below him. He will then thrust his body at you. He will cover
   three parts of the screen: way up high, in the middle and down below. The
   only one you really have to worry about is down below, and even then you
   can just jump to make him miss. This attack is an excellent time to hurt
   him as well. After his third strike he'll move back and return up high.
   You can follow him and hurt him again as well.

 After defeating the boss, you'll come to a scene:

   Old Man: Haha! You've done it!

   Milon: Of course!

   Old Man: Now, I'll tell you a secret! Put 7777 in the password window!
            I hope you enjoy it! Hahahaha!

==============================================================================
                             World VII: Toy Town
====================================================================[DRM07]===

 Like most levels, try to start to see:

   Puru: Milon! Finally you're here! There are many enemies, and traps
         ahead! So, I'll share my wisdom with you!

           First, when in a cannon, hit B to fire it!

           Secondly, some pictures are magical doors!

   Milon: I'll be fine! Trust me!

 ===========
  WORLD 7-1
 ===========

 Head forward and note the drum-thingy. This is a jack-in-the-box (that I'll
just likely call drums) and they can pop up and even throw out bombs. Head on
and take them out and you'll see a plane making circles. You can kill it too
if you wish. Jump into the cannon you find and go straight up.

 Up here we can go a number of ways. Stay down and head left. Kill the foes
you find and get into the cannon you see. Use it to shoot to the UPPER LEFT
and you'll be at another cannon. Go straight up with this cannon and watch
out for the two drums. Head right now and jump over the gap you find (one of
the other ways you could have come up) and kill the enemies you find to the
right. You'll find the .: STAR :. over here. There's a uniform in the blocks
as well.

 Head back and jump into the cannon you passed. Shoot to the upper left.
Walk a bit left and find another cannon. Shoot to the upper right now.
Now head left a bit and shoot to the upper right again. Kill the plane and
drum you find and exit to the right to finish the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 7-2
 ===========

 Head to the right and kill the drums and planes. You can destroy the
blocks you find for an outfit and use the door to reach a new screen.

 Here head right using the conveyor belts and stay up (as you may see stuff
down below you). Kill the first plane and continue right, watching out for the
platform with spikes (you have to wait on it to flip of course). Do NOT kill
the second plane, as we want to use it. See to the upper right there is
another spike platform. A tad too tall for us, so use the plane to jump on to
get on it, then QUICKLY break the blocks in the upper right to get over there
for the .: STAR :. of this level. Now, go down and to the right to find the
exit to the right, a short ways away.

 ===========
  WORLD 7-3
 ===========

 First of all, notice there is no star on the world map when you try to
enter it. This level has carosel horses! Whee! Get on the second one and
grab the bubblegum and outfit. Now, the enemies you must watch out for are
flames that travel along, going up and down slightly (jump them of they are
TOO low) and umbrellas that float down. You can't shoot the fire, so be extra
careful about them! There are PINK PILLARS you must jump over as well, but
that's all there really is to this level. Kill umbrellas, avoid fire, grab
outfits and jump over pink pillars. The exit is just to the left...

 ===========
  WORLD 7-4
 ===========

 Kill the enemies and head to the right. Destroy the blocks for an outfit and
head into the door to go to the next screen. In here notice the window shutters
that open and close. Enemies can hide behind these. Break the blocks you find
for an outfit and head right, killing any drums you see and PAUSING before
windows to see if any weird ghost things are behind them. Continue on and wait
for spike platforms as well. You'll come to some conveyor belts and planes but
shortly after that to the right you'll find another door leading to yet another
screen.

 Drop down here and fall down to the left to find the .: STAR :. of this
level. There's some bubblegum in the blocks too. Now that we're down here we
must work our way back up. Head to the right watching out for planes and spike
platforms. On the single blocks you find, you can break them for a MULTI
BUBBLE power-up. To the far right you can break some blocks for access to a
door that holds a mini game:

 MINI GAME: How many birds?

 Count the toy birds that fly all the way across the screen.

 You have to be able to keep track of multiple objects on screen in this
mini-game! Birds (and other objects) will fly across the screen and you must
count how many fly ALL THE WAY ACROSS. Some of them fly ALMOST across and
turn around. THOSE DO NOT COUNT. There are FIVE levels in total, but each
level throws a random amount of birds at you, so I'm really no help. If you
can get through all five levels with a "pass", you can win up to THREE lives!

 After you're done, head up. The exit is just to the upper right. You may
wonder what you missed on the upper path. The answer is enemies and, at one
point, some blocks with an outfit in them. Exit the level when you're ready.

 You will now have to confront a boss. This is actually considered the "end"
of World 7, which you'll find out soon. Let's take this guy out first.

 BOSS FIGHT: PENGUIN PRESENT
 ---------------------------

 This is a VERY random boss. It's only got one attack, but two different
forms. And yes, I think its awesome we're fighting a penguin. Well, its one
attack is fireballs... throwing fireballs about all over the place. The attack
is random so I can't REALLY help you, but you'll want to keep shooting bubble
as much as you can. It will throw out fireballs randomly, but there will often
be 2-3 fireballs thrown per time. Out of those, one is usually out to hit far
away while one is set to hit close to the penguin.

 Hit him enough and his bow falls off, which makes a new face come around. The
penguin goes berserk now, and now throws 4-5 fireballs! Hopefully you took no
to little damage during the first part, as it is MUCH harder not to get hit
now. Keep at it and keep hurting the penguin to put it down.

 After defeating the boss, you'll come to a scene:

   Milon: It's a beautiful crystal! What?! Ahhhh!! Woah, a castle in the
          clouds? Amon's castle! Alis, I'm almost to you!

==============================================================================
                          World VIII: Amon's Castle
====================================================================[DRM08]===

 Well, no scene this time. Let's get to it!

 ===========
  WORLD 8-1
 ===========

 Take out the knight you meet quickly. They like to run and can jump forward
while swinging their sword. Very dangerous. The blocks after that have an
outfit and bubblegum in them. Head forward and kill the ghost you find while
noting the cloud is a trampoline. You'll have to use stone hands to continue.
The first set moves (don't hit the head in the middle) and the next ones act
like a scale. Continue on and the next hand FLINGS you forward. Get to the next
set of hands and carry on watching out for ghosts. Continue on and keep using
the hands to reach the far right where you'll go to another screen.

 Watch out for the spikes ahead of you and start climbing. There is a bouncing
goblin thing you should watch out for shortly after the spikes and a knight
at the top. Drop down and break the blocks to the left for an outfit, then
kill the ghost and goblin. RUN to the right (the floor breaks) and get up to
the upper area. Here, JUMP on the goblin to get higher (or the ghost that
comes in) to get even higher. RUN to the right again but kill the knight that
comes in from the right. You'll go down a ramp and must choose to go up or
down. Choose to go up. The blocks you find have some bubblegum and you can get
the .: STAR :. of this level up here.

 From here you can just head right to find the exit past some breakable floor.
There are several sections of spikes and blocks you can skip this way. The
last column of blocks has a double uniform in it, but it's not worth it this
late into the level.

 ===========
  WORLD 8-2
 ===========

 No star here...

 This first area has nothing but bats and THREE magical paintings. You can
also find an outfit to the far right. Now, which path to take. Good question!
Well, the puzzle here is that only ONE path is the right path. The CORRECT
path is the RIGHT PATH, so take that one. You'll find a room FULL of Goblins
and platforms, designed to make them bounce around crazy-like. There's also
quite a few outfits in various blocks here, so run through the room grabbing
outfits if you need them and KILL all the goblins you see.

 You'll be in a new area now. There's another choice of which door to take,
and once again only one is right. The CORRECT choice here is the MIDDLE DOOR.
If you take the other ones you will start from the very beginning of this
level.

 In the middle door you'll face BIG ARMOR enemies, who you can't kill and are
just plain obnoxious. We will also face three levels of platforms, which is
important to know as some levels are dead ends.

 Start out by taking the middle platform to the right. Now once it's done we
want to take the middle again, but do it when the big armor is walking to the
right so you can get up there. Jump up to the top now and wait for the armor
to walk to the left and go down to the middle and head right. You'll come to
the end again and now we want to take the bottom. If you have a blue or higher
uniform, run THROUGH the big night and you'll reach a TON of blocks. There's a
double uniform in here FYI, so grab it. You have to take the bottom path again
so follow behind the big armor (or run through him like I did) and follow the
path to the exit of this room.

 In this new screen watch out for bats and goblins. You can nab a MULTI BUBBLE
power-up as you go on, and you'll reach the end of the level soon enough.

 ===========
  WORLD 8-3
 ===========

 Break the blocks for an outfit if you wish (watch out for spears) and jump
past the big armor past them and head up the slope. Kill the knight, goblin
and ghost you find. You can use the blocks at the top to reach the upper right
and find blocks at the end for a MULTI BUBBLE and RANGE power-ups if you want
(but watch out for the floor spikes). You can also drop down and find a
column of blocks to the lower left for an outfit and fluffy shoes!

 Continue on and watch out for goblins, ghosts and floor spikes. You'll reach
a bat and some scythes, so be careful. Head up the slope and kill the knight.
You can head either up or down here. Go up and jump over the swinging scythes
to find a block of blocks! There's an invincibility star in here you can nab
and use to drop down and go right to a new screen (otherwise you must dodge
spears, scythes and ghosts until the end).

 In the new area, head up the slope and kill the knight. You can see some
partially-invisible platforms leading to the upper left and a block with an
outfit. Jump past the scythe and in this big area at the bottom you can
actually destroy the weak columns to the left and right. The left column hides
blocks and some bubblegum. The right has nothing. Head further up a slope and
past a scythe to break another column to continue. The big blocks here have
an Invincibility Star in it. Instead of going down, jump to the right and
stay UP. You can use those partially visible platforms to stay up and you
can find the .: STAR :. of this level up here. You will see a scene if this
is your fifth star.

 Drop down to the right now. The blocks here have an outfit. Continue to the
right and up the slope, killing the knights. You'll see at the top you can
either go up or down. Up isn't all it's cracked up to be here, so head down.
Use the partial platform to get past the pit and head up another slope. Kill
a knight and the slope will start to send you down, which is REALLY bad as a
scythe is at the top. Use a partial platform to the left to JUMP past all of
this. Continue on and you'll see the goal soon. Note that you CAN go down
here and to the lower right for some blocks and a MULTI BUBBLE powerup.
End the level when you wish.

 After the level, we'll end up at another music house:

   Gawa: Ah! Milon! You have come! I have the harp, but can't any stars.

    [With your stars, Gawa breaks the curse on the harp!]

   Milon: It's the harp! What can it do?

   Gawa: You need it to lock Amon away! After you defeat Amon, the harp will
         seal him! Beware, he has 2 forms! Don't let your guard down!

   Milon: I'll defeat Amon and save Alis!

 Ok guys, time to face the FINAL BOSS:

 BOSS FIGHT: AMON
 ----------------

 Just like Gawa said, there are two forms to this fight. Let's handle one
at a time, eh?

 FROG AMON
 ---------

 Now THIS is a weird form. It's pretty much a warm-up to, but can still kill
you if you don't know what you're doing. His biggest threat is his movement,
as his two "attacks" are laughable. But he can do short little hops and can
jump all the way across the screen. If he catches you in a corner when he
jumps across the screen, go into the corner and duck. Otherwise, spend your
time in the middle of the screen, watch out for the attacks below, and keep
pelting him to bring out the REAL form...

 - Frog Drop: He will move slowly across the upper screen and if you go
   underneath him, he'll drop down. You can easily run under him to make him
   miss every time. You can keep pelting him with bubble too!

 - Frog Punch: He will stand in place for a bit and shake, then he'll punch
   ACROSS the screen on whatever side you are on. Simply duck to avoid this
   attack.

 After beating up on him, a scene will take place, complete with background
change and everything. Time to take on the REAL form:

 REAL AMON
 ---------

 Real Amon is pretty much a wizard. He (She? I'm gonna keep saying 'He') will
float in the air. Movement isn't as bad here, but he CAN swoop down and do the
'U' shape. Also, you CAN hurt him while he float, as he's just big enough that
you can jump and hurt his foot. That's right people, we will HURT HIS FEET TO
DEATH!

 We can pretty much hurt him any time we wish, except during some of his
attacks. The key to winning this battle is endurance: we must know how to
avoid his attacks and just keep hurting him (he has a LOT of HP). Check the
strategies for the attacks below and keep it up. You got this!

 - Homing Energy: This attack involves Amon sending an energy ball after you
   that homes in on you. It's rather slow though, and makes sloppy turns, so
   we can use it to our advantage. In fact, you can run UNDER it when you see
   it (it will always be above you when it comes out) and it will try to loop
   down to get you. You can then jump over it and just keep that circle pattern
   up to avoid getting hit. Later on in the fight it can do TWO balls at a time
   which makes avoiding them harder. You want to make them come down to you if
   he does this, THEN do the circle strategy.

 - Invisible Spin/Laser Beam: Amon turns well, mostly invisible and starts
   spazzing out around the screen. You can pretty much chill out in a corner
   when he does that. He'll than either stop at the left or right and shoot
   a beam down and make it follow the floor. Get on the other side of the
   screen and jump to have the beam miss you.

 The credits will roll after you beat the boss, and you get a quick summation
of what happens afterwards. Watch them and enjoy. And congrats on beating
Do-Re-Mi Fantasy: Milon's Quest!

 I've only really written for ONE other game that was just this cute-sy (and
maybe even more so!): Kirby's Epic Yarn. But I'll just bet this game is MUCH
less well-known. In fact, you're probably the first of your friends to have
ever beaten this. Good job!

 Feel free to come say "Hi!" to me on facebook sometime!

 World 2
 =======

 World 3
 =======

 World 4
 =======

Now I'll go
          dispel it!

 World 5
 =======

 World 6
 =======

Hahahaha!

 World 7
 =======

 WORLD 8
 =======
